This study explores the structural relationship between information technology and task performance of firms via leadership performance and absorptive capacity by using a survey of 288 samples across the different industry sectors in South Korea. In the empirical model framework, we adopted the structural equation model for analyzing input-output relationships between information technology and task performance. First, the findings show that IT utilization and IT infrastructure have a positive impact on the absorptive capacity directly and task performance of firms indirectly. Second, self-sacrificial leadership in the division of labor also has a positive impact on the absorptive capacity. Third, absorptive capacity and task performance of firms have a positive relationship with a high degree of statistical significance. In the moderating effect, the integration of board of directors plays a significant role in the relationship between absorptive capacity and task performance of firms. Finally, in the total effect of path coefficients, IT infrastructure has highest impact on the task performance than the other two independent variables.

최근 우리사회에서 가장 많이 회자되고 있는 주제 중 하나가 인권이다. 많은 사람들은 학 교, 경찰서, 교도소, 사회복지시설 등에서 학생, 피의자, 수형자, 이용자들의 인권이 더욱 더 적극적으로 보호해야 된다고 주장하고 있다. 이를 위해 정부에서는 교사(교원), 경찰관, 교도 관, 사회복지사 등에게 학대예방 차원에서의 인권감수성 향상을 위한 인권교육을 의무교육 사항으로 법제화하여 전국적으로 교육을 실시하고 있다. 이렇게 하는 이유는, 언론에 심심 치 않게 보도되는 끔찍한 아동학대 사건이 계속해서 발생하고 있기 때문이다. 하지만, 학교의 경우에는 학생인권이 크게 강조되고 있는 상황 속에서 학생과 학생 보호 자 등에 의한 교사의 교육활동 침해(교권침해)1) 사례도 만만치 않게 발생하고 있다. 교사가 학생한테 폭행을 당하는 일들이 종종 발생할 뿐 아니라, 심지어 초등학생이 교사를 폭행하 는 일이 있을 정도로 교권침해가 계속해서 증가하고 있다.

The term concha bullosa describes aerated turbinate and it is most common on middle turbinate. Symptoms of concha bullosa depends on the amount of pneumatization and location. Concha bullosa without symptoms does not need surgical treatment, however, surgical treatment is indicated when it causes nasal obstruction. There are many reports of concha bullosa because it is a common anatomic variation. Despite many reports of concha bullosa, there is no definite statistics on the size of concha bullosa, and there has been no reports on what its largest size is. This report deals with a giant concha bullosa of middle trubinate of 4.5 cm in length, 2.2 cm in width size causing complete nasal obstruction.

For giga-bits semiconductor device, high-precision wafers with 12inch diameter will be needed. The high-performance compact machine for 12inch wafer final polishing was designed. In this paper, Structural analysis was performed to develop Single-side Final Polishing System. Deformation and Stress analysis by gravity force, modal analysis for natural frequency, was performed using ANSYS with the first drafts of Single-side Final Polishing System. It is considered that improvement of the drafts is needed to strengthen stiffness.

코메니우스의 교육복지사상의 핵심은, 모든 인간은 이성적인 존재로서 빈부귀천, 남녀노소, 장애여부를 떠나 무상 의무교육을 받아야 한다는 것이다. 또한 의무교육은 아동이 자신의 부모의 사회경제적 배경에 의해 학습권이 좌우되지 않아야 하고, 의무교육은 무상으로 하며, 학습에 필요한 모든 쓸 것을 공급해 주어야 한다고 주장한다. 헌법 제31조에서는 부모(양육자)의 자녀에 대하여 의무교육을 시킬 책임과 의무교육은 무상으로 한다고 규정하고 있다. 최근 국내에서는 보편적 교육복지 차원에서의 의무교육 범위에 대한 논란이 일어나고 있는데, 그 핵심은 학교무상급식에 관한 논쟁이다. 코메니우스의 교육복지사상의 관점에서 보면, 아동 부모의 사회경제적 배경과 상관없이 모든 아동은 의무교육을 무상으로 받을 수 있어야 하며, 저소득층 자녀들에게 우선적으로 무상급식을 포함한 학습에 필요한 모든 쓸 것을 공급하는 것이 바람직하다. Comenius’ core ideas on educational welfare were that all human beings as rational beings should receive free compulsory education regardless of whether they are rich or poor, young or old, disabled or not. In addition, the educational rights of all children should not be influenced by their parents’ socio-economic status (SES), and compulsory education should be provided free of charge with all the necessary supplies. Article 31 (2) and (3) of the Constitution states that citizens who have children to support shall be responsible for their elementary education, and compulsory education shall be free of charge. Recently in S Korea, there has been an intense debate over an extension of compulsory education in terms of educational welfare; the point is on free school meals (FSM) for all pupils. From Comenius’ point of view on educational welfare, all children should receive compulsory education regardless of their parents’ SES. In addition, educational rights must be maintained for children with disabilities by providing facilities. It is desirable as a priority to supply everything necessary for study to children in low-income families.

Machinble Ceramics have some excellent properties as the material for the mechanical components. It is, however, very diffcult to grind ceramics with high efficiency because of their high strength, hardness and brittleness. Lapping used diamond slurry and lapping by in-process electrolytic dressing is developed to solve this problem. On this paper, a comparative study of processing ability of lapping used diamond slurry and lapping by in-process electrolytic dressing.
VI 사이클 히트펌프 내부 열교환기용 다중관 열교환기의 특성해석 및 검증

Various vapor-injection (VI) cycles were known to improve the performance of heat pump in cold climate. An internal heat exchanger (IHEX) is used in the VI cycle heat pump to increase the subcooling of liquid refrigerant. Among various design options, multiple mini-tube (MMT) heat exchanger was considered as a realistic alternative due to limited installation space. In the present study, heat transfer in multiple mini-tube heat exchangers were numerically and experimentally investigated. Better performance was obtained when low temperature two-phase refrigerant flows through shell-side while high temperature liquid refrigerant flows through tube-side.
