        비즈니스 모델이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        새롭고 급변하는 디지털경제 환경에서 국내외 비즈니스 모델(Business Model)에 관한 연구는 아직 초보적 단계에 머물러 있다. 본 연구는 국내 기업을 대상으로 하는 실증 연구의 부족 등 뚜렷한 연구공백의 발견에서 출발하였다. 첫째, 비즈니스 모델이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 관해 103개 국내 기업들을 대상으로 실증하였다. 둘째, 비즈니스 모델의 구체적인 측정 방안을 제시하였다. 즉 선행연구를 바탕으로 효율성과 참신성을 비즈니스 모델 주제로 변수화 하였다. 셋째, 대부분의 선행연구들이 비즈니스 모델과 기업성과 사이의 직접적인 영향에 머무는 데 반해 본 연구는 매개효과와 조절효과까지 확장하여 실증하였다. 특히 조직학습을 단일 매개변수로 설정한 선행연구에서 한발 더 나아가 활용학습과 탐색학습으로 세분하였다. 그 결과, 비즈니스 모델은 두 주제 모두 기업성과에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 매개변수를 통한 영향은 주로 탐색학습을 통해 이루어짐을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 시장지향성의 일부 요인(고객지향성)이 효율성 비즈니스 모델과 기업성과 사이에 유의한 조절효과가 있음을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 비즈니스 모델을 통한 기업성과의 제고 측면에서 기업이 선택하는 비즈니스 모델과 조직 차원에서의 학습, 그리고 조직 특성 사이에 어떠한 적합성(fit)을 도출할 수 있을지에 관한 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공한다. Studies on business models in a new and rapidly changing digital economic environment are still at an early stage. This study started from the discovery of clear research gap such as the lack of empirical studies on domestic companies. First, we examined the impact of business model on corporate performance. Second, this study presented concrete measures of business model. Third, most of the previous studies have focused on the direct impact between business models and corporate performance. However, this study has expanded to mediating effects and moderating effects. In particular, organizational learning was divided into exploitative learning and exploratory learning. As a result, both efficiency-centered & novelty-centered business model had significant effects on the corporate performance, and the mediating effect was confirmed mainly through exploratory organizational learning. In addition, we confirmed that a factor(customer orientation) of market orientation have a significant moderating effect between efficiency-centered business model and firm performance. Therefore, this study provides the theoretical and practical implications on the suitability of business models, organizational learning, and organizational characteristics in terms of enhancing corporate performance through business model.

        초등학교 미디어센터를 활용한 자원기반학습 모형 개발 연구

        The purpose of this study is to propose an Resource-Based Learning Model for Media Center(RBLMMC) and examine the practical usability of the model in elementary school. The model was developed based on the following stages. At the beginning stage, this study reviewed existing media center data and resource-based learning models and then integrated the procedures of those models using rapid prototyping methodology to draw RBLMMC. Questionnaires were used for 396 elementary school teachers to collect data to establish basic principles which facilitates the practical usability of the model. Through the extensive literature reviews and survey study, a basic RBLMMC was developed. The model consists of four stages: expert design, low-level searching, recurrent feedback, reflective feedback. Each stage has several sub-stages: analyzing and organizing contents, providing task integrated for expert design stage; inquiring and supposing objectives, deciding resource searching pathway, searching and collecting early data, constructing tentative solutions, modifying searching strategies for low-level searching stage; recurrent data collecting and complement, analyzing and synthesizing information, information processing as solution for recurrent feedback stage; common sharing and understanding product, simultaneous evaluation for reflective feedback stage. The study evaluated the model using quantitative and qualitative research method to test the validity and the usability in terms of its effectiveness and also reveals some limitations. The limitations and related suggestions were discussed.

        웹기반 상황학습에서 과제상호의존성과 보상상호의존성 유형에 따른 과제수행 효과 분석

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of task interdependence types and reward interdependence types on task performance outcomes and processes in web-based situated learning environment using Shadow NetworkSpace. The Theoretical framework for this study is based on web-based situated learning, community of practice, task interdependence, reward interdependence. In this study, the task interdependence types, consisting of sequential, reciprocal, and team-based and reward interdependence, consisting of independent and collective were designed. In addition, task performance outcomes are composed of problem solving performance and task performing competency and task performance processes are composed of the perception on the individual efforts, group efforts, and group efficacy. Subjects of this study were 220 fifth grade elementary school students. By forming a team comprised of 4~6 pupils, according to task interdependence and reward interdependence types in six groups, seven teams were randomly assigned to each group. As for study procedure, after verifying homogeneity of the six groups, prior practice activities were conducted for a week. After they acquired the program function, they conducted three tasks included in the environmental education unit in the subject of science. The results showed that, task interdependence had effects on problem solving performance, task performing competency, individual efforts and group efforts whereas reward interdependence had effects on task performing competency, individual efforts and group efforts. Finally, both of two independent variables had effects on the group efficacy.

