Service user satisfaction in the community service is also an important factor that leads to the improvement of the quality of the social service and the self - reliance of the service provider. The purpose of this paper is to examine the satisfaction factors affecting service continuity intentions in community service users, and provide direction and demand forecast information to improve user satisfaction and service satisfaction. In this study, the reliability test was conducted to check the reliability of each measurement tool and descriptive statistics and frequency analysis were conducted to identify the general characteristics of the study subjects. Logistic regression analysis was conducted to determine the effect of user satisfaction factors on service continuity. As a result of this study, it was confirmed that service user satisfaction in the community service is an important factor for improving the quality of social services and for the independence of service providers. 지역사회서비스에서 서비스 이용자 만족도는 사회서비스의 품질 향상과 서비스 제공 기관의 자립을 유도하는중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있다. 논 논문의 목적은 지역사회서비스 이용자를 중심으로 서비스 지속 의향에 영향을 미치는 만족도 요인을 살펴보고 기관에서는 이용자 중심가치 실현과 서비스 만족도를 높이기 위한 방향 제시 및 수요예측에 대한 정보 자료를 제공하고 한다. 본 연구에서는 각 측정도구의 신뢰도를 파악하기 위해 신뢰도 검사를 실시하고, 연구 대상자의 일반 특성을 파악하기 위해 기술통계와 빈도분석을 실시하였고, 이용자 만족도 요인이 서비스지속성에 미치는 영향을 알기 위해 로지스틱회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과로 지역사회서비스에서 서비스 이용자 만족도는 사회서비스의 품질 향상과 서비스 제공 기관의 자립을 유도하는 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있는 것을 확인하였다.

Analysis of the Effects of Satisfaction with Job Participation on Psychological Adaptation of the Elderly

This study tried to find various alternatives to live the rest of life positively by examining whether satisfaction with work in old age has a positive effect on psychological adjustment in old age. Using the 15th (2020) data of the Korea Welfare Panel Study (KOWEPS), 117 men and 355 women were analyzed as a sample to verify the effect of job participation satisfaction among the elderly on psychological adjustment. The results of the regression analysis in this paper (F=11.680, p<.001) were analyzed to be significant. The results showed gender (β=-.192, p<.001), age (β=2.004, p<.001), and job participation satisfaction (β=-3.726, p<.001). Therefore, it was found to have an effect on psychological adaptation. In terms of gender, it was found that men had higher psychological adaptability than women, and that the lower the age, the higher the psychological adaptability. As a result, it was confirmed that the elderly's job participation is a simple economic part of the elderly, and the psychologically positive influence increased. The higher the job participation satisfaction, the higher the psychological adaptability.

계층분석법(AHP)을 이용한 사회서비스 조직의 공공성 평가에 대한 연구

Currently, suggesting directions for strengthening publicity of social services is thinking in the direction of each person's advantage from the stakeholder's perspective. The position of the service provider and the position of the user shows different opinions on the definition and evaluation of publicity of the city or province as the management entity. Therefore, this study combines opinions on publicity focusing on community service, derives consensus on the definition and evaluation of publicity, and evaluates different indicators or factors that cannot be quantified at the same time. The goal is to solve the problem of publicity by applying the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) as a possible technique. In addition, in order to achieve the research objectives according to the designed frame, an empirical study was conducted by conducting a pairwise comparison questionnaire for experts and users. 현재 사회서비스 공공성 강화에 따른 방향 제시는 이해관계자의 관점에서 각자의 유리한 방향으로 생각하고 있으며, 서비스 제공기관 입장과 이용자의 입장, 관리 주체인 시·도의 공공성의 정의와 평가에 대해서는 의견이 서로 다르다. 본 연구는 지역사회서비스를 중심으로 하는 공공성에 대한 의견을 종합하여 공공성의 정의와 평가에 대한 합의점을 도출하고, 서로 다른 지표를 가지고 있거나 계량화할 수 없는 요소들을 동시에 평가할 수 있는 기법으로 계층분석법(Analytic Hierarchy Process: AHP)을 적용하여 공공성의 문제점을 해결하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 또한, 설계된 프레임에 따라 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 전문가를 대상으로 쌍대비교의 설문조사를 수행하여 실증 연구를 하였다.

