        공공도서관의 실내공간특성과 청소년 만족도 및 선호도 조사

        Public libraries should be used as teenagers’ learning and recreation space. There is a need for educational facilities that teenagers can easily use after school. The learning space for adolescents in public libraries requires various forms of planning. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the indoor space of public libraries’ reading rooms where teenagers can do learning and recreation activities. Basic resources for planning public libraries will be provided through a survey. The targets of the survey are limited in Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. The characteristics of the indoor space such as space planning, colors and material design are analyzed by case. With a survey, satisfaction levels and preference for public libraries are researched. The results of this study are as follows. 1)The connection between the reading room and the data room is insufficient. 2)There is no discrimination in the design of each public library. 3)There was a difference between elementary school students and middle-high school students in the overall public library use and preference of learning space, which indicates the difference of each age in the use of reference room. Therefore, it is necessary to plan separate space for each age among teenagers as well as children’s reading room.

        참마의 괴경과 영여자 추출물의 Phenolic Acids와 Flavonoids의 조성 및 피부미용 화장품 생리활성 검색

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the phenolic compound compositions and skin care cosmetic physiological activities of Dioscorea japonica freeze drying yam‘s tuber, freeze drying and hot-air drying aerial bulbil extracts with MeOH solution. Total polyphenol content was higher in the yam tuber extract than aerial bulbil extract. Total flavonoid content of freeze-drying and hot airdrying aerial bulbil extract indicating higher than about 6.3 and 5.2 times content in the yam tuber extract, respectively. The major phenolic compounds of the yam tuber, freeze-drying and hot air-drying aerial bulbil extracts was p-hydroxybenzoic acid, sinapic acid and t-cinnamic acid respectively. Similarly, the flavonoids of the yam tuber, freeze-drying and hot air-drying aerial bulbil extracts were myricetin(6.02~7.43 mg%) and isorhamnetin(3.07~5.41 mg%), respectively. DPPH radical scavenging activity of freeze-drying and hot air-drying aerial bulbil extract was higher than yam tuber extracts. Tyrosinase inhibition activity of yam tuber extract indicating higher than about 32% and 22.35% freeze-drying and hot air-drying aerial bulbil extracts, respectively. The antimicrobial activities of freeze-drying yam tuber extract and hot-air drying aerial bulbil extracts was found that; E. coli KCCM 11234 and S. aureus KCCM 11593 cell growth was some inhibited at 1000 μg/ml concentration. Whereas, S. aureus KCCM 11593 cell growth was some inhibited by freeze-drying and hot-air drying aerial bulbil extracts. In addition, cytotoxicity for NIH3T3 cell line was not appeared by yam tuber, freeze drying and hot-air drying aerial bulbil extracts. These results indicated that D. japonica yam tuber and aerial bulbil extracts are functional and effective. In particular, they would be very useful as a health food and whitening cosmetic ingredients.

        무궁화나무(Hibiscus syriacus) 수피 추출물의 페놀산 조성 및 기능성화장품 소재 가능성 평가

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the phenolic acid contents and compositions, and possibility of functional cosmetic ingredients of Hibiscus syriacus bark extracts with hot water and 70% ethanol solution. The results were as follows: Total polyphenol and total flavonoid content, hot water extract was grater than 70% ethanol extract. Regarding the composition of polyphenol compound, 8 different types of phenolic acids and 4 different types of flavonoids were found in hot-water and 70% ethanol extracts. In terms of DPPH radical scavenging activity, water extract was about 2 times grater than 70% ethanol extract. Nitrite-scavenging activity against hot water extract was 52.30 ± 0.42% and for the 70% ethanol extract was 46.00 ± 0.52% of stem bark in pH 1.2, respectively. In the tyrosinase inhibition activity of IC50, hot water extract was about 1.6 times grater than 70% ethanol extract. Bacterium cell growth was inhibited the proportional to the concentration for both the hot water and 70% ethanol extracts of bark for the Gram-negative E. coli KCCM 11234 bacterium. Cytotoxicity for SK-MEL-2 cell line was not appeared for hot water, and appeared about 16% in the 100 μg for 70% ethanol extract.

