        GUI기반 산업용 디지털 기기의 측정값 인식 시스템

        본 논문에서는 영상처리를 통해 GUI를 기반으로 산업용 디지털 기기의 측정값을 인식하고 기록하는 시스템을 제안하고 구현하였다. 제안한 시스템은 기존의 차량번호판 인식과 달리 산업용 측정기의 LCD화면에 표시되는 값은 디지털 숫자로 표시하고 있어 소수점과 마이너스 표시, LCD보호유리의 반사광등의 여러 가지 장애요인을 고려하였다. LCD화면에 표시된 숫자를 인식하기 위해 블롭 레이블링 (blob-labeling)기법을 사용하였으며, 인식한 숫자 이미지는 템플릿 매칭(template matching)을 통해 숫자가 무엇인지 판별하여, 인식한 측정값을 측정시간과 함께 저장장치에 기록하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 시스템은 산업현장에서 제품의 내외경이나 높이를 측정하고 기록할 때 수기로 작성하는 번거로움을 줄이고, 수기로 작성 시 잘못 기입하는 경우를 방지함으로써 생산 공정 과정에서 오류가 없는 효율적인 공정관리가 가능하게 하였다. In this paper, we proposed and implemented a GUI-based system to recognize and record measured values of digital instruments in the industrial site through image processing. Unlike the existing vehicle license plate recognition system, the measured values of the measuring instrument are displayed on the LCD screen as digital numbers. So, the proposed system considers the decimal point, a negative sign, light reflected by LCD protective glass, and various disturbance factors. We used blob-labeling technique to recognize the numbers displayed on the LCD screen, the recognized number images were determined as certain numbers through the template matching, and recognized values were recorded in the storage device with measurement time. Therefore, the proposed system in this paper would reduce the burden of writing when recording the measured values of the inside/outside diameter or height of the product in the industrial site, so effective and errorless process management in production process is possible by preventing errors in recording measurements when written by hand.

        생활체육 골프지도자의 비언어적 행동과 참여자의 참여동기 및 구매 후 행동의 관계

        This study verify the relationship between life-sport golf instructors' nonverbal behavior and participants' participation motivation and post-purchase behavior. To this end, a survey was conducted with 170 golfers who use the golf practice ground in Seoul, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 program through frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis. First, life-sport golf instructors' nonverbal behavior partially had a positive or negative effect on participants' participation motivation. Second, the former's nonverbal behavior partially had a positive effect on the latter's post-purchase behavior. The third, the latter's participation motivation had no effect on their post-purchase behavior. In order to satisfy the motivation and behavior of participants who selected golf among a variety of life-sport events, this study focused on the behavior of instructors who instructed them. Although the findings show that some behavior of instructors' nonverbal behavior has an effect on participants' post-purchase behavior, they do not mean that only golf instructors' nonverbal behavior represent such a relation. It may be thus very valuable to more closely analyze instructors' behavior, suggesting that a further study reflecting the findings is wararnted.

        응용 및 융합 기술 : 병상환자의 움직임 감지 시스템 구현

        본 논문에서는 IEEE 802.15.4 기반 무선 센서 네트워크와 압력패드와 가드센서를 이용하여 병실 내 환자의 동작을 감지하는 시스템을 개발 하였다. 이 시스템은 주간에 환자의 일상적인 활동 뿐 만 아니라 특히 야간 취침 시에 발생하는 낙상 사고 감지를 위해 설계 되었다. 환자의 침대에 설치된 노드는 압력 패드 및 가드 센서에서 환자의 활동 및 낙상을 감지하여 게더로 송신하고 게더에 수신된 데이터는 TCP/IP 통신으로 업무 지원 센터의 모니터로 보내도록 하였다. 이때 압력 패드 및 가드 센서가 on, off 동작 시에 발생하는 스위치 채터링 현상을 방지하기 위해 타이머를 사용 하였다. 그리고 통신 모듈의 송신 파워를 조절하여 병실의 다양한 환경에서 적용이 가능 하도록 구성 하였으며 수집된 데이터를 바탕으로 간호사가 실시간으로 병상의 환자 상태를 확인하고 관리 할 수 있게 하였다. This paper suggests detection system for the movement of patient on bed based on IEEE802.15.4 by using pressure pad and guard sensor. The system is designed to detect ordinary activities of patients on bed as well as patients’ falling from the bed while sleeping at night. The node that is installed at bed sends data to gather when the pressure pad and sensor of guard detect patients’ activities and falling. These data sent to gather are transmitted to monitor at help desk by TCP/IP communication. To remove unnecessary data that occurred due to switch chattering during tossing and turning, timer of MCU is used. Also, Communication module can change transmission power to apply this system to various environments of hospital room. Therefore, the nurse can take care of patients on bed in real time with data about patients’ conditions.

        Burkholderia cepacia를 이용한 축산폐수의 처리

        We found that the Bacterium Burkholderia cepacia in livestock wastewater treatment plant was predominant species. We investigated the growth rate of this and treatment characteristics for organic matter and nitrogen removal in livestock wastewater using this microorganism. First, we cultured B. cepacia. And then, to conducted treatment for livestock wastewater by using B. cepacia., we changed C/N from 0.2~4.4. When we operated A and B process, changing F/M ratio from 1.2 to 4.4. In experiment of C/N variations, when C/N was 1.8, we found that the optimal condition for organic matter and nutrient removal effect was higher and the removal efficiency of SCOD_(cr), SBOD_5, NH₄-N was 78.4%, 95% and 74.8%. So, It is possible to treat the wastewater having the lower C/N contents such as livestock wastewater using this microorganism. In experiment of A and B process for livestock wastewater, we found that the removal efficiency of organic matter and nitrogen in operating mode of A process was higher than that of B process. Also, the optimal F/M operating A process was 0.013 and the removal efficiency of SBOD_5, SCOD_(cr), TN and TP were 97%, 60%, 95% and 91%.

      • 축산폐수처리장의 운영실태 및 개선방안에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out to gain operating conditions and performance improvement in J livestock treatment facility. In order to livestock wastewater, Hybrid system (biological treatment and physicochemical treatment) was operated with B3 system and advanced treatment system. Conclusions of this study were as follows: 1. COD and TN was excess design removal efficiency in treatment process 2. Influent quality was are fluctuating sharply 3. The result of biodegradability test was NBD 50%, then was led to biological treatment limit.
