        비산먼지 저감기능을 구비한 슬러지 흡입식 도로절단기의 작업생산성 분석

        The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the performance and work productivity of wet type pavement cutters and sludge suction type pavement cutters (hereinafter referred to as automatic pavement cutters) developed to reduce scattering dust. We first investigated the development status of wet type manual pavement cutters that are mainly used in Korea and automatic pavement cutters, and analyzed the pavement cutting work in detail. And the standard cutting performance was derived by measuring the cutting time by depth by applying the two equipment to the test bed under the same conditions. However, there is a limitation that the data measured in the test bed does not reflect the various variables of the actual pavement cutting site. Therefore, in this study, data was collected through field surveys, and the correlation between cutting distance and time was analyzed, and then a model for calculating the productivity of pavement cutters was presented through simple regression analysis. As a result of comparative analysis of the values derived from the regression equation with the standard cutting performance derived from the test bed, the cutting performance derived through the regression equation showed a similar trend to the standard cutting performance. Finally, we verified the usability of the automated pavement cutter developed by qualitatively analyzing three tasks that are difficult to measure quantitatively but affect productivity.

        As the concrete pouring work relies on manual work, there is a lot of room for automated equipment development. In this study, as a basic study on the development of an automated system for pouring concrete, the trend of patent applications by year, country and detailed technology was investigated. Related technologies were classified into screed automation, CPB automation, and concrete pouring integrated system to analyze patent application trends. As a result, since 1999, patent applications have been steadily in progress, repeating increases and decreases in Japan, Korea, the United States, and Europe. In addition, the growth stage of the market is in the early stages of maturity, and patent applications for related technologies are expected to continue. In the future, based on the patent application trend analyzed in this study, the development direction of the automated concrete pouring system will be reviewed and the redundancy of similar technologies will be reviewed.

        경남 통영 시중 판매 물회의 주요 식중독세균의 오염도 조사

        For the safety assessment of microbiological in the raw seafood soup (Mul-hoe), eight samples of the Mul-hoe were purchased from restaurants, located in Tongyeong, gyeongnam Korea. The Mul-hoe contained Olive flounder, Leaf lettuce, radish, cucumber, and onion in addition to the Mul-hoe broth. The levels of contamination were assessed for sanitary indicative bacteria (total aerobic bacteria, coliforms, and Escherichia coli) and three pathogenic bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus, and Vibrio parahaemolyticus) using quantitative or qualitative methods. The total aerobic bacteria and coliforms were detected as 1.91-3.24, and ND-0.43 log CFU/g, respectively. The Mul-hoe broth showed a high level of contamination with total aerobic bacteria, with a count of 3.24 log CFU/g. All samples had less than 0.5 log CFU/g of coliforms detected. Additionally, E. coli was not detected in any of the samples (ND: < 10 log CFU/g). S. aureus was not detected, and B. cereus and V. parahaemolyticus were negative. The levels of microbial contamination identified in this study could serve as fundamental data for conducting microbial risk assessments of home meal replacement (HMR) foods, such as Mul-hoe.

        초음파와 염소 병용처리에 의한 다슬기(Semisulcospira libertine) 유래 위생지표미생물의 저감화효과

        The current study investigated the effects of ultrasound (US; 40 kHz, 320W, 5 or 10 min) and chlorine (CL; 100 ppm of Cl2, 5 or 10 min) combined treatment on the indigenous natural microorganism regarded as sanitary indicatives in Korean freshwater snail (Semisulcospira libertine). The numbers of total viable bacteria, coliforms, and yeast and mold in the fresh water nail were significantly reduced more (p>0.05) by the UL and CL combined treatments than by US or CL single treatment. Single treatment with CL for 10 min showed a maximum 1.38 log reduction of total viable bacteria, while 5 min of US 5 min/CL 5 min, US 10 min/CL 10 min, US 10 min/CL 5 min, and US 10 min/CL10 min showed 2.1, 2.16, 2.21, and 2.43 log reduction, respectively. The number of coliforms were also revealed as 1.10 and 1.22 log reduction, respectively when combined treated with US 10 min/CL 5 min and US 10 min/CL 10 min. When combined treated with US 10 min/CL 10 min, there were a maximum 2.03 log reduction of yeast and mold.

