In this paper, I present the design and implementation of a total control system and multi-transducers. The total control system and multi-transducers that have Intel 80C196kc-20 microprocessor, RS-485 and 232, membrane keypad for function control, LCD, LED, 7-segment displayer, event printer, analog I/O, digital I/O, pluse I/O, ROM and RAM control and monitor the device of factory field. A system software consists of CPU initiation routine, analog value display routine, binary and hex to decimal conversion routine, measuring data display routine, key input process and execute routine, external interrupt service routine, backup-data process, alarm processing, input scanning and communication interrupt handling routine. Each module operated in order to control and monitor efficently input/output devices, several environments and tasks. Interrupt service routines process multifariouse events which occur by chance using interrupt vector table. For demonstration the total control system and multi-transducers, I have conducted a simulation and practice in commercial site and lab with CPM, CAM and MON. The most important thing in the automatic system applied in real-time application field is to reduce the response time by using efficient method. The developed system can be characterized with the two features, accuracy and efficency. As a result, we can reduce the execution and response time by lessening the input scan step from various field devices and improve accuracy by using microprocessor and software processing distinct from analog processing. The usefulness of the proposed system was proved through experiments with various factory field and laboratory and gave its user reliablity with high-accuracy, long term stability and measurement of true power
CAAMS(Chemical Agent Automatic Management System) 개발에 관한 연구

Chemical Agent Automatic Management System은 현재 상태의 화학분야에서 개별적이고 수동적인 관리 업무를 종합적, 체계적, 능동적인 관리 형태로 변환시키는 이론과 방법 절차를 소프트웨어화하여 해당분야 업무를 효율성, 안정성, 전문성을 정립시키기 위한 시스템이다. 현재 완전한 독립 상태 업무 3개 유형을 Sampling Model 로 선택하여 CAAMS에 실제 적용시켜 보고, 이의 기능을 평가 분석해 본다.
HD 64180 을 이용한 제어컴퓨터시스템의 설계 및 구현

This paper is proposed for designing and implementation of control computer system using HD64180 microprocessor. Control computer systems that have event and logging printer device, text displayer, subcomputer by communication, keyboard, analog I/O, digital I/O and pluse I/O control and monitor the device of factory field. The system software consists of realtime monitor, Interrupt service routine and input/output handler. Each handler module is determind in order to control and monitor efficiently input/output device. Realtime monitor module is deter-mind in order to control efficiently computer environments and tasks. Interrupt service routines process multifariouse events which occur by chance using interrupt vector table. For demonstration control computer system, we have conducted a simulation and practiced with commercial HD64180 cpu board, A/D and D/A board, analog I/O board, digital I/O board and pluse board.

Wire and Wireless Internet Total Management System for National Technical Qualification(WIMS) has been designed to enhance low cost, high efficient, web-based realtime processing applying system in that the established applying system could not catch up with the recent national-technical-qualification-examination-requirements which demand a rapid change of internet, increasing of knowledge management system and improvement of internet business performance. WIMS processes National Technical Qualification examination administered by Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI). It also controls regular and standing registration which has separated individual and group system using personal computer and mobile internet applying system. WIMS consists of web server(individual, group, standing registration), database(successful applicant information and regular, standing, group examination), electronic settlement server that has interfaced electronic payment system(DACOM) through 128bit SSL, BBS & FAQ server and load-balancing device. Especially standing examination system has several local servers(Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Daejeon)that transmit examination file, personal particulars and request successful applicant information which has been connected to KCCI headquarter server. In addition, WIMS not only processes both applicant closing request and data collecting along with local servers, but also supports mobile system environment for National Technical Qualification Examination.
국내 지역별 콩 발효 가공식품에 함유된 티아민, 리보플라빈 및 니아신 함량평가

콩은 한국인의 식단에서 중요한 역할을 하며 다양한 요리에 이용되고 있으나, 콩을 이용한 식품 중 발효식품인 된장, 간장 및 고추장의 수용성 비타민 B의 정보는 제한적인 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 지역별 전통 콩 발효식품에 함유된 티아민, 리보플라빈 및 니아신의 함량을 HPLC를 이용하여 정량 분석하였다. 분석법을 검증하기 위하여 직선성, 분석감도, 선택성, 재현성 및 정확성을 검토했으며, 주성분 분석과 box-whisker plot을 이용하여 전통 콩 발효식품의 함량 특성을 평가하였다. 그 결과 된장, 간장 및 고추장에 함유된 티아민의 함량은 각각 1.837~7.438, 0.124~3.836 및 2.797~5.785 mg/kg이었다. 리보플라빈의 경우 된장은 1.439~2.118 mg/kg, 간장은 0.864~1.400 mg/kg, 고추장은 2.300~3.314 mg/kg의 범위였으며, 니아신은 된장이 3.929~11.479 mg/kg, 간장은 5.350~12.360 mg/kg, 고추장이 16.088~31.259 mg/kg의 범위를 나타내었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 주성분 분석을 수행했을 때 전통 콩 발효식품의 종류에 따라 명확한 그룹으로 구분이 되는 것을 확인했으며, box-whisker plot 결과 된장의 경우 간장 및 고추장과 비교하여 티아민의 지역 간 함량 변이가 큰 것을 확인하였다. 향후 본 연구의 결과는 국가표준식품성분표 제10개정판 출간의 기초자료로 사용될 것이다.

