The purpose of this study is to secure an evacuation time and to ensure safety by using an Ubiquitous Sensor Network computing when a fire breaks out at a super high-rise apartment housing. A super high-rise apartment housing that is a type of building to solve the problem of separation of the urban function and the phenomenon of hollowing out downtown has been on the increase, high-rise apartment housings occupying 52.7% of whole housings in 2005. However, if a fire breaks out, there would be serious damage since it accommodates many people and facilities as existence of vertical gigantism in the city. The architectural law in force has no clause on it which is universally applicable to general building, it is difficult to be applicable to a densely super high-rise apartment housing and there would be in danger of a resident's evacuation in the fire. Therefore, as a previous study to introduce an USN-based fire-warning facility and evacuation equipment, this study shows the improvement way after analyzing factors that are barriers to evacuaee's behavior of a super high-rise apartment housing and also shows establishment of the grade of vertical evacuation rank by SimuleX, one of the best computer simulation program.
제주 지역별 기후조건에 따른 민가의 건축 및 외피재료 특성에 관한 연구

Global climate change, Architecture field has beginning research about material and performance appropriate for the changing climate. But, show a various weather patterns, Jeju has not research yet. In addition, Jeju houses many problem of building skin affected by climate change. So, in this paper, characteristic and influence of the building skin according to various climatic conditions has analyzed in Jeju. This paper was conducted through the filed survey after survey area made a classification by climate. And investigated the change of building skin, problem. As a result, characteristic of building skin appeared differently according to latitude and altitude in Jeju. And feature of region affect by wind is composed of roof mainly. On the other hand, feature of region affect by humid is composed of wall mainly. Most problem of Jeju houses is pollution of building skin and damage caused by humid than wind.
피난실험을 통해 본 초고층 공동주택 거주자의 피난행동 및 반응에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to set up reasonable escape planning through analyzing residents' ordinary safety awareness and aspects of evacuation behavior including individual reaction. For that, this study selected one subject of high-rise apartment housing for the simulated escape experiment with 351 invited participants on the assumption of fire emergency and then as soon as a participant finished escaping, they were polled.

When a fire breaks out, a super high-rise apartment housing has been more dangerous than before as a result of being higher and more dense. 40% of fire accidents broke out at residential places in the latest 10 years, those brought out 2,300 casualties and much loss of property. The architectural law in force that defines ground floor should be the evacuation floor, so making evacuation route become more longer and bring out bottleneck. It makes evacuation time more and more longer. This study measures the evacuation time by evacuation stair width condition of the super high-rise building as a primary material for ensuring its evacuation safety. In order to measure evacuation time, this study supposes fire situation at a super high-rise apartment housing, then uses 'SimuleX' and simulates evacuation, one of the best evacuation simulation program.

Domestic country is not prepared with institutional and technological system although awareness of fire hazards from large scale subway fire recently occurred is spread. The purpose of this study is to suggest ways of standardization of evacuation safety under the domestic circumstances as the level of technology lag behind comparing with developed countries'. Some fire safety model has been suggested by developed countries such as U.S. and Japan, which have studies, fire safety design and evaluation of evacuation safety performance in case of emergency, with their own evacuation safety standards and methods. Referring to the model of evacuation evaluation, this study finds out information such as laws, references, tools, techniques and provisions and then helps us understand limits of articles of evacuation safety in domestic underground living spaces. Considering evacuation conditions and characteristics in domestic underground living spaces, this study suggests the way utilizing the fire safety design and evaluation of evacuation safety performance.

The purpose of this research is to analyze of survivor's movement route classifide by each train during Daegu subway fire and to offer the basic data of a design of underground space and fire suppression, rescue. The making up questions were executed twice. They consist of first making up question to find survivors' general subject at that fire time and second making up question to find the refuge pattern and situation at that fire time. The train passengers were classified as passengers of NO. 1079 and NO. 1080. and the passengers of NO. 1080 fractionate by each train.

Nowadays, the needs of various evacuation strategies and evacuation methods have been tremendously increasing because the heights of buildings become higher. Especially, the simultaneous evacuation strategy using egress elevator, which has been prohibited in evacuation procedure traditionally, is gradually treated the essential evacuation method in the post-9/11 environment such as in fire protection engineering-developed countries. However; existing evacuation factors which were deprived from crowd movements of stairwell systems cannot be only inputted in elevator evacuation systems but also the maximum flow-density cannot be inputted neither because the stairwell evacuation systems and elevator evacuation systems are definitely composed in different mechanism. Therefore; this study executed the trial experiments for a measurement of maximum flow-density when the evacuees board or depart through the elevator. Measured maximum flow-density from the experiment is also used in the developed model of elevator evacuation time calculator which can estimate the overall evacuation time from boarding the elevator to departing and reaching to the safe place on the ground floor and finally will be applied in the high-rise building evacuation simulator.

The As the continuous development of country's economics , industrialization, maximized and complex of buildings, the energy consumption of building has been increased recently. To be more efficient building, large amount of energy consumption building need not only energy saved plan factors but also preceding to understand fact, which is energy consumption and its method, area. Specifically, If you understand and analysis about lots of using of energy unit per area by properties of business and the energy used by simultaneously cooling and heating pattern of low efficient hotel, the effect of energy savings on complex load would be emphasized. The properties of complex load represent data of load profile. On this thesis, for drawing pattern of complex load and load profile, I investigated and estimated energy using of target hotel yearly, monthly , daily and timely per each and wrote basic unit per energy. Through the occurrence pattern based on that study, I predicted correlation analysis for energy load and occurrence complex load. model. The analysis data is essential for handling energy demand, energy savings and complex load. Also, this data will be mainly used on complex load energy saving. in other similar building.