The Effect of Parental Depression on Children's Problem Behavior

For proper socialization of children the psychological and emotional state of parents that affect children is very important. Recently, while interest in various psychological behavioral problems of children has increased, various studies have been conducted on parental psychology that affects children's emotions. In particular, due to COVID-19, stress has increased throughout society, and it has made parental psychology and childrearing more difficult. Therefore, we aim to investigate the effects of psychological factors, among the variables of various parents that affect children's problem behavior in this study. As a result of this study, it can be confirmed that there is a difference in the effect of parental depression on children's internalizing and externalizing behaviors. Parental depression had a significant positive effect on children's internalizing behavior with β =.34, p<.001. In other words, the higher the parents' depression, the higher the child's internalization behavior. And parental depression was found to have a significant effect on children's externalizing behavior, with β =.81, p<.001. This also means that the higher the parents' depression, the higher the child's externalizing behavior. Therefore, it can be seen that parental depression is an important factor influencing both children's internalizing and externalizing behaviors.

A Study on the Effects of Psychological Adaptation of Social Service Users on Family Relations

Social services are divided into care services and other support services for the elderly, children and the disabled. These social services are the subject of great policy interest in that they can create two effects at the same time: increase in labor demand for service providers and increase the possibility of long-term accumulation of human capital for service recipients. Therefore, this study aims to confirm the hypothesis according to whether the use of social services affects family relationships and the effects of social service users' psychological adaptation on marital and parent-child relationships even when other related variables are controlled. The final result of this thesis is a regression analysis to find out the effect of psychological adaptation on the family relationship, spouse relationship, and relationship with children of subjects who have experience using social services. -.661, p=0.001), the higher the psychological adaptation, the higher the spouse satisfaction (β=.465, p=0.001) and relationship satisfaction with children (β=.360, p=0.001). In other words, it was found that the more depressed the psychologically, the more negative the relationship with spouse and children.

지역사회서비스투자사업의 구매결정 요인과 품질만족 차이 분석

현재 지역사회서비스 분야는 다양한 형태의 서비스 제공 방식이 가능한 형태로 앞으로 사회서비스 시대를 맞 아 수요가 더욱 증가할 것으로 예상한다. 그러나 지역사회서비스투자사업은 상품으로서의 재화와 서비스의 거래가 이 루어지는 추상적인 영역에서 인간의 행동에 영향을 미치는 심리의 작용이나 원리에 시장기제을 도입하여 공정한 경 쟁을 통한 질적 향상을 위한 구조를 만들었으나 현재 사회서비스 시장은 서비스품질의 체계적인 관리 및 모니터링이 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적으로 이러한 환경적 요구에 맞게 수요자 방식의 사회서비스 품질향상을 위해 서비스 선택에 대한 요인들과 서비스품질과의 관계를 알아보고 품질향상을 위해 연구결과를 활용하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 사용될 연구모형은 지역사회서비스투자사업 품질측정에 사용되고 있는 신뢰성, 응답성, 공감성, 확신성, 유형성 등으 로 서비스 만족의 5가지 요소영역을 측정하여 서비스 구매결정요인과 서비스 품질만족의 차이를 알아보고자 한다. 또 한, 본 연구의 4가지 연구가설의 주요요인을 찾아내어 그 결과를 활용함으로써 지역사회서비스투자사업의 품질향상을 유도할 수 있는 다양한 전략적 시사점을 제시하였다. The research model to be used in this paper measures the five element areas of service satisfaction such as reliability, responsiveness, empathy, certainty, and tangibility, which are used to measure the quality of local community service investment projects. In addition, we are various strategic implications that can induce the quality improvement of local community service investment projects are presented by finding the main factors of the four research hypotheses of this study and utilizing the results.

