연구 목적: 이 연구는 청소년 도박에 대한 사회적 인식을 파악하고 효과적인 개입방안을 제시하는 것이 목적이다. 연구 방법: 연구방법은 2018년 1월부터 2022년 9월까지의 수집된 소셜 빅데이터를 활용하여 텍스트 마이닝과 CONCOR 분석을 수행하였다. 연구 내용: 연구결과는 첫째, 가장 많이 도출된 단어는 온라인도박, 게임중독, 예방교육, 확률형아이템, 한국도박문제예방치유원으로 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년도박 키워드 중심성 분석에서 코로나 전후 공통적으로 예방교육, 인터넷, 스마트폰, 게임중독은 중요한 영향력을 보여주었으며, 연결중심성, 위세중심성, 매개중심성 키워드는 코로나19 전후로 변화가 있었다. 셋째, CONCOR 분석결과 청소년들의 도박관련 현안, 도박 노출 경로와 개입방법, 동반되는 청소년 문제행동, 그리고 온라인(모바일) 게임 도박이라는 적정한 군집 4개가 도출되었다. 결론 및 제언: 결과를 토대로 청소년을 보호할 수 있는 학교중심의 개입방안과 후속연구를 위한 제언을 하였다. The purpose of this study is to identify social awareness of youth gambling problems and to suggest effective intervention plans. Text mining and CONCOR analysis were administered using social big data collected from January 2018 to September 2022. The findings of this study are as follows. First, the most frequently derived words were online gambling, game addiction, prevention education, random game item, and Korea Problem Gambling Agency in order. Second, in the network centrality analysis of youth gambling keywords, prevention education, internet, smartphone, and game addiction showed significant influence but there was a change in the keywords of connection centrality, prestige centrality, and intermediary centrality before and after COVID-19. Third, as a result of the CONCOR analysis, four appropriate clusters were derived: gambling-related issues of adolescents, gambling exposure pathways and interventions, accompanying adolescent problem behaviors, and online (mobile) game gambling. Based on these results, school-based interventions that could protect adolescents and implications for follow-up studies were suggested.
