스마트팩토리 구축을 위한 가상현실을 활용한 제조업 공정개선 시스템에 관한 연구

최근 스마트팩토리 구축에 따른 제조공정 개선은 스마트팩토리의 핵심 요소이다. 본 연구는 공정분석 시스템, 공정설계 시뮬레이션 시스템, 가상현실 시스템에 대한 선행연구를 통하여 제조공정 개선 시스템과 기술의 변천 과정을 확인하였다. 또한, 제조기업에서 비디오 분석을 통한 데이터를 활용하여, 공정을 설계하고 가상현실 기반으로 작업자가 직접 참여한 테스트베드 시스템을 개발하여, 최소의 비용으로 공정을 설계하고 검증할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하였다.

최근 급변하는 세계화 경영 환경에서 정보화는 기업의 경쟁력을 결정하는 핵심 요소이다. 본 연구의 목적은 국내 중소기업 정보화 현황 및 문제점 개선방안을 기반으로 개성공단 입주기업의 전략적 경영을 위한 정보화의 필요성을 제기하고, 개성공단 입주기업의 정보화의 역사적 과정을 살펴보고 정보화 현황 및 문제점을 분석하여, 장애요인 및 문제점 개선방안을 제시함으로써, 개성공단 입주기업이 정보화를 추진하는 데 있어 제기되는 문제점을 개선하기 위한 제언을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 수행은 미래창조과학부, 중소기업청, 한국정보화진흥원, 중소기업 기술정보진흥원 등 정부기관과 관련 협회, 선행연구를 통하여 국내 중소기업 정보화의 역사적 과정을 살펴보았고, 통일부와 개성공업지구지원재단 등 정부기관과 현대아산(주), 한국토지공사 및 다양한 연구기관의 선행연구를 통하여 개성공단 정보화의 역사적 과정과 입주기업 설문조사를 통하여 정보화 현황을 조사하였다. 개성공단 입주기업 설문조사 분석 결과 첫째, 정치적 문화적 차이점을 극복하여 하드웨어 및 인프라(인터넷 개통) 지원이 최우선 과제이다. 둘째, 인원 및 기술의 문제점을 극복하기 위하여 현장에 적합한 정보화 컨설팅이 요구된다. 셋째, 자금 및 세제지원의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 국내 정보화 지원 정책을 개성공단 입주기업에 같게 지원해야한다. 넷째, 교육지원의 문제점을 해결하는 방안으로 현장 위주의 정보화 교육 을 통하여, 우리 관리자와 북한 관리자 및 근로자가 정보화의 필요성을 이해할 수 있도록 하여야 한다. 다섯째, 정보제공 및 홍보의 문제점을 해결하는 방안으로 입주기업 간 네트워크 구축으로 정보화 성공사례와 실패사례에 대한 홍보를 강화하도록 한다. 여섯째, 소프트웨어 지원의 문제점 해결 위한 방안으로 인터넷 개통을 통한 국내 본사와 시스템통합을 통하여 문제를 해결하여야 한다. 이러한 결과는 앞으로 개성공단 입주기업 정보화 추진에 도움을 주고, 개성공단 입주기업 정보화와 관련된 연구에 가치를 제공하며, 우리 정부와 북한 정부가 개성공단 정보화를 효율적으로 지원하기 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. In the fast changing and globalizing management circumstances, information is the key factor that decides the company’s competitiveness. This study has goals to bring up the necessity of informatization for the strategic management of the companies in the Gaeseong Complex, based on the domestic informatization history and the improvement method, and to improve the posed problems when the Gaeseong Complex companies carry forward the informatization by analyzing the current situation and the obstacles of the informatization of the companies in Gaeseong Complex, and by suggesting the improvement methods for the failure factors and the drawbacks. This study comprehended the current status and the problems through the preceding researches of the government organs and the related associations like the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning, the Small and Medium Business Administration, the National Information Society Agency, Korea Technology & Information Promotion Agency for SME, and investigated the current status of informatization in Gaeseong Complex through the preceding researches of the government agencies like the Ministry of Unification, and the Supporting Foundation of Gaeseong Industrial Complex and various research institutes like Hyundai Asan Inc., and the Korea Land Corporation. Also, through the survey of the companies in the Complex, the study investigated the present condition of the informatization. As a result of this study, after the survey about the problems and the improvement methods of the informatization in the Gaeseong Industrial Complex’s, a qualitative analysis was suggested. Through the analysis about the survey of the companies in the Gaeseong Complex, there came out six results. First, to overcome the political, cultural differences and to support the hardware and the infrastructures are the most important tasks. Second, to overcome the problem about the number of people and the technology, proper consulting about the informatization that is suitable for the field, is needed. Third, to solve the funding and the taxation support problems, the same supporting policy with domestic information should be applied for the companies in Gaeseong Complex. Forth, as a way to resolve the problem about the education support, through the field centered education of information, the necessity of the informatization should be understood directly by our managers and the North Korean managers and the workers. Fifth, reinforcing the publicizing about the successful cases and the failed cases of the informatizaion as a way to solve the problems related to the information supply and the promoting. Sixth, for the software supporting problems, integrating system with the domestic head office through the Internet connection will be a solution. These results can be the help for the companies of the Gaeseong Complex to promote the informatization, and can give the value of the study related to the Gaeseong Complex informatization. One can also utilize this as a baseline data for more efficient supporting of the Gaeseong Industrial Complex’s informatization.

최근 영상 및 이미지 기술의 발달에 따라 가상현실과 증강현실 기술이 게임, 스포츠 등 일정 분야에 국한되지 않고 방송, 문화, 교육, 의료, 제조 등 생활과 밀접한 연관이 있는 영역에 적용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 증강현실 기술에 대해 소개하고 다양한 분야에 적용 사례를 알아본다. 특히 증강현실 기술의 제조 산업 적용 사례와 향후 적용 방안에 대해 논한다.
