        국가직무능력표준(NCS)에 근거한 골프캐디 능력 중요도 분석

        [목적] 본 연구는 국가직무능력표준(NCS)에서 제시한 골프캐디 능력단위와 능력단위요소의 우선순위를 결정하여 전반적인 골프 발전을 위한 유용한 정보를 제공하고 골프캐디의 양성과 전문성 강화를 위한 기초자료를 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. [방법] 결과도출을 위해 국가직무능력표준(NCS)에서 제시한 골프캐디 능력단위를 토대로 계층구조도와 쌍대비교 설문지를 개발하고 전문가 28명을 대상으로 조사를 실시하였으며, 자료처리는 SPSS WIN VER 21.0, Microsoft Excel 2016을 활용하였다. [결과] 도출된 결과를 살펴보면 평가영역에서는 경기안전이, 평가항목별로는 경기준비에서 경기상황파악, 경기진행에서 코스별경기진행, 고객서비스에서 고객응대, 경기안전에서 응급상황대처, 골프카트활용에서 카트운전, 골프클럽서브에서 퍼팅그린서브, 경기종료에서 고객골프용품전달이 가장 높은 중요도를 보였다. 전체평가항목 복합가중치에서는 응급상황대처, 경기안전안내, 퍼팅그린서브 순으로 가장 높은 중요도가 나타났다. [결론] 골프캐디의 지속적인 양적․질적 발전을 위해서는 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 한 골프캐디 양성프로그램 운영과 직무교육이 절실히 필요하다. [Purpose] The purpose of this study is to determine the priority of golf caddy competency units and competency unit elements presented by the National Competency Standards (NCS), to provide useful information for overall golf development, and to provide basic data for training and professionalism. [Method] Based on the golf caddy competency unit presented by the National Competency Standards (NCS), a hierarchical structure and a pair comparison questionnaire were developed, and 28 experts were surveyed, and data processing was performed using SPSS WIN VER 21.0 and Microsoft Excel 2016. [Result] According to the results, game safety was the most important in the evaluation area, game situation identification in game preparation, course-specific game progress in game progress, customer service, emergency response in game safety, cart driving in golf carts, putting green sub in golf club sub, and delivery of customer golf goods at the end of the game. In the combined weight of all evaluation items, the highest importance was found in the order of emergency response, economic safety information, and putting green sub. [Conclusion] For the continuous quantitative and qualitative development of golf caddies, the operation of golf caddies training programs and job training based on the results of this study are urgently needed.

      • 영지버섯 단백다당체 GLB-A의 UA에 대한 보호효과

        In the previous study we described the antitumor and immunomodulatory activities of GLB-A. an acidic protein-polysaccharide fraction of the growing tips of Ganoderma lucidum. In this study we used flow cytometry to elucidate the protective effect of GLB-A on the splenocytes and thymocytes of BALB/c mouse exposed to ultraviolet irradiation. GLB-A increased the thymocytes of BALB/c mouse exposed to ultraviolet irradiation. GLB-A increased the viability of the UV-irradiated splenocytes in a dose-dependent pattern (17.1% increase at 200 ㎍/㎖) and its protective effect was remarkable only during UV irradiation. When the UV absorption spectrum was analyzed, GLB-A showed a maximal absorbance at 257 nm. Based on these observations, the protective effect of GLB-A against UV radiation seemed to originate at least partly from its UV-absorbing property.

      • 무선인터넷 서비스 특성이 이용의도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 Davis et al.(1989)의 기술수용모형(TAM)을 적용하여 무선인터넷 서비스의 이용의도를 분석한다. 즉, 유비쿼티, 개인화, 연결성, 위치확인성이라는 무선인터넷 서비스의 고유한 특성을 규명하고 이들이 지각된 유용성, 지각된 이용용이성에 미치는 영향을 분석할 것이다. 또한 이들 지각변수들이 태도와 이용의도에 미치는 영향을 분석한다. 연구방법은 무선인터넷 서비스 이용자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 수행하여 실증분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과, 유비쿼티, 연결성, 위치확인성은 지각된 유용성과 지각된 이용용이성에 유의한 영향을 미치지만, 개인화는 지각된 이용용이성에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 또한 지각된 유용성과 이용용이성은 태도에 영향을 미치고 태도는 의도에 영향을 미치고 있었다. 무선인터넷 서비스 산업의 시장점유율이나 성장가능성을 고려할 때 본 연구결과는 산업의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

