IT 융합을 통한 3D 지리 교구 제작과 증강현실 앱 개발

최근에 4차 산업혁명이 도래함에 따라 제반 분야에서 변화가 일어나고 있다. 교육 분야에서도 이 러한 시대 흐름에 맞춰 IT 융합 접근을 통해 교육 방법이나 교육 내용의 변화를 시도하고 있다. 과거 에 비해 현재의 학습자들은 디지털 환경에 매우 익숙하다. 학습자들의 이러한 특성을 반영하여 교육 이 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구에서는 3D 프린팅 기술과 증강 현실 기법을 지리 교육에 접목하고자 한 다. 직접 접근하기 어려운 지형이나 지리적으로 멀리 떨어진 곳의 경우 접근성이 떨어져 지리 교육에 어려움이 따른다. 이를 효과적으로 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 학습하고자 하는 지형에 대해 3D 프린터를 통한 3D 교구를 제작하고 이와 연동한 증강현실 앱을 개발하였다. 구체적으로, 123 Design 도구를 이용하여 3D 프린터로 해안 지형을 제작하였다. 또한, 제작한 해안 지형 3D 교구와 연동하여 동작하는 증강 현실 앱을 유니티를 이용하여 개발하였다. 이를 통해 실제 답사하는 효과를 가져 올 수 있고, 학습자의 흥미를 유발할 수 있으며, 학습내용을 쉽게 이해하는데 도움을 주어 결과적으로 학업성취도를 높일 수 있다. Recently, as the fourth industrial revolution comes up, changes are taking place in all fields. Also, in the field of education, to meet the trend of the times, the change of educational methods or contents through IT convergence approach has been examined. Compared to the past, current learners are very familiar with the digital environment. Education should be done to reflect these characteristics of learners. In this study, 3D printing and augmented reality techniques are applied to geography education. In case of the terrain that is impossible to access or where is located in a remote distance, there is difficulty in doing geography education because of inaccessibility. In order to solve this problem effectively, we made a 3D teaching aid using 3D printer for the terrain to learn and developed an augmented reality app. Specifically, we made the teaching aid of a coastal terrain using 123 Design tool. Also, we developed the augmented reality app using Unity game engine, which can be synchronized with the coastal terrain 3D teaching aid. This can lead to the effect almost equivalent to realistic exploration, draw interest of learner, and help to bring easy understanding of learning contents, resulting in higher academic achievement.
저온 공정에 의한 a-Si:H/c-Si 이종접합 태양전지 제조 및 동작특성 분석

In this work, we investigated simple Aㅣ/TCO/a-Si:H(n)/c-Si(p)/Al hetero-junction solar cells prepared by low temperature processes, unlike conventional thermal diffused c-Si solar cells. a-Si:H/c-Si hetero-junction solar cells are processed by low temperature deposition of n-type hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) films by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition on textured and flat p-type silicon substrate. A detailed investigation was carried out to acquire optimization and compatibility of amorphous layer, TCO (ZnO:Al) layer depositions by changing the plasma process parameters. As front TCO and back contact, ZnO:Al and AI were deposited by rf magnetron sputtering and e-beam evaporation, respectively. The photovoltaic conversion efficiency under AMI.5 and the quantum efficiency on 1cm² sample have been reported. An efficiency of 12.5% is achieved on hetero-structure solar cells based on p-type crystalline silicon.

Lymphoid malignancies have been reported in association with chronic myelogenous leukemia, but the development of chronic myelogenous leukemia and T-cell lymphoma in the same patients is rare. We experienced a case of peripheral T-cell lymphoma developed in the course of chronic myelogenous leukemia. In December 1993, a diagnosis of chronic myelogenous leukemia was made. The patient was treated with hydroxyurea and busulphan. In June 1999, the patient was admitted because of a swelling in right submandibular area and throat pain. He underwent right tonsilectomy. The histologic and immunologic examination of tonsil revealed a peripheral T-cell lymphoma. This case is additional one to a few previously reported cases of concurrence of chronic myelogenous leukemia and T-cell lymphoma. (Korean J Med 61:444-448, 2001)

