항공교통관제사의 안전문화와 업무복잡성 완화전략의 관계성 연구: 안전문화의 내재적 및 외재적 수준 측정도구를 활용하여

Due to recent increased air traffic,, air traffic controllers in charge of en-route and approach control have faced huge increase in both workload and its intensity. The purpose of this paper is to analyze how much safety culture of air traffic controllers has effect on their complexity mitigation strategies during their duties. It could be expected complexity mitigation improve air traffic flow resulting in enhancing safety eventually. According to empirical analysis against air traffic controllers in civil aviation and air force in South Korea, it was proven safety culture had a statistically positive effect on complex mitigation strategies through safety behavior. In safety culture among air traffic controllers, intrinsic culture had a positive effect on extrinsic value of safety culture. Intrinsic value of safety culture led to air traffic controllers' safety behavior which created work complexity mitigation strategies. Among work complexity mitigation strategies, communication and cooperation was proven to be the most important factor effected by safety culture and behavior. It was implied that enhancing the intrinsic values of safety culture would cause to improve extrinsic safety culture and air traffic controller's work efficiency.

공항보안검색요원의 신기술 수용성이 공항보안업무의 직무만족도와 업무혁신성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 인천국제공항 제2터미널(T2)에 새로이 도입되어 점차 전국 공항으로 확대 적용되고 있는 원형검색장비를 사용하는 보안검색요원들의 인식을 연구의 대상으로 하였다. 이를 위해 기술수용통합모델(UTAUT)을 바탕으로 하여 연구를 진행하였다. 기술수용통합모델은 TAM의 유용성과 유사한 성과기대, 용이성과 유사한 노력기대, 그리고 사회적 영향, 행동의도, 촉진조건, 자기효능감 등으로 구성되어있다. 연구자는 성과기대, 노력기대, 자기효능감, 행동의도를 기술수용성을 측정하는 변수로 선정하였다. 실증분석 결과 보안검색요원들이 인식하는 그들의 성과기대, 행동의도 및 자기효능감은 조직혁신성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 보안검색요원들이 인식하는 행동의도 및 자기효능감은 직무만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 노력기대는 조직혁신성과 직무만족도에 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 보안검색장비 기술의 고도화로 인해 원형검색장비 사용이 쉽고 오랜 시간 동안 전문교육을 이수 받지 않아도 되고, 장비 사용에 익숙해지는데 오랜 시간이 걸리지 않았기 때문이다. 따라서 모든 보안검색요원이 원형검색장비를 쉽게 사용하게 되면 조직혁신성의 효과는 더욱 향상될 것이라는 인과적 관계가 입증된 것이다. 조직혁신성은 원형검색장비를 사용하는 직원의 기술수용성과 직무만족도 사이에서 매개효과를 나타내었는데 공항은 신기술에 대한 관심, 최신 IT 기술의 도입 등을 통한 신기술에 대한 수용성을 증대하여 항공보안 조직의 혁신성을 제고해야 할 것이다. This research focuses on the perception of security screeners using a full body scanner at airport which had been newly introduced to terminal 2 of Incheon Int’l airport. To accomplish the purpose of research, this paper used UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) model. Through an empirical analysis, it was proven the factors consisting of technological acceptance and how those factors affect both organizational innovation at airport and job satisfaction of security screeners. According to an empirical analysis, it was found out all the factors of technological acceptance have a significant effect on both organizational innovation and job satisfaction. However, only the effort expectation was shown to have a significant negative effect on the two dependant variables contrary to the other variables (performance expectation, behavioral intention and self efficacy. It was also proven organizational innovation had a moderating effect between technological acceptance and job satisfaction. Such results suggested organizational innovation at airport security division is necessary to enhance job satisfaction using a newly introduced full body scanner.