        Introduction: Hyperreninemic hypoaldosteronism in septic shock patients has been described. However, little is known about the serial plasma renin activity regarding septic shock patients. The present study investigated the relationship between the plasma renin activity and clinical course in septic shock patients. Method: The study was conducted retrospectively in a 30-bed medical intensive care unit of Yonsei University College of Medicine between August 2008 and January 2009. One hundred seven patients aged over 18 years admitted to ICU with septic shock were enrolled. Blood sample was taken to measure basal plasma renin activity (PRA), plasma aldosterone concentration (PAC) and plasma cortisol level at intensive care unit (ICU) admission on day 0 (D0), day 1 (D1), day 3 (D3) and day 7 (D7) after ICU admission. Results: 59 (55.1%) were survivors and 48 (44.9%) were non-survival at 28 day after ICU admission. There was no difference between demographic factors, PRA, PAC, PAC/PRA, and cortisol level on D0. Level of PRA in survival was 9.76±12.35, 14.79±14.53, 17.67±15.54 and 15.62±14.89ml/μl/hr on D0, D1, D3 and D7. (mean±SD). On the other hand, Level of PRA in non-survival was 8.93±10.84, 8.01±9.71, 7.98±11.31 and 4.65±7.55ml/μl/hr on D0, D1, D3 and D7. (mean±SD). Analysis of variance with serial measurements showed significant changes in PRA between two groups during the first week after the onset of septic shock (p<0.05).         The ether, methanol, and physiological saline extracts of the dried carpophores of ten basidiomycetous fungi, which were collected in the conifer woods of Chungnam National University at Taechon, were subjected to an antibiotic activity test by disc-plate method. Among them, the methanol extracts of Marasmius maximus, Hirschioporus abietinus, and Russula sanguinea and the the ether extracts of M. maximus and H. abietinus showed antibiotic activities against Sarcina lutea; and the methanol and ethanol extract of M. maximus showed antibiotic activity against Staphylococcus aureus. None of the extracts, however, showed any activity against gram negative bacteria, Serratia marcescens and Proteus vulgaris.

        밀착조임 볼트체결에 따른 판폭두께비가 큰 변단면 프레임의 구조성능에 관한 실험적 연구

        저층 장스팬 철골프레임에는 강재절감을 위해 휨모멘트 저항을 극대화 한 판폭두께비가 큰 변단면 부재를 이용한 PEB시스템을 사용하고 있다. 또한, 밀착조임 볼트접합은 완전조임 볼트접합에 비하여 공사비 절감과 시공용이성의 장점을 지니고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 밀착조임 볼트접합으로 이루어진 엔드플레이트형 접합형식에 판폭두께비가 큰 변단면 철골프레임의 실대형 실험을 행하였다. 변수로는 볼트체결방법과 재하하중방법이다. 프레임위치별 구조적 거동에 대해서 실험결과를 분석하고, 하중-변위관계에 대해서 해석결과와 비교하였다. 또한, 현장에서 밀착조임 볼트체결에 대한 볼트축력 도입과 사용성을 평가하였다. Current trends in steel construction include using tapered, non-compact sections to minimize the use of excess material as much as possible by choosing the cross-sections instead of the classical approach of using prismatic members. In addition, snug conditions, especially the end-plate type, have the advantage of incurring less construction costs and shorter assembly times as opposed to full pre-tensioned conditions. On the other hand, it is important to predict the collapse of the PEB system due to over-loading. Large-scale tests of tapered steel portal frames with non-compact sections were conducted. The primary test parameters included the bolt connection method and the loading condition (vertical and horizontal load). The test results on initial stiffness and load capacity were investigated. Furthermore, comparisons between the analytical and experimental data for load-displacement curves were initiated. In addition, we evaluated the applicability of a snug bolt for the PEB frame in the field.