In the crystalline silicon solar cells, the full area aluminum_back surface field(BSF) is routinely achieved through the screen-printing of aluminum paste and rapid firing. It is widely used in the industrial solar cell because of the simple and cost-effective process to suppress the overall recombination at the back surface. However, it still has limitations such as the relatively higher recombination rate and the low-to-moderate reflectance. In addition, it is difficult to apply it to thinner substrate due to wafer bowing. In the recent years, the dielectric back-passivated cell with local back contacts has been developed and implemented to overcome its disadvantages. Although it is successful to gain a lower value of surface recombination velocity(SRV), the series resistance(R_{series}) becomes even more important than the conventional solar cell. That is, it is a trade off relationship between the SRV and the R_{series} as a function of the contact size, the contact spacing and the geometry of the opening. Therefore it is essential to find the best compromise between them for the high efficiency solar cell. We have investigated the optimal design for the local back contact by using PC1D simulation.
고품질 실리콘 박막을 이용한 저가 고효율 실리콘 박막 및 a-Si:H/c-Si 이종접합 태양전지 개발

In this paper, silicon thin-film solar cells(Si- TFSC) and a-Si/c-Si heterojunction solar cells(HJ-cell) are investigated. The Si-TFSC was prepared on glass substrate by depositing 1-3{mu}m thin-film silicons by glow discharge method. The a-Si:H/{mu}c-Si:H tandem solar cells on textured ZnO:A1 TCO (transparent conducting oxide) showed improved Jsc in top and bottom cells than that on SnO₂:F TCO. This enhancement of jsc resulted from improved light trapping effect by front textured ZnO:A1. The a-Si/c-Si HJ-cells with simple structure without high efficiency features are suffering from low Voc and Jsc. The improvement of front nip and back interface properties by adopting high quality silicon-films at low temperature should be done both for increasing device performances and production cost.
열선 화학 기상 증착법에 의한 실리콘 박막 및 태양전지 특성

최근 열선 화학 기상 증착법(HWCVD)은 낮은 온도에서 TFT용 Poly Si 중착을 할 수 있다는 점과 실리콘 박막을 빠른 속도로 증착할 수 있다는 점에서 각광을 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 HWCVD를 이용하여 태양전지를 제조하고 그 특성을 평가하였다. 조건에 따른 실리콘 박막의 특성 변화를 알기 위해 corning glass 및 실리콘 wafer에 다양한 조건에서 단위 박막(intrinsic layer)을 증착하였고 이 결과를 바탕으로 p/i/n 구조의 태양전지를 제조하였다. Ta 열선 온도는 1700-2000도였고 가스 원료인 SiH₄와 수소의 비율을 조절하면서 그 영향을 관찰하였다. 태양전지의 경우 p충과 n충은 PECVD로 증착하였으며 단위박막 및 태양전지 i충 증착시 기판과 열선간의 거리는 7cm, 기판 온도는 200?C와 250?C로 고정하였고 작업압력은 30mTorr였다. 단위 박막 특성 평가를 위해 암/광 전도도, SEM, Raman Scattering, FT-IR등을 사용하였으며 태양전지 특성 평가를 위해 I-V 및 Spectral response를 측정하였다. 열선 온도가 증가함에 따라 증착속도 및 결정화 분율은 증가하였다. 특히 비정질에서 결정질로 전이되는 구간은 매우 좁았으며 여러 분석 방법에서 일치되는 결과를 보였다. SiH₄ 유량이 늘어날수록 비정질이 결정질로 바뀌는 열선 온도가 증가하였으며 기판 온도가 낮을 경우 또한 결정으로 바뀌는 열선 온도가 증가하였다. 태양전지의 경우 열선 온도가 증가함에 따라 V_{oc} 및 W가 낮아졌으며 J_{sc}, 는 증가하는 경향을 보였으며 결정질 비율이 증가하는 것을 관찰할 수 있었다. 이러한 경향은 quantum efficiency 결과에서도 확인할 수 있었다.