삼면이 바다인 대한민국의 지형적 특성과 함상환경은부식에 매우 가혹한 환경이다. 대부분의 항공기 재료는금속으로 만들어져 있으며, 부식은 기체의 균열 및 파괴를유발하여 사고의 위험과 수명관리비용을 증가시킨다. 부식의 발생원인과 방식 방법, 항공기에 발생되는 주요부식의 종류에 대한 현상, 원인 및 주요 발생 부위, 육상용 항공기의 해상 운용 시 부식사례, 해상화 개조완료 한 항공기의 부식사례 조사를 실시하였다. 또한미 해군의 내해수 처리 방법, 항공기의 해상화 개조 시부식 방지 관련 주요기술, 도장 및 마감처리 방법, 세척방법 등에 대한 국내 적용방안과 해상운용항공기의 부식관리 대책을 제안하였다. The geographical characteristics of South Korea, surrounded by the sea on three sides, and the shipboard environment create a highly corrosive atmosphere. Most aircraft materials are made of metal, and corrosion can lead to cracks and destruction of the airframe, increasing the risk of accidents and lifecycle management costs. This study investigates the causes and prevention methods of corrosion, the phenomena, causes, and main locations of significant types of corrosion occurring in aircraft, corrosion cases in land-based aircraft operated at sea, and corrosion cases of aircraft after maritime modifications. Additionally, it proposes domestic applications for the U.S. Navy's corrosion control methods, key technologies for corrosion prevention during maritime modifications of aircraft, painting and finishing methods, cleaning methods, and corrosion management strategies for maritime-operated aircraft.
A Study on the Design of Low-Code and No Code Platform for Mobile Application Development

Workers' demands for new applications, especially mobile applications, are increasing. Many industry analysts, researchers and corporate executives say the demand for mobile applications is becoming increasingly difficult to follow in the IT department. Gartner predicts that by 2021, the demand for mobile application development within the enterprise will increase about five times faster than IT can deliver applications. The purpose of this paper is to provide an environment where non-developers who are in charge of business development can develop apps and webs for their work. The basic concept of a new innovative App development tool, Smart Maker Authoring Tool is to develop Apps on the level using easy-to-learn Word or Excel in a computer. The main feature is that the app is developed by a non-developer worker. The coding technology is perfectly optimized to the structure and operation mechanism of the IT Infra such as hardware devices and operating system, which are the targets for implementing a desired function. Rather, it shows excellent software productivity. The most important feature of future business development is that it is developed by a non-developer worker. In this paper, we propose a no-code and low-code platform for non - developers to develop their business. In the future, we will link the IoT based Arduino system and artificial intelligent interpretation system
Design and Implementation of a Low-Code/No-Code System

This paper is about environment-based low-code and no-code execution platform and execution method that combines hybrid and native apps. In detail, this paper describes the Low-Code/No-Code execution structure that combines the advantages of hybrid and native apps. It supports the iPhone and Android phones simultaneously, supports various templates, and avoids developer-oriented development methods based on the production process of coding-free apps and the produced apps play the role of Java virtual machine (VM). The Low-Code /No-Code (LCNC) development platform is a visual integrated development environment that allows non-technical developers to drag and drop application components to develop mobile or web applications. It provides the functions to manage dependencies that are packaged into small modules such as widgets and dynamically loads when needed, to apply model-view-controller (MVC) pattern, and to handle document object model (DOM). In the Low-Code/No-Code system, the widget calls the AppOS API provided by the UCMS platform to deliver the necessary requests to AppOS. The AppOS API provides authentication/authorization, online to offline (O2O), commerce, messaging, social publishing, and vision. It includes providing the functionality of vision.

This paper develops and builds an Integrated Assessment System for National Competency Standard Professional Basic. The integrated evaluation system for basic job competency in the National Competency Standards is developed to conduct examination by means of computers, smartphones and tablet PCs. The system can be used for the basic job competency test, examination for online cyber universities, job competency examination for enterprises, and the listening, reading, and speaking test in the foreign language proficiency examination and is even better in terms of facility investment and saved operating costs as well as efficient use of spaces in comparison with conventional evaluation schemes. Even greater synergy effects can be achieved by providing support for the integrated evaluation system for basic job competency in connection with the NCS qualification system. The evaluation system has been tested and practiced at a specialized high school and can be applied to the NCS education evaluation of the college and four-year college and to the selection examination of new employees of the company.