        연복자 추출물의 Phenolic acids와 Flavonoids의 조성 및 화장품 항산화 활성

        이 연구는 연복자의 열수와 80% 메탄올 추출물에 대한 총 polyphenol과 flavonoid의 함량과phenolic acid와 flavonoid의 조성 및 함량을 분석하고, 이 추출물에 대한 일부 항산화 활성을 조사하므로 스킨케어 기능성 화장품으로의 활용 가능성을 확인하는 것이 연구의 목적이다. 총 polyphenol과 flavonoid 함량은 열수와 80% 메탄올 추출물 모두에서 과피 추출물이 씨앗 추출물 보다 높은 것으로 나타났다. Phenolic acid는 열수 추출물에서 2종, 80% 메탄올 추출물에서 6종이 확인되었다. Flavonoids는 열수 추출물에서는 확인되지 않았으나, 80% 메탄올 추출물에서는 1종이 확인되었다. 또한 연복자의 열수와 80% 메탄올 추출물에 대한 항산화 활성을 조사한 결과, DPPH와 ABTS의 라디칼 소거능은 처리농도에 비례하여 증가하는 경향을 나타내어 항산화 활성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 이와 같은 결과를 종합하여 보았을 때 연복자의 열수와 80% 메탄올 추출물은 항산화 활성을 나타내는 물질을 함유하고 있고, 항산화 활성이 확인되어 피부관리를 위한 기능성 화장품 성분원료 및 천연 항산화제로서의 가능성이 있을 것으로 사료되어진다. In order to verify the effect of using functional cosmetic ingredients for skin beauty, the composition and content of some phenolic acid and flavonoids in the hot water and 80% methanol extract of Akebia quinata fruit pericarp and seeds were analyzed, and the skin care antioxidant activity was investigated. The results are as follows. Total polyphenol and flavonoid contents were found to be higher in pericarp extract than seed extract in both hot water and 80% methanol extract. In the analysis of the composition and content of phenolic acid and flavonoids, two kinds of phenolic acids were identified in the hot water extract of pericarp, 6 kinds of phenolic acids were identified in the 80% methanol extract, and one kind of flavonoid. Two types of phenolic acids were identified in the hot water and 80% methanol extract of seeds, respectively. DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities tended to increase in proportion to the treatment concentration in both hot water and 80% methanol extracts, and antioxidant activity was found to be high. Therefore, from the above results, it was found that the hot water and 80% methanol extract of Akebia quinata fruit pericarp and seeds contained various kinds of phenolic acid and flavonoids, and the antioxidant activity was also high. It is believed to be of value as a natural antioxidant in skin care cosmetic ingredients.

        논문 : 대학생의 전공계열을 고려한 대학도서관 공간계획 적용요소에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 대학도서관 주제자료실의 공간요소 중요도 평가를 통해 공간계획요소를 개발하여 대학생의 전공주제를 고려한 대학도서관의 디자인 기초 자료를 제공하고자 한다. 대학이라는 특성상 대학도서관의 이용자들은 뚜렷한 전공주제를 가지고 있으며, 전공주제에 따라 학습양식에 차이가 있다. 따라서 각각의 학습양식에 적합한 학습환경이 필요하며 이는 이용자의 학습성과에 영향을 주기 때문에 학습양식 및 전공계열에 따라 공간요소에서 중요하게 여기는 항목들을 구분하여 차별화 된 자료실을 계획해야 한다. 공간요소 중요도 평가를 위해 대학생 총 143명의 설문응답을 사용하였다. 연구 결과 전공계열에 따라 공간요소 중요도 평가에 유의미한 차이가 나타났다. 전반적으로 이공계열의 학생들이 인문사회계열의 학생들보다 중요도 점수가 높았다. 특히 이공계열 학생들은 디자인 관련 요소에 대해 중요하게 여겼으며, 인문사회계열 학생들은 사회적 요소에 대해 중요하게 여겼다. 이러한 결과를 반영하여 현재 획일적으로 계획되어 있는 대학도서관 학습환경을 대학이라는 특성을 고려한 전공주제별 이용자의 관점에서 차별적인 공간계획이 이루어질 수 있도록 변화해야 할 것이다. 도출된 공간계획요소를 평가도구로 하여 향후 대학도서관의 공간평가와 이용태도조사를 통해 전공주제에 따른 차별적인 공간모델 계획의 기초자료가 될 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study rests on the development of spatial factors for subject reference libraries within academic libraries. The study will be based around the evaluation of data collected from 143 surveys carried out by students on a diverse range of undergraduate courses. The result of the study revealed meaningful distinctions in the evaluation of importance of spatial factors across majors and departments. As a general rule, students in the natural sciences valued their spatial factors more than students in the humanities or social sciences. The former group especially appreciated design factors, whereas the latter group focused on the social aspects of their studies and being able to communicate with other students. Universities should consider the outcome of these results and allow for the design and construction of study spaces, which are currently uniform, so that they may reflect the needs of each unique field of study.