        온라인에서 유통중인 우렁쉥이(Halocynthia roretzi)의 식중독세균 오염도 조사

        This study assessed the quantitative analysis of total viable bacteria, coliforms, Escherichia coli, and Staphylococcus aureus and qualitative analysis of 9 pathogenic bacteria [Salmonella spp., Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio vulnificus, Clostridium perfringens, Listeria monocytogenes, Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli (EHEC), Yersinia enterocolitica, Bacillus cereus, Campylobacter jejuni/coli] in the frozen and raw sea squirt (Halocynthia roretzi). This microbial analysis was performed using the methods in Korean food code. The range of total viable bacteria was 2.50-4.55 (3.13±0.28) log CFU/g for frozen sea squirt and 2.60-4.80 (3.22±0.30) log CFU/g for raw sea squirt. Less than 1-2 log CFU/g of coliforms was detected in frozen and raw samples. E. coli was not detected in all samples (ND: < 10 CFU/g). S. aureus was detected at 1.48-1.99 log CFU/g in most samples. All nine pathogenic bacteria were qualitatively detected as negative. The microbial contamination levels determined in the current study may be potentially used as the basic data to execute microbial risk assessments of sea squirt.

        텍스트마이닝 및 그림 이미지 분석을 활용한 어린이들의 도시재생 인식 분석 : 천안시 어린이 도시재생 그림 공모전 사례를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to analyze children's perceptions of urban regeneration through text mining and picture image analysis. For this purpose, we collected and analyzed the drawings and explanatory text submitted to the 2022 Cheonan Children's Urban Regeneration Drawing Contest. After refining the description of the picture, 50 major keywords were derived, the relationships between keywords were analyzed through semantic network analysis, sentiment analysis, and CONCOR analysis, and the picture was analyzed in connection with these. The main research results are summarized as follows. First, keywords such as parks, people, and friends were mentioned with high frequency. Second, as a result of semantic network analysis, the centrality of parks, friends, people, etc. was found to be high. Third, as a result of emotional analysis, 86.9% of all children felt positively about urban regeneration. Fourth, as a result of CONCOR analysis, four clusters were derived: surrounding people and places, daily life, region, rest and travel. Children perceived urban regeneration as focusing on the neighborhood in which they live, surrounding areas, friends, and neighbors, and expressed it as forming a basis for social activities through improvement of the physical environment. This differs from the perspective of adults, who recognize the importance of economic and physical regeneration. This study is significant in that it looks at urban regeneration from the perspective of children through text mining and picture image analysis.

        For the successful introduction of the construction automation system, it is necessary to define the consideration factors and target tasks for the necessity of automating the conventional methods. In this study, the factors for automation were derived through brainstorming and questionnaires, and calculated the relative importance through the pairwise comparison using the AHP analysis method. In addition, the detailed type of concrete work was classified into 32 detailed works, and the automation score for each work was calculated by investigating the factors considering the necessity of automation. As a result of the automation score analysis, it was concluded that the need for automation of concrete placing work was the highest. Based on this study, we will consider the strategy of a concrete construction automation system.

