An actuator is heated by the motor current which is built. If the motor is overheated above the guaranteed temperature, the motor is damaged and the actuator will perform the Fail-safe function. This paper proposes the control logic in order to prevent overheating to reduce temperature under the position deviation condition. The validity of the proposed method is verified by an experiment.
MPC5554 기반 제어 시스템을 위한 SW 플랫폼 개발

This paper describes the development of a software platform referring to the AUTOSAR(AUTomotive Open System ARchitecture) standards for automotive E/E control system based on MPC5554. The requirements of more complex automotive E/E system bring a growth of development time and cost. To reduce this effort, it is necessary to develop the software platform which can enhance a scalability, transferability and re-usability of software components. The developed software platform has layered architecture which consists of device driver layer, HAL(Hardware Abstraction Layer) and application layer. And all software components of each layer are modularized functionally. Static cyclic scheduler is adopted in order to guarantee an execution of control algorithm and to improve system reliability. By use of this platform, flexible development of software components and integration of control algorithm can be allowed.

This paper describes the development of software platform of embedded controller for Fuel Cell System. The fuel cell system is complex which needs an embedded controller to execute multiple tasks. The software organized by modualarization and layered architecture can perform complicated control algorithms. By development of the software platform with architectural software, the fuel cell system's embedded controller has a reusability and a scalability. And the developed software platform guarantees a execution of multiple tasks.
학교조직에서 의사결정권자의 감성리더십 영향 연구: 교사의 직무만족에 미치는 효과에 대한 탐색적 실증 분석

본 연구의 목적은 학교조직에서 의사결정권자인 학교장의 감성리더십(emotional leadership) 의 영향을 실증적으로 탐색하는데 있으며, 특히, 교사들의 직무만족에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 학교장의 감성리더십은 교사의 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 사회능력(사회인식능력, 관계관리능력) 관련 요소들이 핵심적인 영향요인으로 확인되었다. 이는 교육정책차원에서 의사결정권자인 학교장의 감성리더십의 중요성과 향후 학교장의 충원과 육성에서 사회인식능력, 관계관리능력 등의 역량이 중요함을 시사한다. 특히 학교조직에서는 수직적인 관계와 일정한 전문성을 바탕으로 구성원의 수평적 관계가 중시되므로 관계형성에서 교장의 감성리더십 발휘가 중요함을 규명하고 있다. 더불어, 연구의 한계점을 보완하기 위한후속적 연구방향에 대해서 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of emotional leadership of the principal at the school empirically, In particular, analyze the effects of job satisfaction of teachers. The results of the sensitivity principal leadership exerts a positive effect on job satisfaction of teachers were identified as social skills(social awareness, relationship management skills) relevant factors are key influencing factors. This suggests the importance of these skills, social awareness, relationship management skills in recruitment and training of future principal importance and sensitivity of the principal`s leadership in education policy dimension. In particular, the organization school shows good vertical relationship and therefore the emphasis on horizontal relationships of the members on the basis of a certain expertise exhibited emotional leadership of principal importance in the relationship. In addition, we discussed the follow-up study direction to complement the limitation of the study.