COVID-19 이후 체크인카운터 기술기반셀프서비스에 대한 항공여객의 인식과 수용성 연구 - 혁신성 매개효과를 포함하여 -

Before COVID-19 outbreak in 2019, it is the core value of airline's service to provide check-in service to passengers face to face. However, due to the global pandemic of COVID-19 outbreak, it is expected the airline service in the future would be dramatically changed from being contacted to being untacted with technology-based self service(TBSS). This paper analyzed the perception of passengers using self service technology and their acceptance. According to empirical analysis, it was found that the change of passengers' perception after COVID-19 has a significant positive effect on the innovation of TBSS. The innovation of TBSS(Effectiveness and certainty) had both significant positive effect on the passengers' acceptance on TBSS at airport. Among variables of TBSS, convenience rather than usefulness of TBSS had a significant positive effect on intention to use TBSS of passengers. It was proposed that airlines not only contribute to increase acceptance of TBSS but also inform and promote the prevention effect of TBSS and the importance of untact service to minimize congestion at check-in counter in airport.

항공사 종사자의 안전문화 인식이 서비스 품질과 서비스 효능감에 미치는 영향 연구 : 인천국제공항지점 근무자를 중심으로

본 연구는 인천국제공항에서 근무하는 항공사 종사자 대상으로 그들이 승객에게 서비스를 제공하는 동안 종사자 사이에 안전문화가 제대로 정착되어 승객들에게 안전에 대한 기본사항이 제대로 전달되고 있는 지 실증 분석하고자 하였다. 항공사 종사자들이 인식하는 안전문화가 그들이 공항이용객에게 제공하는 서비스품질 인식에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 이러한 서비스품질이 궁극적으로 직원의 서비스 제공 행동(서비스 효능감)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지 검증하는 연구를 수행하고자 하였다. 연구자는 이상의 연구 목적을 바탕으로 항공사 직원들의 안전업무역량을 통해 궁극적으로 항공서비스의 품질도 향상시키고 항공사의 접점 서비스 직원들을 관리할 수 있는 관리자적 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 항공사종사자들을 대상으로 한 실증분석 결과 안전문화 구성요인들인 보고/학습 문화와 공정문화 중 공정문화는 항공사의 서비스 품질 향상과 항공사 종사자들의 서비스 효용성 증대에 매우 긍정적인 기여를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 보고/학습 문화는 오히려 공항에서 서비스 품질 향상을 저해하고 종사자의 서비스 효용성 의지를 약화시키는 요인으로 작용할 수 있음이 파악되었다. 비록 현장에서 직원의 서비스 실수가 있더라도 필수적인 안전정보를 제공하는 행위였다면 이를 배려하고 심지어 보상까지 해주는 문화가 정착될 때 서비스 품질향상에 대한 동기부여가 될 수 있을 것이다. This paper has made an empirical research on airline staff working at Incheon international airport, who perceived safety culture in their organization and delivered safety information while the staff were providing service against passengers. The purpose of this paper was to analyze the relationship among safety culture, service quality and service provider efficacy to find out which factor of safety culture had a significant effect on both service quality and service provider efficacy. Following the results from empirical research, this paper would provide administrative implications which could be applied to improve airline’s service quality and to manage effectively the airline staff at field. According to research, it was found fairness culture among safety cultures had a positive and significant effect on both service quality and service provider efficacy. However, reporting/studying culture had a negative effect on them. In other words, it would decrease airline service quality and prevent active service provider’s efficacy at airport if a airline management focused reporting/studying culture of safety. It is important to settle down fairness culture of safety to motivate and improve service quality.

대면적 나노 임프린트 공정에서 패널과 몰드 사이의 PR 레진의 균일 분포막 측정 연구

The parallel contact mechanism between mold and target is the on of most important issues for the imprinting system. It is influenced by precision level of the imprinter, the waviness of mold and target and the stage motion for alignment. The uniformity of PR fluid thickness should be maintained for imprinting quality, and the ununiformity of PR fluid thickness is caused by unstable pressure distribution. In this study, we captured film shape of PR fluid film with the image processing method under several motions of contact stage. It is expected to get the information of pressure distribution by measuring tile film thickness of PR fluid.