        단호박을 첨가하여 제조한 막걸리의 품질특성 및 항산화 활성

        본 연구에서는 항산화 효능과 관능적 특성이 강화된 막걸리 제조를 위해 통단호박을 직접 찐 후 비율별로 첨가하여 막걸리를 제조하였다. 단호박 막걸리 제조를 위해 단호박을 쌀 중량의 5%, 10%, 20% 및 30%를 첨가하였으며 발효 및 담금 후 9일간 단호박 막걸리의 이화학적(pH, 총산 및 알코올), 미생물학적(유산균 및 효모수) 및 항산화 활성을 조사하였다. pH의 경우 모든 실험군에서 발효 및 저장기간이 늘어날수록 점차 낮아졌으며 9일차에는 단호박 무첨가군인 대조군(3.27)에 비해 단호박 첨가군(3.28-3.52)이 다소 높은 결과를 보였다. 총산도는 1일차(0.09-0.55) 및 3일차(0.81-0.86)에 급격히 증가하였으며, 그 후 서서히 증가하여 9일차에는 단호박 첨가군에서 1.16-1.32의 결과를 보였다. 알코올 함량은 9일차에 대조군 0%가 4.59로 가장 낮았고 단호박 5-30% 첨가군에서 5.20-5.77%로 단호박 첨가량이 많아질수록 알코올 함량이 높았다. 유산균수 측정의 경우 발효초반에 증가하는 양상을 보이다가 5일차부터 다소 감소하거나 유사하여 9일차에는 단호박 첨가 0-30% 첨가군에서 7.95-8.09 log CFU/g로 나타났으며, 효모수의 경우 발효가 진행될수록 증가와 감소를 다소 반복하였으며 9일차에는 7.68-7.99 log CFU/g으로 측정되었다. DPPH 및 ABTS 라디칼 소거능은 단호박 30% 첨가군에서 85.96 및 78.97%로 각각 측정되어 단호박 무첨가군의 DPPH (48.29%) 및 ABTS (62.12%) 결과와 비교 시 높은 항산화 활성도를 보였다. 따라서 추후 단호박 첨가에 따른 각종 비타민류, 무기질 및 β-carotene 등의 영양·기능성 성분의 분석과 더불어 소비자의 관능평가 등을 통해 항산화 기능이 강화된 단호박 막걸리의 실용화를 위한 구체적인 연구개발의 확대가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. Sweet pumpkin is rich in minerals such as calcium, phosphorus and fiber, and also contains a large amount of β-carotene, which has antioxidant effects. In this study, Makgeolli containing steaming sweet pumpkin (SP) was manufactured to enhance the antioxidant activity. To prepare the Makgeolli, SP was added in amounts of 5, 10, 20, and 30% (w/w), and the chemical (pH, total acidity, alcohol), microbiological (lactic acid bacteria, yeast) properties, and antioxidant activities (DPPH, ABTS) were examined during fermentation and storage for 9 days. The pH of SP Makgeolli was 4.00-4.23 at day 1 of fermentation, and then the pH gradually decreased as fermentation progressed, showing the lowest results at day 9 (3.28-3.52). At day 1, the total acidity was significantly increased (P<0.05) as the amount of SP (0-30%; 0.09-0.55%) and the total acidity in SP Makgeolli (1.01-1.20) was also rapidly increased by 5 days of fermentation. Alcohol content was significantly increased (P<0.05) as the amount of SP (0-30%; 4.59-5.77%) increased at day 9. The counts of lactic acid bacteria and yeast in SP Makgeolli were 8.0-8.1 and 7.9-7.8.0 CFU/mL, respectively, which was higher than SP 0% at day 9. DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities were significantly increased (P<0.05) as the amount of SP (0-30%; 48.29-78.97% for DPPH, 62.12-86.68% for ABTS) increased at day 9. This study suggests that Makgeolli added with SP could be potentially and commercially developed due to its superior microbiological and chemical properties, including high antioxidant activities.

        시판 보냉팩 개수에 따른 진공포장 냉동 넙치(Paralichthys olivaceus) 및 고등어(Scomber japonicus) 필렛의 상온유통 중 선도유지능 비교평가

        The surge in online seafood consumption has increased parcel delivery, leading to a need to implement effective preservation methods. As the cold chain system is not fully established in Korea, styrofoam boxes and cold packs are commonly used for low-temperature seafood distribution. The impact of cold packs on product preservation depends on the number utilized. Herein, the freshness of vacuum-packed frozen fish fillets (Paralichthys olivaceus and Scomber japonicus) stored at 25±0.5℃ for up to 84 h was measured. Chemical (pH and volatile base nitrogen), microbiological (viable cell count), and physical (odor intensity) properties were assessed using 2 or 4 cold packs in a styrofoam box. Four cold packs yielded lower values, indicating superior freshness, and extended fish freshness by approximately 12 h compared with two cold packs. Therefore, it is recommended to use a minimum of 4 cold packs (-350 g/cold pack) in a styrofoam box for distributing approximately 300 g of frozen fish fillets at room temperature during the summer, considering an average delivery period of 2 days in Korea.
