The contribution of forests and wood as carbon sinks reflecting the situation and conditions of each country is being highlighted. The use of wood can not only directly reduce carbon due to the storage effect, but also have an indirect effect of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by replacing carbon-intensive materials. Therefore, this study was aimed to quantify the amount of carbon dioxide emissions and to suggest suitable plans which consider the carbon emission reduction in the manufacturing process of dried domestic lumber. Since the drying process is that accounts for more than 80% of the environmental impact. The environmental benefits of improving the drying energy source were analyzed based on field data collection. Results show that the carbon dioxide emissions for sawing, drying and planing process are 34.8, 20.6, 36.2 kgCO2eq./m3 , respectively. It was decreased about 37% when the fossil fuel would be replaced with biomass fuel in drying process. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that it will be possible to activate the use of domestic wood products by establishing eco-friendliness through quantification of the greenhouse gas substitution effect of wood products and linking with related systems such as environmental labeling certification.

In order to strengthen objectivity and availability of oriental herb medicine, the standard formula for herbs has been attempted to set up by documentary testing original herbs which were recorded in authorized document. The object herb medicines are CARYOPHYLLI FLOS. After this study, additional experimental verification is required as a matter of fact. As comparison materials, this thesis will be utilized. Specially the internal and external morphological standard in this study is expected to supply the search for several physiochemical reaction, biological reaction, determination of indicator material and identification of gene with basic sources in the future.
블루투스 비컨을 사용한 스마트 팩토리에서의 무선인터넷 보안 연결 시스템 구현

It is currently undergoing the fourth industrial revolution, which is the convergence of ICT and manufacturing, connecting both industrial equipment and production processes to one network and communicating with each other. The fact that they are connected to one network has the advantage of management, but there is a risk of security. In particular, Wi-Fi can be easily accessed by outsiders through a software change of the MAC address or password exposures. In this paper, by applying the method of Beacon using a Bluetooth Low Energy Add in Bluetooth 4.0, we propose a system of black-box approach to secure connections to wireless Internet, users do not have to know the password. We also implemented the proposed system using the raspberry pi and verified the effectiveness of a real-time system by testing the communication. 최근 부각되고 있는 4차 산업혁명 중의 하나의 경향은 ICT와 제조업의 융합으로 산업기기와 생산과정이 모두 하나의 네트워크로 연결되고 상호 소통하는 것이다. 하나의 네트워크로 연결되어 있다는 것은 관리의 이점이 존재하나, 역으로 보안의 위험성이 존재한다. 특히 Wi-Fi은 MAC주소의 소프트웨어적인 변경이나 비밀번호 노출을 통해 외부인이 손쉽게 접근이 가능하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 Bluetooth 4.0에서 추가된 Bluetooth Low Energy를 사용하는 방식인 Beacon을 응용하여 사용자는 비밀번호를 몰라도 무선인터넷에 보안 연결하는 블랙박스 방식의 시스템을 제안한다. 또한 이 제안한 시스템을 실제로 라즈베리파이로 구현을 하고 실제 연결 테스트를 시행하여 시스템의 효용성을 검증한다.
Cl<sub>2</sub>/Ar 유도 결합 플라즈마에 의한 gold 박막의 식각특성

In this study, Au thin films were etched with a Cl$_2$/Ar gas combination in an inductively coupled plasma. The highest etch rate of the Au thin film was 3500 A/min at a Cl$_2$/(Cl$_2$+Ar) gas mixing ratio of 0.2. The surface reaction of the etched Au thin films was investigated using x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis. There is Au-Cl bonding by chemical reaction between Cl and Au. During the etching of Au thin films in Cl$_2$/Ar plasma, Au-Cl bond is formed, and these products can be removed by the physical bombardment of Ar ions[l].

Medical concept of the skin disease is a symptom like itchs. It outbreakes by immunologic and nonimmunologic mechanisms. The most common case is hypersensitive reaction intermediated by IgE. Other case of immunologic mechanism includes activation of the complement system. Autoimmune antibodies for histamine-secreting mast cell IgE receptors are found in some patients suffer from chronic skin paroxysm. Most common causes of acute skin paroxysm are foods, viruses, parasite infections and drugs. Causes of chronic skin paroxysm are undiscovered. Air pollution, simplification of eating habits, habitual eating of convenience food; drug abuse in present days made skin disease more common. Now many methods of acupunctural treatments are being used clinically. So this report presents some views about acupunctural treatments for the Skin disease.
Ar/CF<sub>4</sub>/Cl<sub>2</sub> 플라즈마에 의한 CeO<sub>2</sub> 박막의 식각 특성 연구

In this work, the etching of $CeO_2$ thin films has been performed in an inductively coupled $Ar/CF_4/Cl_2$ plasma. The highest etch rate of the $CeO_2$ thin film ws 250 ${\AA}/min$ and the selectivity of CeO$_2$to SBT was 0.4 at a 10% additive $Cl_2$ into Ar/($Ar+CF_4$)gas mixing ratio of 0.8. From result of X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis, there are Ce-Cl and Ce-F bonding by chemical reaction between Cl, F and Ce. During the etching of $CeO_2$ thin films in $Ar/CF_4/Cl_2$ plama, Ce-Cl and Ce-F bond is formed, and these prodcuts can be removed by the physical bombardment of Ar ions. The 10% additive $Cl_2$ into the Ar/($Ar+CF_4$)gas mixing ratio of 0.8 could enhance the reaction between Cl, F and Ce.