A Study on Big Data-Based Analysis of Risk Factors for Depression in Adolescents

The purpose of this study is to explore adolescent depression, increase understanding of social problems, and develop prevention and intervention strategies. As a research method, social big data was used to collect information related to 'youth depression', and related factors were identified through data mining and analysis of related rules. We used 'Sometrend Biz Tool' to collect and clean data from the web and then analyzed data in various languages. The study found that online articles about depression decreased during the school holidays (January to March), then increased from March to the end of June, and then decreased again from July. Therefore, it is important to establish a government-wide depression management monitoring system that can detect risk signs of adolescent depression in real time. In addition, regular stress relief and mental health education are needed during the semester, and measures must be prepared to deal with at-risk youth who share their depressed feelings in cyberspace. Results from these studies can be expected to provide important information in investigating and preventing youth depression and to contribute to policy development and intervention.

A Study on Mediation Effect of Support System in Job Stress and Coping Behavior of Social Workers

Stress affects the type of adaptation required for each case and the type of social support is also different. Inorder for social support to have a buffer effect on stress, we want to understand how to measure social supportand support according to specific stress situations. Therefore, this study examines coping behaviors of communityservice workers exposed to these job stresses and examines the effect of support system (family support, peersupport, superior support) on coping behavior. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of stress, coping resources and coping behaviors ofcommunity service workers. In this study, self - report method was used to investigate the questionnaire usingstructured questionnaires. In this study, the statistical program was used for data analysis and hierarchical regression analysis.

A Study on Adolescent psychological adjustment for neglected family

In contemporary society, neglected families increase adolescents' maladjustment behaviors, causing academic problems, psychological and emotional problems, and showing flight behavior. By identifying the nature of the protective factor against the dangerous environment of a neglected family and increasing the protection factor for the children in a dangerous environment, it is necessary to create the environment so that the young can grow up positively rather than adversely. The purpose of this study is to identify the characteristics of adolescents who are psychologically adaptive at the level of general family children among the adolescents who are in a dangerous environment. The results showed that self - esteem, ego - resilience, ego - identity, and community variables had a significant effect on discriminating adolescents who showed high psychological adjustment from risk factors of neglect while controlling other factors. SPSS 20.0 was used to analyze the data.

가족 기능과 융합형 심리적응 보호요인의 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 가족의 기능적 결손이라는 위험상황에서 위험요인, 보호요인, 심리적응 간의 관계를검증하고, 심리적응 수준이 높은 청소년을 보호해주는 보호요인을 파악하고자 한다. 이를 위해 한국국청소년정책연구원(2008)에서 조사한 한국청소년패널조사 중2 패널 5차년도 자료를 가지고 기술통계 분석과 로지스틱 회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 청소년의 보호요인인 자아존중감과 학교친구애착에 따라 기능적 결손을 경험한 청소년의심리적응 수준이 다르게 나타났다. 따라서 사회복지실천 현장에서 청소년의 위험요인에 초점을 맞추기보다는 위험요인을 완화시키는 과정이나 보호요인에 초점을 맞춤으로써 위험요인에 노출된 청소년을 바라보는 시각을 전환시킬 수 있으며 이들에 대한 개입도 달라질 것으로 판단된다. This study aims to verify the mechanism of mediated effects for protective factor among therelations of risk factor, protective factor and psychology adaptation under risky situation as functionallydeficient family, and to identify the protective factors that protects adolescents with high psychologyadaptation level. To achieve these goals, descriptive statistic analysis, regression analysis andlogistic-regression analysis were conducted using the 5th year data of the Korea Youth Panel Study(Junior high panel) surveyed in 2008 by National Youth Policy Institute. The study results first shows thatthe psychology adaptation level of adolescents who experienced functionally deficient family variesdepending their self-esteem and attachment to school friends. Second, it was found that there are mediatedeffects in the impacts of functionally deficient family on psychology adaptation. Therefore, in social workfield, it is advisable to focus on the process to mitigate the risk factors or to strengthen protective factorsrather than focus on the risk factors of adolescents. With this method, the negative perception ofadolescents exposed to risk factors can be changed as well as the way of intervention for supporting them.