        주장성과 사회적 정향성이 혁신성을 매개로 초등학생의 스마트러닝 활용 의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to examine elementary school students` characteristics which influence the intentions to use Smart-Learning. Based on the theory of media based learning, we analysed how learners`s characteristics would affect the intentions of Smart-Learning utilization in elementary school. Participants of this study consist of 520 grade 6 students in Seoul, Korea. Through structural equation modeling (SEM), we examined how assertiveness, social desirability, and willingness to take innovative technologies (Innovativeness) would influence intentions to use Smart-Learning. The results showed social desirability via inovativeness influenced Smart-Learning intentions in only female students. Through latent mean analysis (LMA), gender differences were examined. Male students appeared to have higher levels of assertiveness, wheres female students appeared to have higher levels of social desirability, The result imply we need to consider the gender difference intensively to guide elementary school students for Smart-Learning. Female students with higher levels of social desirability and innovativeness, and with lower levels of assertiveness need to have a initiative of using Smart-Learning.

        성인학습자의 e-러닝 기반 평생학습 프로그램 참여 실태 및 신규 프로그램 요구 분석

        e-러닝은 열린 교육체제를 통해 학습자에게 학습기회와 선택권을 넓혀 줌으로써 평생학습의 사회적 요구를 만족시킬 수 있는 다양한 전략 및 환경을 제공하고 있다. 이러한 e-러닝의 특성에 기반하여 최근 여러 평생교육 기관들이 다양한 e-러닝 기반 평생학습 프로그램들을 개발․운영하고 있으나 e-러닝 기반 평생학습 프로그램들이 학습 수요자의 요구를 충족시키지 못하고 있다고 비판이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 e-러닝 기반 평생학습 프로그램 참여 실태를 수강 현황, 프로그램 만족도, 참여 장애 요인 및 신규 프로그램 개발 요구 관점에서 조사하고 분석하여 체계적인 프로그램 모형 및 과정개발에 도움을 주고자 함이다. 연구결과 약 70%의 평생교육기관 수강생이 e-러닝의 참여경험이 있었고 주로 참여한 프로그램은 성인고등, 외국어, 정보화, 경력개발 영역으로 나타났으며 참여목적은 학력보완이나 학점 취득, 직무능력 향상 등을 위한 것으로 나타났다. e-러닝 기반 평생학습의 참여 장애요인으로는 적절한 정보제시 부재나 학습시간의 부족으로 나타났고 학교평생교육시설에서 제공되는 e-러닝 기반 학습프로그램들을 수강하고자 하였다. E-learning expands the learning opportunities and selection chances of learning programs as well as meet the needs of societal demands toward the social integration and economical growth. Recently, various lifelong learning institutes and centers have been criticized for not managing programs that reflects the needs of adult learners. We, therefore, identified the current status of e-learning programs for lifelong learning, program satisfaction, drawbacks of participations, and new development of programs to help managers and instructional designers develop new e-learning based lifelong learning program. In the result, about 70% learners have had chances to participate in e-learning based lifelong learning programs to get academic degree and upgrade their core competencies of their job and tasks in the domains of adult higher education, foreign languages, informatization, and career development. They had also little chances to participate in the programs due to the lacks of appropriate information on e-learning based lifelong learning programs and participation time.

        웹 기반 협력학습에서 GLAS 유형이 학습결과에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of GLAS(Guided-Learner Adaptable Scaffolding) strategies in web-based collaborative learning environments. Through the extensive literature reviews, web-based collaborative learning environments considering GLAS types were developed. 93 sixth graders were selected from a elementary school in Seoul, and they learned in the web-based system for 4 weeks. The results revealed that the impact of scaffolding on transfer of learning, cognitive overload by reflective scaffolding, learning motivation affected intrinsic scaffolding.

        웹 기반 학습 시스템에 적합한 형성 평가 방법에 관한 연구

        It is said that traditional formative evaluation method does not fit in web based learning system because of inefficiency and improper data collecting techniques. This study is to demonstrate alternative formative evaluation method fit in web based learning system. In alternative evaluation, Participant, data collecting techniques and data are different from each web based program development process. As a conclusion, this alternative evaluation method may promote effectiveness and quality of web based program.
