순천향대학 부속병원 산부인과에 자가면역성 조발폐경 1예를 경험하였으며 특징적으로 고고나 도트로핀증, 저에스토로젠증, 무월경, 안면홍조 등을 보였고 거사상 자가면역질환으로 판명되었으며 일단 잔여난포의 가능성을 알기위해 난소생검사 및 Pergonal을 투여하여 그 반으응ㄹ 보았다 타장기의 침범여부를 조사해본 결과, Rheumatioid factor만 양성을 보였을 뿐 다른 장기의 병변은 동반하지 않았다 Premature ovarian failure is usually defined by the triad of amenorrhea, estrogen deficiency and elevated concentrations of FSH and LH in women less than 40 Years old, although some authors have considered the diagnosis only in women less than 35 years old Well-known causes include chromosomal aberrations such as trisomy X and mosaicism, physical agents such as chemotherapy and irradiation, and resistant ovary syndrome Recently increasing evidence has pointed to an autoimmune etiology for some patients with premature ovarian failure Evidence supporting this concepts includes the association of premature ovarian failure with other autoimmune disorders, the discovery of circulating antibodies to the ovaries in some of the subjects and the findings of ovarian lymphocyte infiltration According to several reports, multiglandular involvements have been note Also familial tendency has been emphasized on etological background Inspite of increasing concerning of premature ovarian failure, unfortunately there are no definite therapeutic measures against this disease We experienced one case of premature ovarian failure, possibly cused by autoimmune disease without other glandular involvement and discussed in the light of the existing literatures
