        정서자각에 기초한 정서표현 훈련이 정서자각, 정서표현, 정서표현의 억제 및 대인관계에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of emotional-awareness based expression training on emotional awareness, emotional expression, suppression of emotional expression, and interpersonal relationship. Twenty-four graduate school students were recruited and were assigned to the three groups (i.e., six, eight, and ten subjects in experimental, comparative, and control group, respectively). Participants answered questionnaires of Trait Meta-Mood Scale(TMS), Emotional Expressivity Scale(EES), Attitudes Toward Emotional Expression(ATEE) and Relationship Change Scale(RCS) at before and after the program to examine its effects. The result of this study showed that emotional variables in the experimental group were significant different with those in the comparative and control groups. And opening, communication, and comprehensibility of experimental group were significantly higher than those of comparative and control groups. Limitation of this study and implication to future research are discussed. 본 연구는 정서자각에 기초한 정서표현 훈련을 통해 정서자각, 정서표현, 정서표현의 억제와 대인관계간의 효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 실험집단(6명), 비교집단(8명), 통제집단(10명)으로 대학생을 대상으로 실시하였으며, 비교집단은 대인관계 훈련을 실시하였다. 정서표현의 억제 점수가 분포가 상위 30%내의 기준에 해당되는 대상을 선정하였다. 본 연구에 사용된 척도는 정서자각(TMMS), 정서표현(EES), 정서표현의 태도 척도(ATEE)와 대인관계 척도(RCS)를 사용하였다. 훈련의 결과를 확인하기 위해 사전-사후검사를 실시하였으며 그 결과 정서자각, 정서표현에서 실험집단이 비교 및 통제집단에 비해 유의미하게 높게 나타났고 정서표현의 억제는 감소되었다. 대인관계의 7개 요인 중 개방성, 의사소통, 이해성에서 실험집단이 비교 및 통제집단에 비해 사후에 유의미하게 높게 나타났다. 그러나 신뢰감, 민감성, 만족감 요인에서는 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 결과들을 토대로 본 연구의 의의 및 시사점과 제한점 그리고 후속 연구에 대한 제안 등에 대해 논의하였다.

        사회적기업의 경영효율성 평가를 위한 DEA모형 도입에 관한 연구 -H지역의 간병·가사지원업을 중심으로-

        The purpose of the study is to analyze managerial efficiency of social enterprises, which are rapidly increasing with the support of the government, by using DEA models. It focus on nursing and health care social enterprise in area H with empirical data. In the DEA models, the inputs are the total number of employees and government funds and the output is the service provided. After analyzing from the DEA model, the number of efficient firms was 2(14.3%) in the CCR model, 3(21.4%) in BCC model, and 2(14.3%) in scale efficiency. Also, analyzing the DEA model using lambda calculus to analyze economic efficiency, IRS-type firms was 5(35.7%), CRS-type firmss was 2(14.3%), and DRS-type firms was 7(50.0%). In 7 DRS-type firms, an increase in input does not guarantee an increase in output. This concludes that with the 7 DRS-type firms increasing input is not necessary. However, an increase in input is lower than an increase in output in 5 IRS-type firms. Thus, an increase in input factors such as new investments is required. As the result of analyzing the managerial efficiency, this study suggests more practical investments. In conclusion, this study shows the reasons of inefficient firms and where the necessary improvements are needed, which will improve the expected overall performance of the social enterprises. 본 연구는 최근 국가 정책지원사업으로 급격히 증가하고 있는 사회적기업의 경영효율성을 분석하기 위해 DEA모형을 적용하여, H지역의 간병가사지원업체를 대상으로 실증적으로 규명하고자 하였다. DEA모형의 투입 및 산출요소로 먼저, 투입요소에는 총근로자수와 정부지원금을, 산출요소로 서비스제공을 변수로 선정하여 제안하였다. 선정된 변수를 DEA모형에 적용하여 분석한 결과, 효율적인 업체는 CCR모형에서 2개(14.3%), BCC모형 3개(21.4%) 규모효율성 2개(14.3%)로 분석되었다. 또한 규모의 경제성분석을 위해 CCR 모형의 ∑λ값을 이용하여 분석한 결과, IRS형 업체는 5개(35.7%), CRS형 업체는 2개(14.3%), DRS업체는 7개(50.0%)로 파악되었다. DRS형 7개 업체는 투입물을 증가시켜도 산출물이 증가하지 않으므로 투입물을 줄일 필요가 있는 업체로 판단되며, IRS형 5개 업체는 투입물 증가 대비 산출물 증가의 비율이 크므로 투입요소를 증가시킬 필요가 있는 업체로 판단된다. 이 연구를 통해 도출된 결과를 통해 얻어진 시사점으로 사회적기업의 경영효율성 측면의 평가가 전무한 시점에서 실무적으로 활용 가능한 경영효율성 평가시스템을 제시하였다. 이를 통한 비효율성의 원인과 개선 가능성 정도를 자동으로 도출하여 우리나라 사회적기업의 발전에 큰 기여를 할 것으로 기대된다