        일정축력하에 고온을 받는 고강도 콘크리트 충전강관 기둥의 구조적 거동에 관한 연구

        구조, 시공 및 내화측면에서 우수한 콘크리트충전강관(CFT)부재에 대해서 구성재료의 강도가 높은 경우 즉, 콘크리트 압축강도가 100MPa 이상이면서 강관의 항복강도가 650MPa 이상인 경우에 대한 내화성능 평가실험 및 해석적 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 부재에 대해서 내화성능 거동을 파악하고자 ${\Box}-400{\times}400{\times}15$, 부재길이 3,000mm인 실물대 중심재하 내화실험을 행하였다. 실험변수는 중심축력을 5,000kN과 2,500kN로 하였다. 실험결과, 고강도 콘크리트의 폭렬 및 콘크리트 내부 균열에 의하여 축하중이 클수록 조기에 내력을 상실하였다. 또한, 유한차분법과 변형률적합조건을 이용한 비정상온도해석 및 응력해석을 수행하였으며, 고강도 재료모델은 Eurocode모델을 이용하였다. 해석모델은 시간-축변위 관계를 합리적으로 예측할 수 있었다. Fire-resistant (FR) test data for a square concrete-filled steel tube (CFT) columns consisting of high-strength steel (fy>650MPa) and high strength concrete (fck>100MPa) under axial loads are insufficient. The FR behavior of square high-strength CFT members was investigated experimentally for two specimens having ${\Box}-400{\times}400{\times}15{\times}3,000mm$ with two axial load cases (5,000kN and 2,500kN). The results show that the FR performance of the high-strength CFT was rapidly decreased at earlier time (much earlier at high axial load) than expected due to high strength concrete spalling and cracks. In addition, a fiber element analysis (FEA) model was proposed and used to simulate the fiber behaviour of the columns. For steel and concrete, the mechanical and thermal properties recommended in EN 1994-1-2 are adopted. Test results were compared to those of numerical analyses considering a combination of temperature and axial compression. The numerical model can reasonably predict the time-axial deformation relationship.

        판폭두께비가 큰 변단면 휨부재의 구조성능에 관한 실험적 연구

        저층 장스팬 철골프레임에는 강재절감을 위해 휨모멘트 저항을 극대화 한 판폭두께비가 큰 변단면 부재를 이용한 PEB시스템을 사용하고 있다. 과다한 외력에 의해 PEB시스템의 붕괴에 대한 안정성을 파악하기 위해서는 변단면 부재의 좌굴거동에 관한 실험 및 해석적 예측은 중요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 변단면의 판폭(춤)두께비(d/t)와 변단면비를 주요 변수로 한 변단면 부재에 대한 실대형 실험을 행하였다. 현행 설계기준, 수정된 Yoda 모델을 이용한 소성힌지해석 및 유한요소해석으로 예측한 초기강성, 내력 및 모멘트-회전각관계에 대해서 실험결과와 비교하였다. The current trends in steel construction intend to use tapered sections to minimize as much as possible the use of excess material. This can be done by choosing the cross-sections to be as economical as possible, leaving the classical approach of using prismatic members. In addition, it is important to predict the buckling behavior of tapered member with large depth-to-thickness ratio in order to prevent the collapse of PEB system subjected to overloads. An experimental investigation of buckling behavior of tapered beam was presented. The primary test parameter was depth-to-thickness ratio and taper ratio. Using initial stiffness and load-carrying capacity proposed by current provision, the simple plastic hinge method using modified Yoda's model and finite element analysis, the prediction of a moment-rotation curve of linearly tapered member was presented. Moreover, comparisons between analytical and experimental data for moment-rotation curves were accomplished.

      • 對中國 交易擴大를 위한 광주ㆍ전남지역 輸出産業의 育成方案에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the promotion device of export industry for extending the trade with China in the situation that the change of international trade environment and the trade conflict among advanced countries are deepened. For this, this study surveys the actual conditions of local economy and industrial structure and analyzes the situations of export and import and export industry in Kwangju-Chonnam regions. To extend the trade with China, the following are required; (1) Priority of technology over China should be secured, (2) High added value ade differentiation of export goods are needed.(3) Thorough understanding of character and structure of Chinese market and (4) the consolidation of maketing system for private demand are required. To the promotion of esport industry, the governmental support devices are as follows; (1) Improvement of export support system and extension of support for improving competitiveness,(2) Adjustment of export industry structure for increasing added value,(3) Consolidation of cooperation for overseas trade and promotion of technology introduction, (4) Selection and cultivation of import substitute items and (5) Stabilization of interests and price and easy fund raising. As the devices in the side of enterprise, (1) the extension of technical development, (2) settlement of quality management system, (3) development of goods with high added value and (4) the construction of prfessional marketing system are required.
