저자들은 Gestrinone 치료로 호전된 폐실질의 자궁내막 증식증 1예를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Parenchymal pulmonary endometriosis is a rare cause in patients with hemoptysis, dyspnea, or chest pain, especially. We describe a woman with recurrent hemoptysis during menstruation. Embolization of endometrial tissue from the uterus to the lung via the pulmonary arteries has been proposed for the mechanism of the development of parenchymal endometriosis. The site of origin of hemoptysis was localized on chest. Chest CT scanning appears to be method of the correct intrapulmonary localization of the correct intrapulmonary localization of this disease and then treated with Danazol, Gestrinone or GnRH agonist.

Edward 증후군 즉, Trisomy 18은 두번째로 흔한 상염색체 삼체성 이상으로 다발성 선천성 기형과 연관이 있다. Trisomy 18의 전형적인 특징은 자궁내 발육 지연과 선천성 기형을 동반한 양수과다증 등이다. 이 증후군에서는 성장 결함 뿐만 아니라 일반적으로 예후도 극히 나쁘기 때문에 산전 진단이 매우 중요하다. 산전 초음파 검사에서 이 증후군으로 의심되는 이상 소견이 나타나면 세포유전학적 검사를 시행해야 하며 태아가 Trisomy 18로 확인되면 임신중절을 고려해야 한다. 이에 보고자들은 임신 14주에 본원 산전 초음파 검사로 다발성 기형을 동반한 Edward 증후군을 경험하였기에 간단한 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Edward syndrome, or Trisomy 18, is the second most common autosomal aberration associated with multiple congenital abnormalities. The hallmark of trisomy 18 is polyhydramnios with intrauterine growth retardation and congenital abnormalities. Growth deficiency is well-known part of this syndrome and, therefore, it is particularly important to make the antenatal diagnosis of trisomy 18 because of universally poor prognosis. Identification of a fetus with trisomy 18 is an important variable in planning obstetric management ; therefore increasing awareness of the sonogaphic appearance should improve the detection rate of this syndrome, since the sonographic abnormalities described in this report can be indications for cytogenetic evaluation. We experienced a case of Edward syndrome with multiple anomalies antenatally diagnosed and so present it with brief review of literatures.

자궁경관임신은 매우 드물지만 산모의 생명을 위협하는 자궁외임신의 한 형태이다. 정확한 원인은 잘 알수 없으나 몇가지 고려하여야 할 선행요인이 있다. 아마 여러 요인 등의 복합적인 조합으로 자궁경관임신이 유발된다고 보고되고 있다. 증례 1은 자궁적출술이 필요하였고, 증례 2는 자궁경부원주봉합과 흡입소파술 후 풍선 압박지혈법을 병행하여 치료하였다. 최근에는 자궁적출술의 상당한 감소와 함께 보존적치료가 발전되고 있다. 저자들은 고령임신에서 복합 선행요인과 연관된 자궁경관임신 2예를 경험하였기에 간단한 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Cervical pregnancy is a rare life-threatening form of ectopic pregnancy. The exact etiology of cervical pregnancy is not known, but several contributing factors have been considered. Probably a combination of factors leads to cervical pregnancy. The first case was required hysterectomy. The second case was successfully treated with a unique combination of precurettage cerclage, suction curettage and postcurettage balloon tamponade. Conservative treatment has evolved in recent years, with a considerable reduction in the number of hysterectomies. We present two cases of cervical pregnancy associated with multiple risk factors in elderly gravida, with brief reviews.

The Brenner tumor is a relatively rare tumor, and almost always benign, but a few are frankly malignant forms. The third variants between benign and malignant were classified and termed "Borderline Brenner Tumor" for a broader category of Brenner tumor. It has been produced controversy and conflicts to establish criteria for distinguishing borderline Brenner tumors from benign and malignant ones. A case of borderline Brenner tumor that we experienced is presented with a brief review of literature.