        정서적 자각, 표현, 및 정서표현에 대한 양가성과 대인관계간의 관계에 대한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between emotional awareness, emotional expressivity and ambivalence in terms of emotional expressiveness in interpersonal relationships. The results of the study were as follows; First, there were significant positive correlations among emotional awareness, emotional expression and ambivalence in terms of emotional expressiveness as well as negative correlations with emotional awareness, emotional expression, international relations. Moreover, there was a mediating effect of emotional expression on the relationship between emotional awareness and interpersonal relationship. The results also suggest that emotional expression was identified as a mediating variable in the relationship between emotional awareness and interpersonal relationships. Women scored significantly higher than men on expressiveness and men scored significantly higher than women on ambivalence over emotional expression. Secondly, there was the influence of international relationship upon emotional awareness, as well as ambivalence in regard to emotional expression and emotional expressiveness. 본 연구는 정서자각, 표현, 및 정서표현의 양가성과 대인관계간의 관련성을 검증하기 위해 대학생 516명을 대상으로 하여 정서자각, 표현, 정서표현의 양가성과 대인관계를 측정하여 각 척도들 간의 상관관계, 회귀분석 및 경로분석을 실시하였으며 성별에 따른 요인들 간의 관련성을 확인하였다. 각 척도들간 상관분석 결과 정서자각, 표현과 대인관관계간의 유의미한 정적상관이 있었고, 정서자각, 표현 그리고 대인관계와 정서표현의 양가성과는 부적상관이 있었다. 정서자각, 표현, 정서표현의 양가성이 대인관계에 미치는 영향력을 확인해 본 결과, 정서자각, 표현, 정서표현의 양가성이 대인관계에 영향을 미치고 특히 정서자각과 정서표현이 가장 높게 대인관계에 영향을 미쳤다. 경로분석 결과 정서자각이 대인관계에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 정서표현을 매개로 하여 모형이 검증되었다. 또한 성별에 따른 결과 분석에서는 정서표현은 남자보다 여자가, 표현의 양가성은 여자보다 남자가 높았다. 그리고 성별의 차이에서는 여자가 남자에 비해 정서표현이 대인관계에 미치는 영향력이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과들을 토대로 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점등을 논의하였다.

        지식경영의 활성화 방안에 관한 사례 연구

        In the knowledge-dominated society, the value of company organization is essential many companies are paying attention bo knowledge management as the source of the firm's competitive power. Starting from the late 1990s, Korean major companies have taken lead in introducing and conducting the knowledge management system. Domestic companies have the knowledge management system settled to a certain extent, and they are entering into the stage of spreading it. At this point, varieties of revitalization strategies are needed bo implement knowledge management successfully. In this research, we analyzed the existing internal documents and suggest the revitalization strategies in knowledge management conducted by the G Corporation, major domestic petroleum company. Concretely, We introduced and analyzed mainly the revitalization strategies, such as sharing Best Practice(BP), upbringing and strengthening the practical use of Community of Practice(CoP), and Fun & Learning revitalization program, which conducted by the company, Additionally, We introduced a reform measure for the fubure by drawing problems through in-depth interview between the members of knowledge management and the users.

