The purpose of this study is to deficiencies in current legislation through analyzing judicial precedents for the demented elderly on abuse caused by family, for this identify legal and policy rights protection measures. To this end, the research focusing on 8 judicial precedents for courts which happened to January 2004 to December 2020. Focusing on the proof of crime, judgment of insanity, application of laws that were issues in the judicial precedents. As a result of the study, First, the demented elderly difficult to recognize and report on abuse, so difficult to the proof of crime. Second, accused tried to misuse the commutation to judgment of insanity caused by drinking. Third, Elderly Welfare Act to punishment regulations for murder by abuse was insufficient. Based on these results, measures to protect the legal and policy rights for the demented elderly as follows. First, the proposed enactment for regulation to assist experts on the demented elderly unable to make statements, at Elderly Welfare Act. Second, it should be enactment that the accused of abuse should not be commuted by drinking. Third, the suggested enactment for punishment of regulation the defendant of abuse murder and necessity Special Act on concerning punishment of elderly abuse.

In underwater acoustic channels, many parameters have an effect on the channel responses. In particular, multipath wave propagation caused by multiple reflections from the sea-bottom and the sea-surface is an important problem because it may result in large delay dispersion. In this paper, we aim to use an OFDM system to deal with the delay dispersion problem. This is motivated by the recent advances in OFDM systems for radio frequency channels.
항공기 레이다를 이용한 지면클러터 반사계수 계산 방법과 모의 지면클러터 신호 생성 모델 개발

항공기 레이다를 항공기에 적재하여 획득한 실제 항공기 항법 정보 및 레이다 빔 조향 정보 등을 이용하여 지상과 해상클러터 반사계수를 계산하는 방법과 항공기 레이다의 모의 지상/해상클러터 신호를 생성하는 모델을 제시한다. 해상 및 지상지역에서 항법 및 레이다 운용 정보와 지상/해상클러터 신호를 획득하였고, 제시한 방법으로 계산한 지상/해상클러터 반사계수 값을 기존 연구의 지상/해상클러터 반사계수 모델의 값과 비교하였다. 그리고 제시한 모의 지상/해상클러터 신호 생성 모델로 생성한 지상/해상클러터 신호와 비행시험을 통해 획득한 실제 지상/해상클러터 신호를 비교하여 제안한 모의 지상/해상클러터 신호 생성 모델의 유효성을 확인하였다. We present a ground clutter reflectivity calculation method and a signal generation model of the simulated sea/land clutters of airborne radars using real navigation and radar operation information. The navigation and radar operation information were obtained by loading airborne radar on aircraft. The real navigation information and real sea/land clutters were obtained in the sea and land regions, and sea/land clutter reflectivity values calculated using the presented method were compared with the values of sea/land clutter reflectivity models of earlier studies. We confirmed the validity of the proposed sea/land clutter generation model by comparing real and simulated sea/land clutters.
