        안정된 구조정보와 신경망을 기반으로 한 인쇄체 한글 문자 인식

        본 논문에서는 입력된 문자에서 비교적 안정적 구조특징을 추출하고 이 구조정보를 이용하여 문자를 좀 더 세부적인 유형으로 분류한 후 인식을 행하는 문자 인식 방법을 제안한다. 본 방법은 우선 한글 문자를 스캐너로 입력받아 방향코드화하고 방향코드화된 문자로부터 방향밀도벡터를 추출하여 기본 6형식으로 분류한다. 그리고 기본형식 정보에 의해 각 문자로부터 안정된 구조특징을 추출하고 안정된 구조특징을 이용해 26가지 형태의 세부유형으로 분류하여 각 해당 자소 영역의 방향밀도벡터를 신경망에 입력하여 인식하거나 직접 해당 자소의 인식을 행한다. 한글 KS C 5601의 2350자에 대해 실험한 결과 94%의 인식률을 얻어 본 방법의 유효성을 확인할 수 있었다. In this paper, we propose an algorithm for character recognition using the subdivided type and the stable structure information. The subdivided type of character is acquired from the stable structure information of character which is extracted from an input character. Firstly, the character is obtained from a scanner and classified into on of 6 types by using directional density vector. And then, the stable structure information is extracted from each character and the character is subdivided into on of 26 types. Finally, the classified character is recognized by using neural network which is inputted the directional density vector equivalent to JASO area or recognized direct. Aa a result of experiment with KS C 5601 2350 printed Hangeul characters, we obtain the recognition rate of 94%.

        A Case Study on the Establishment of Cloud Management System in Data Centers : Focusing on G-Cloud Application Case

        According to the enforcement of the Cloud Computing Development and User Protection Act, a new paradigm called as Cloud Computing is coming to the fore among public and private domestic enterprises. Therefore, domestic companies should develop SaaS products specialized for the domestic market and try to preempt the IaaS market ahead of global companies. Now we are facing a necessity to combine all the cloud systems in Korean government to operate seamlessly in a harmony. In this paper, we will look at the prospect of future development of related industry through cloud computing concept and G-cloud's cloud management system (G-CMS). G-CMS can be seen as the first system to comprehensively manage heterogeneous Unix virtualization systems. G-CMS can also save costs by managing heterogeneous virtualization systems in data centers.

        A Study on Personal Information Legislation Improvement Plan for Data Economic Regulatory Innovation

        With the Fourth Industrial Revolution, where IT technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence (AI), and the Internet of Things (IoT) are becoming common, data is emerging as a key element, and the emerging concept is the "data economy". to be. The data economy refers to an economy in which the use of data affects the development of other businesses and creates new services and products. In particular, the financial sector accumulates a large amount of data for each banking sector such as credit cards, banks, finance and insurance. It is also possible to converge with other industries such as telecommunications and location information, so the current regulations should be relaxed to improve the value of data utilization. Therefore, in order to urgently regulate data privacy and maintain governance related to personal information, I would like to propose a plan for legislation to protect personal information to enhance the competitiveness of the data industry.

        Morphology를 이용한 문서화상내의 문자열 추출에 관한 연구

        본 논문은 문서화상으로 부터 문장영역과 도형영역을 분리해 내는 연구이다. 문자영역을 추출하기 위하여 문서화상에 대해 Morphology의 기본연산인 Dilation을 행해 문자를 융합하고 블럭화를 행한 후 문서 화상의 서식을 판정하고 판정된 문자열 서식에 따라 문서화상에서 기울기를 구하여 문서를 보정하며 보정된 문서에서 문자열을 추출하였다. 3개 종류 11개 데이타를 대상으로 실험한 결과 문자열이 대부분 추출됨을 알 수 있었다. This paper presents the segmentation of sentence area and diagram area from docwnent image. For extracting the sentence area, we perform the Dilation, basic operation of Morphology, to the document image and obtain the smeared document image. After the smeared docwnent image is blocked, we determine the writing form by the vertical and horizontal characteristics of the document image and calculate the skew from it. And then, we relocate the document image and extract the chatacter string from the relocated docwnent. 11 document images of three classes are considered and the character string has been well extracting from 11 document images.

      • A Stent based In-vivo Bio-Sensing Microsystem through MICS and Wireless Power Transfer Platform

        In this paper, a stent-based in-vivo bio-sensing microsystem, with a medical implant communication service (MICS) and a wireless power transfer (WPT) platform, is proposed. Conventional bio-marker monitoring methods -- such as blood pressure detecting or glucose level monitoring -- suffer from low accuracy, limited number of sampling, and user pain. The proposed method involves once procedural insertion of the microsystem, offering accurate and constant monitoring without pain. In this paper, an in-vivo bio-sensing microsystem is introduced with focus on the MICS and WPT platform implementation. For minimal size, a delay locked loop (DLL) with output frequency of 400 MHz is designed with a 1.8-V supply voltage. MICS IC consumes less than 2 mW, and in order to supply power to MICS and in-vivo sensors, a WPT receiver chip – which include rectifier and regulator – is implemented. The WPT receiver can provide 2.4 V output, with load regulation range up to 100 mA. Both MICS and WPT IC are fabricated in a 180 nm CMOS technology.

        사물인터넷(IoT), 인공지능(AI), 빅데이터(BigData) 등의 기술이 보편화되고 있는 4차산업혁명과 함께 데이터가 핵심 생산요소로 부각되고 있으며, 그와 함께 대두된 개념이 “데이터 경제”이다. 데이터경제는 데이터의 활용이 다른 사업 발전의 촉매 역할을 하고 새로운 제품과 서비스를 창출하는 경제를 말한다. 특히, 금융 분야는 은행, 카드, 보험, 금융 투자 등 금융업권 별로 데이터가 대량으로 축적되어 있기에 이러한 금융 데이터를 활용하여 소비, 투자 행태, 위험성향 등 개인의 특성을 반영한 맞춤형 금융상품의 개발이 필요하다. 또한, 정보통신, 위치정보, 보건ㆍ의료 등 다른 산업분야와의 융합까지도 가능하다는 점에서 현 규제를 완화하여 혼재되어 있는 방대한 데이터의 활용 가치를 높여야 한다. 그러므로 데이터 규제 완화와 함께 개인정보 관련 데이터 3법 정비가 시급하고자 데이터 산업경쟁력을 높이기 위한 개인정보보호 법제 정비방안을 제시하고자 한다.