        초기 부적응 도식과 정서조절 방략 및 공감과의 관계

        This study was to examine the relations of early maladaptive schema, emotional regulation strategy and empathy on undergraduate students. And early maladaptive schema, emotional regulation strategy and empathy was to make sure that other variables which influence. The participants of this study were 339 undergraduate students. The study measured Young Schema Questionnaire Short Form(YSQ-SF), Emotion Regulation Strategy Questionnaire(ERSQ) and Empathy Scale(ES). A correlation analysis among each variables and implemented a regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows: First, there were significants negative correlation among early maladaptive schema, emotional regulation strategy and sub-factors of emotional regulation strategy. And There were significant positive correlation among sub-factors of emotional regulation strategy and cognitic empathy. Second, there were significant effect of influence on early maladaptive schema, emotional regulation strategy, cognitic empathy. And the cognitic empathy was significant effect of influence on emotional regulation strategy. The implications of this study and the suggestions for future related research were discussed.

      • 신장이식환자를 위한 약물교육프로그램이 약물에 대한 지식과 약물복용 이행도에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of the drug educational program on knowledge and medication compliance for kidney transplantation patients. Methods: Kidney transplantation patients were recruited from a transplantation center, at a university hospital located in D city, Korea. Data were collected from June 18m 2016 to september 30, 2016. The research design was a nonequivalent one group pre-posttest. Nineteen subjects participated twice in a drug educational program given by the researcher. Results: After the intervention, the participants showed a significant increase in medication knowledge (t=-7.074, p<.001) and medication compliance (t=-4.553, p<.001) than before the intervention. Conclusion: The research findings suggest that a drug education program can be used as an effective nursing intervention for kidney transplantation patients.

        e-러닝 시스템 특성이 학습자 몰입과 학습만족에 미치는 영향

        This study explores the impacts of e-learning system characteristics on learner committment and satisfaction by surveying the firms utilizing e-learning systems for learning. In the study, we have, first, drawn the key factors and instruments to measure e-learning system characteristics through intensive literature review. Second, we have investigated whether the characteristics contribute to increasing learner's commitment and satisfaction. Finally, we have examined the mediating effect of learner's commitment between the characteristics of e-learning system and learner satisfaction. We have conducted a survey on the employees having experience in using e-learning systems for learning, and collected a total of 93 responses. The results of a statistical analysis show the following: First, expression and interaction affect the learner's commitment. The results indicate that a learner should engage in e-learning and ultimately be more committed on it when there is a coherence in design and organization of learning contents, and when the system offers various multimedia options including audio, sound, image, graphics, etc. Second, leaner's commitment leads to higher learning satisfaction. Finally, our results show that the commitment plays a mediating role between learner characteristics (expression, control, and trust) and learner satisfaction.

        긍정적 정서 증진 훈련이 대학생의 정적 및 부적 정서, 정서조절의 곤란 및 대인관계에 미치는 영향

        This study aims to examine the effects of the positive emotion enhancement training on positive and negative emotion, emotional dysregulation and interpersonal relationship of university students. thirty-six university students were randomly selected and assigned to the tree groups(i.e., 12, 11, 13 subjects in experimental, comparative, and control group). experimental and comparative group took the 8-session. Participants reported questionnaires of Positive Affect and Negative Affect Scale, Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale and Relationship Change Scale before and after the program. Results indicated that experimental group showed significantly lower negative emotion than other group did. And the experimental group showed significantly lower emotion dysregulation measure, difficulty controlling impulses, limites access to emotion regulation strategies. But tree group did not show significant difference in positive emotion, non-acceptance, lack of emotional clarity, difficulty of performing the goal-oriented behavior and lack of attention and awareness of emotion. The positive emotion enhancement training suggested that higher and lower of emotion and overcoming on emotion regulation difficulties. Limitation of this study and implication to future research are discussed.
