R.F. magnetron sputtering법으로 제조한 LaCoO₃박막의 가스감지 특성

LaCoO_(3)(LCO) thin film sensors were fabricated on an alumina substrate by the r.f. magnetron sputtering. By varying the annealing temperature of the LCO films from 600℃ to 1000℃, we investigated X-ray diffraction pattern, electrical properties, and gas sensing properties of the films. The crystallinity was improved and the activation energy was increased with increasing the annealing temperature. The sensitivity of the LCO films for NH_(3) and CO gases was also increased with the annealing temperature. Sensing properties of LCO thin films were improved when the measuring temperature was 350℃ or more.

With the widespread application of endoscopic submucosal dissection for the treatment of gastrointestinal neoplasms, accurate determination of the invasion depth prior to intervention has become an indispensable part of treatment planning. Narrow-band imaging (NBI)is a novel endoscopic technique that may enhance the accuracy of diagnosis. Magnifying endoscopy with NBI has been shown to be effective for determining invasion depth for intrapapillary capillary loop classification of esophageal cancer and microvascular pattern of stomach cancer. Such precise pre-treatment staging of early neoplastic lesions in the gastrointestinal tract warrants timely initiation of diseasetailored treatment and, ultimately, better quality of life and improved patient survival.
잣나무 임분의 생장변화에 따른 임분구조 해석에 관한 연구 : 강원대학교 학술림을 중심으로

본 연구는 잣나무 임분의 생장변화에 따른 임분구조를 해석하기 위하여 강원대학교 학술림의 잣나무림을 대상으로 임분의 생장변화 및 흉고직경, 수고, ha당 재적에 대한 생장 추정식을 도출 하였다. 즉 잣나무 임목의 흉고직경에 대한 수고와의 상관관계, 흉고직경에 대한 재적과의 상관관계, 수고에 대한 재적과의 상관관계, 수관면적에 재적과의 상관관계가 분석되었으며, 임령에 대한 흉고직경과의 상관관계, 수고와의 상관관계, 단위면적당 재적과의 상관관계 등이 분석되었다. 그리고 흉고직경에 대한 추정식(1)은 Y=20.687Ln(X)-50.431으로 나타났고, 수고에 대한 추정식(2)은 Y=12.951Ln(X)-31.225으로 나타났으며, ha당 재적의 추정식(3)은 Y=171.06Ln(X)-462.16으로 나타났다. 그 결과, 추정식을 이용한 영급별 평균 ha당 재적은 II영급 27-5㎥, III영급 91.1㎥, IV영급 147.7㎥, V영급 190.0㎥, VI영급 223.8㎥, VII영급 252.0㎥, VIII영급 276.2㎥으로 산출 되었다. 마지막으로 잣나무 임분에 있어서의 정기평균생장량과 총평균생장량과의 관계가 분석되었다. In this study, the stand structure of the Korean White Pine stand is analysed by the changing growth situation and the growth model for DBH, Height, and Volume per ha, which is estimated with the data collected for Korean White Pine stand in the Research Forests of Kangwon National University. The results were summarized as follows : The estimated equations were (1) Y=20.687Ln(X)-50.431 for DBH, (2) Y=12.951Ln(X)-31.225 for Height, (3) Y=171.06Ln(X)-462.16 for Volume per ha. The mean volumes per ha according to the age classes using the estimated equations were 27.45㎥, 91.05㎥, 147.71㎥, 190.03㎥, 223.84㎥, 252.01㎥ and 276.15㎥ for the age classII, III, IV, V, VI, VII and VIII, respectively. And also, the relationship between mean annual increment(MAL) and periodic average increment(PAI) was analysed.
