췌장의 미성숙 원형세포암은 현미경적으로 원형세포가 특징적인 육종처럼 보이는 매우 악성인 암종으로 희귀한 종양이다. 초음파검사와 전산화 단층촬영상에 평활하고 주위 와 구별이 잘되는 고형종괴로 언뜻 보아 양성종양처럼 보여 보통의 췌장암이나 낭성종양과 는 육안소견이 다른암으로 이들종양과는 방사선학적으로도 구별이 가능하다.

초등수학에서 대상과 구조 : 구조의 횡적 다양성과 종적 다양성

인식 주체는 자신의 경험을 바탕으로 주어진 대상에 구조를 부여하여 대상을 구조 로 인식하려고 한다. 주어진 문제 맥락 속에서 주체가 대상에 부여할 수 있는 구조는 횡적, 종적으로 다양하다. 구조의 횡적 다양성의 측면에서, 한 대상 속에서 다양한 구 조를 발견하는 데 초점을 맞춘 문제해결 활동은 다양한 전략 사용에 중점을 둔 문제 해결 교육의 보완이 될 수 있다 또, 도형 패턴 과제에서 일반식의 발견은 문제해결의 종착점이 아닌 새로운 구조 탐구의 시발점으로 여겨져야 한다. 구조의 종적 다양성의 측면에서, 교사는 학생이 보는 구조와 교사가 보는 구조가 다를 가능성에 유의하면서, 구조의 종적 다양성에 기초하여 아동이 진보의 경험을 할 수 있도록 지도하는 방안을 모색할 필요가 있다. Cognitive subject imposes structures on an object to shape it into a structured thing. Structures that the subject impose on an object in a given problem context can be diverse horizontally and vertically. In view of the horizontal diversity of structure, problem-solving activities focusing on imposing various structures on an object may enrich the present problem-solving education which concentrating on applying and comparing a couple of problem-solving strategies. Finding an algebraic formula for a figural pattern should be regarded as a new starting point of searching for more various structures. In view of the vertical diversity of structure, it should be aware that students may see different structures from the structure that their teacher expect them to see. The vertical diversity of structure enables us to provide students with experience of progress.

우리나라 수학 교과서의 닮음 도입 및 정의에 관한 비판적 논의

In this article the definition of similarity and its introduction in Korean middle school textbooks based on the 7th national curriculum are analysed critically. As a result four suggestions are presented. First, on the consideration that the contents related with similarity has been removed in the elementary school curriculum, the meaning of 'constant rate' needs to be understood through the rich experience of drawing enlarged/reduced figures when similarity is introduced in middle school, Second, there are two different ways in enlargement/ reduction of figures and in the definition of similarity. Teachers have to keep the limitations of the two ways in mind. Third, the activity of drawing similar figures in enlarged/reduced squared paper needs to be practiced. Last, on 'the relation of similarity' which is in the definition of similarity, it has to be examined whether 'similarity' should be presented in the documents of the national curriculum as a term. 이 논문은 우리나라 7차 중학교 교과서의 닮음 도입 및 정의의 특징을 비판적으로 분석한 것이다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학교에서 도형의 닮음 관련 내용이 삭제된 것을 고려하여 중학교에서 닮음 도입시 확대도나 축도를 그려 보는 풍부한 경험 속에서 ‘일정한 비율’의 의미가 내면화되게 할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 중학교 교과서에서 도형을 확대 또는 축소하는 방식 및 닮음 정의에는 서로 다른 두 가지 방식이 있으며, 그 각각의 방식이 지닌 한계에 유의할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 주어진 모눈을 확대 또는 축소한 모눈 위에 닮은 도형을 그리는 활동을 제시할 필요가 있다. 끝으로, 닮음 정의에 나오는 ‘닮음인 관계’라는 표현과 관련하여, ‘닮음’을 교육과정 문서에 용어로 제시하는 것이 적절한지 재고할 필요가 있다.

포함제와 등분제 맥락에서 자연수 나눗셈 계산법 지도의 문제

나눗셈 맥락에는 크게 포함제 맥락과 등분제 맥락이 있다. 아동들은 학습을 통하여 포함제 맥락과 등분제 맥락에서 자연수 나눗셈 세로 형식 계산법의 원리를 점진적으로 이해해 갈 것으로 기대된다. 수학 교과서와 교사용 지도서는 아동들의 자연수 나눗셈 계산법의 종합적 이해를 지원할 수 있도록 구성되는 것이 바람직하다. 2007 교육과정에 따른 교과서와 교사용 지도서의 자연수 나눗셈 관련 내용을 분석한 결과, 교과서와 교사용 지도서는 편의적으로 포함제 맥락과 등분제 맥락을 사용하고 있었다. 이와 같은 편의적인 사용은 포함제와 등분제 맥락에서 자연수 나눗셈 계산법의 종합적 이해를 어렵게 할 수 있다. 이 논문에서는 교과서와 지도서 분석 결과를 바탕으로 포함제와 등분제 맥락에서 자연수 나눗셈 계산법의 종합적 이해를 도모하는 데 필요한 제언을 제시하였다.

To study the anatomy of the perirenal space authors dissected two cadavers and reviewed 50 computed tomographic (CT) scans laying special emphasis on the medial extent of the anterior layer of Gerota's fascia, It is concluded that below the renal hilus level anterior layers of the right and left Gerota's fascia fuse each other across the midline anterior to the aorta and inferior vena cava. Above the hilus level anterior layers are very weak and seem to fuse with the parietal peritoneum or adjacent organs. therefore the right and left perirenal spaces may communicate across the midline anterior to the lower aorta and vena cava, Thus at least in some subjects the perirenal fluid or blood or the right or left perirenal space may extend to the opposite perirenal space through the narrow midline extension of each perirenal spaces anterior to the vertebral body.

Small hepatoma is defined a s hepatocellular carcinoma less than 3 cm in maximum diameter and fewer than 3 in number. To assess the ability of ultrasound to detect small hepatomas, a prospective study was done in a group of patients with HBsAg-positive chronic hepatitis and liver cirrhosis. Herein, we present 4 hypoechoic small hepatomas detected on ultrasound and emphasized the role of real-time ultrasonography as a practical test form monitoring hepatoma high-risk subjects.