A 24-year-old woman, who had been well until 1 week ago before admission, was hospitalized with nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. The clinical features and laboratory findings showed acute renal failure, due to rhabdomyolysis and disseminated intravascular coagulopathy(DIC), and acute myocarditis. The patient was diagnosed as influenza A viral infection with multiple complications. Influenza viral infection can cause viral and bacterial pneumonia and occasionally cause acute renal failure associated with rhabdomyolysis. Whereas, myocarditis associated with influenza viral infec tion is so rare. Then we report a case of influenza A viral infection complicated with acute myocarditis, DIC and rhabdomyolysis induced acute renal failure.
hCG 및 hMG 투여에 의한 특발성 시상하부성 성선기능부전증 남자의 정자형성 및 배우자의 임신 유도

It is well known that in men with secondary hypogonadism spermatogenesis and fertility can be induced by gonadotropin or gonatotrpin-releasing hormone(GnRH) therapy. In hypogonadotropic hypogonadism(IHH) or Kallmann syndrome pulsatile GnRH or gonadotropins can be used alternatively. Clinical experience of hCG/hMG therapy for a case of male intertility in idiopathic hypogonadotrophic hypogonadism, serum levels of LH. FSH. testosterone and semen analysis, testes size were measured before therapy. Treatment was combination of intramuscular doses of 2000IU hCG applied three times a week and 75IU hMG applied three times a week. During the course of treatment control examinations were performed every one months. After 19 months of therapy the female partner was pregnancied and present, his daughter's growth and development were good.
진행성 비소세포폐암 환자에서 Vinorelbine과 Ifosfamide 복합화학요법의 효과 및 안정성

Objective: The cisplatin-based combination chemotherapy can improve survival rates of unresectable non-small cell lung cancer. However, the toxicity of cisplatin is substantial. We assessed the efficacy and toxicity of vinorelbine and ifosfamide combination chemotherapy for the unresectable non-small cell lung cancer. Methods and Materials: Patients with unresectable biopsy-proven non-small cell lung cancer who had measurable lesion entered onto this study. From January 1998 to March 1999, 18 patients was enrolled onto this study, and the response was evaluable in 16 patients. The treatment consisted of vinorelbine 25 ㎎/㎡ on days 1 and 8 and ifosfamide 2 g/m2 with mesna 3 consecutive days from day 1. This schedule was repeated every 3 weeks. For patients with grade 4 myelosuppression, the dose of both vinorelbine and ifosfamide was reduced by 10% from the next cycle. Results: Partial response was observed in 7 patients (response rate: 41.1%, 95% C.I. 23.1∼66.8%) without complete response. The treatment-related mortality was observed in 1 patient, but the toxicities of this regimen were generally tolerable. Conclusion: Vinorelbine and ifosfamide combination chemotherapy was active and tolerable for inoperable non-small cell lung cancer.
의식 변화를 주소로 응급실에 내원한 당뇨병 환자의 임상적 특성

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze the clinical characteristics of the diabetic patients with altered mentality in the emergency room. Methdos and Materials: Retrospective study was performed from April 1994 to August 1999. We included the diabetic patients with altered mentality on the base of the daily reports of the emergency room and patient's admission database, then review the medical records of the patients. Results: The number of diabetic patients with altered mentality entering emergency room was 432 for about 4.5 years. The mean age was 62.2 years. The causes of altered mentality consisted of hypoglycemia(31.9%), neurologic problems(25.5%), hepatic encephalopathy(13.4%), hyperglycemic crises(7.6%) , and others. Patients with diabetic acute metabolic complications showed better prognosis than others. Conclusion: The diabetic patients visiting emergency room with altered mentality had carious causes. The most common cause was hypoglycemia followd by neurologic problems, especially stroke. The hyperglycemic crises relatively less common causes of the altered mentality. The rapid determination of the patients blood glucose bevel using the glucose reagents strip and acid-base status helps the physician to evaluate and manage the diabetic patients with altered mentality in a large majority.