        게르하르트 리히터의 추상화 기법을 응용한 아트메이크업디자인 작품제작

        Creates the artistic value of design through cooperation and convergent exchange between pure art and design in dustry going along with the current trends. This study focuses on the advantage of the effect of pouring money, analyzes the work of Gerhard Richter, a painting artist, and expands the scope of expression of art makeup work by finding a way to right the abstraction technique by expressing it with this art makeup. This study uses the characteristics and colors of each technique to apply the blurring technique, 2 works using the marbling technique, 2 works applying the color wheel technique, A total of 7 art makeup works were produced. First, makeup works inspired by Richter's blurring technique were designed by forming textures of various colors using scrapers and brushes. Before the dye was completely dry, it was scraped with a scraper to express the cross-sexuality of the colors and the characteristics that appear by projection, creating a cross-colored color. Second, the makeup work, inspired by the work using the marbling technique, applied the expression effect derived from the mutual adsorption of water, dye, and paper in the painting, and added oil to the area where the color meets to express the marbling technique through the process of naturally pushing and mixing. Third, inspired by the work that applied Richter's color wheel technique, the color composition of the grid used in makeup design was made diverse based on the three primary colors. Through this study, it is hoped that active research will be conducted on the relationship between art paintings and makeup, as well as Richter, and that new makeup designs fused with artistic characteristics will be presented. 순수회화 분야와 디자인 분야는 융합과 교류를 통한 지속적인 새로운 디자인 개발을 요구받고 있으며 꾸준한 상생교류를 이어가고 있다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 융합과 교류를 통한 시너지 효과의 장점에 주목하여 회화작가 게르하르트 리히터(Gerhard Richter)의 추상화 작품의 특징을 분석하고 이를 아트 메이크업으로 표현하자 한다. 본 연구는 기법별 작품 특성과 색채를 활용하여 블러링 기법을 응용한 작품 2개, 마블링 기법을 응용한 작품 3개, 색상환 기법을 응용한 작품 2개 총 7가지의 아트 메이크업 작품을 제작하였다. 본 논문의 결과는 첫째, 리히터의 블러링 기법을 적용한 작품에 영감을 받은 메이크업 작품은 스크레이퍼와 브러시를 사용하여 다양한 색상의 텍스처를 형성하여 디자인하였다. 염료가 완전히 건조되기 전에 스크레이퍼로 긁어서 색상의 교차성과 투영되어 나타나는 특성을 표현하며 이색적인 색상을 교차시켜 연출해주었다. 둘째, 마블링 기법을 적용한 작품에 영감을 받은 메이크업 작품은 그림의 물, 염료, 종이의 상호 흡착성에서 나오는 표현 효과를 응용하여 아쿠아 컬러와 수프라 컬러로 메이크업 디자인을 표현하였다. 셋째, 리히터의 색상환 기법을 적용한 작품에 영감을 받아 메이크업 디자인에 사용된 그리드의 색상 구성은 색의 삼원색을 기준으로 다양하게 이루어지도록 하였다. 또한 색상의 배치를 무작위로 하여 시각적으로 강렬함을 더해주었다. 본 연구를 통해 보다 다양한 회화 작품들이 아트 메이크업과 융합되어 창의적인 작품으로 제작되길 희망한다. 더불어 다양한 기법의 적용 사례에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어져 메이크업디자인의 예술성과디자인 개발이 발전되길 기대해 본다.
