        의료기관에서의 자가투여 주사제 사용 및 교육 현황

        Background : We aimed to investigate the current dispensing behavior, and the status of patient education on self-injectable medications in Korea hospitals. Methods : This cross-sectional questionnaire study was conducted through an e-mail survey. Questionnaires were distributed to 240 pharmacy department representatives in the general or higher level of hospitals; the representatives are members of the Korean Society of Health-system Pharmacists. The survey items included characteristics of the hospital, distribution sites of the self-administered injections, provision, provider and educational materials of the patient education, and appropriateness of the education provided to patients. Results : Among the 240 representatives, 56 representatives (23.3%) responded, and tertiary general hospitals accounted for 66.0% (37 institutions). Self-injectable medications were dispensed in the hospital, mainly by the pharmacy department, however, injectable antidiabetics and anitobesity were dispensed both in and out of the hospital pharmacies in many hospitals (91.1% and 73.2%, respectively). The main patient education were nurses (64.3%). Regular re-education was provided to a limited proportion (0.6%). From the provider’s point of view, the appropriateness of self-injectable medication education provision was evaluated with an average score of 3.5 on a 5-point scale. Conclusion : In conclusion, most self-injectable medications were dispensed in in-hospital pharmacies except anitobesity and anitobesity drugs. The initial education was mainly provided by nurses and regular re-education was provided on a limited basis. In addition, we highlighted the need for improving the provision of patient education on self-injectable medications.

        2019 미충족의료율과 추이

        Unmet healthcare is an important indicator to measure accessibility of healthcare services. To examine the latest status of unmet healthcare needs in South Korea, the four different data which is composed of nationally representative sample of South Korean population were used; the Korea Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNAHANES, 2007-2019), the Community Health Survey (CHS, 2008-2019), the Korea Health Panel Survey (KHP, 2011-2017), and the Korean Welfare Panel Study (KOWEPS, 2006-2019). The proportion of individuals reporting unmet healthcare needs were 5.8% (KNHANES), 5.3% (CHS), and 11.6% (KHP). Annual percentage change (APC) which identifies trend for the follow-up period was -9.5%, -8.0%, and -6.5%, respectively. The proportion of individuals reporting unmet healthcare needs due to cost were 1.1% (KNAHANES), 0.7% (CHS), 2.4% (KHP), and 0.4% (KOWEPS). The APC was -10.5%, -14.2%, -12.2%, and -19.6%, respectively. Compared to last year, the rate of unmet healthcare needs has declined in general. However, the low-income and the elderly population were reporting the highest rate of unmet health care needs, and the disparity between lowest and highest groups were remained. These results suggest that adequate benefit coverage is needed for low-income and elderly population.

Annualpercentage change (APC) which identifies trend for the follow-up period was -9.9%, -9.1%, and -5.5%, respectively. The proportionof individuals reporting unmet healthcare needs due to cost were 1.0% (KNHANES), 0.4% (CHS), 2.2% (KHP), and 0.4% (KOWEPS). TheAPC was -11.3%, -17.0%, -12.2%, and -21.2%, respectively. Overall, the low-income and the elderly population reported a higher rateof unmet health care needs. Although the overall experience rate of unmet medical care due to cost decreased over the past decade,the disparity between the lowest and highest income groups still remained in 2020. Disparity between income levels and age groupsis a challenge to address in healthcare system, and these results suggest the need for adequate health coverage for the low-incomeand the elderly populations

        음악치료 수퍼비전 형태에 따른 수퍼비전 만족도 조사

        The purpose of this study was to examine perceived supervisory satisfaction depending on the type of supervision. Twenty-six music therapy graduate students who enrolled in a practicum course participated in this study. All participants received four individual and four group supervision sessions over the course of the semester. After each supervision session, participants were asked to rate their satisfaction with supervision on the Supervisory Satisfactory Questionnaire(SSQ). Results showed that there was no significant difference in the mean ratings between individual and group supervision conditions, indicating that the type of supervision would not differently affect the perception of overall supervisory satisfaction. However, a detailed analysis of ratings for each questionnaire item and comments from the participants imply that while individual supervision would be perceived to meet supervisees’ individual needs more effectively, satisfaction with group supervision would be less influenced by supervisor styles. This study would provide descriptive information of perceived satisfaction with supervision type as an initial trial toward suggesting the systematic approach to the music therapy supervision format. Further studies are needed to investigate how effective and culturally responsive supervision format would be structured to facilitate supervision process and maximize supervision outcome. 본 연구에서는 음악치료 수퍼비전 형태, 즉 개인 수퍼비전과 소집단 수퍼비전 형태에 따른 수퍼바이지의 수퍼비전 만족도에 차이가 있는지를 알아보고자 했다. 그에 따라 서울 소재 대학교음악치료학과 석사과정 재학생 중 임상 수퍼비전을 받고 있는 학생 26명을 대상으로 설문지 조사가 실시되었다. 대상자별로 개인 수퍼비전과 집단 수퍼비전이 각각 4회씩 이루어졌고, 수퍼비전 실시 후 수퍼비전 만족도 질문지(Supervisory Satisfactory Questionnaire)를 사용해 각 수퍼비전에 대한 만족도를 평가하였다. 연구 결과, 개인 수퍼비전에 대한 만족도 평균 점수가 집단 수퍼비전 만족도보다 높은 것으로 나타났지만, 두 조건 사이에 통계적으로 유의미한 차이는 없는것으로 나타났다. 그러나 만족도 세부 항목 중 필요성 충족과 전체적인 수퍼비전에 대한 만족도를 묻는 질문에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 대상자들의 자기보고 내용에 있어 개인수퍼비전의 경우에는 제공되는 시간의 충분함과 수퍼바이저의 개별적이고 긍정적인 피드백에 대한 서술이 많았던 반면, 집단 수퍼비전의 경우에는 동료들 간의 긍정적인 교류와 시간 부족에 대한 서술이 많았다. 이와 같이 개인 수퍼비전과 집단 수퍼비전에서 충족될 수 있는 다른 필요와장점이 있음을 보여주는 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로, 국내 음악치료 교육 환경에서 적용될 수 있는수퍼비전 형태에 대한 고려사항이 제안되었고, 추후 연구에 대한 필요성이 제시되었다.
