본 조사는 양잠전업마을인 전북 부안군 산내면 유유마을의 시비실태와 토양화학성을 조사분석하여, 시비양개선과 토양개량을 통해 생산성을 증진하기 위한 기초자료로 쓰기 위해 수행되었다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 이마을 전체 금비시비량은 N-P$_2$O$_2$-K$_2$O로 환산하여 40.8-13.7-13.9kg/10a로 질소를 편중시비하는 경향이었다. 토양중의 유효인산은 모든 농가가 7ppm이하였으나, 47% 농가가 11kg 미만의 인산질비료를 시비하였다. 토양중의 치환성 K는 평균 0.68me/100g으로 비교적 높으며, 20kg 이상의 칼리질을 시비하는 9개 농가 중 7개 농가가 0.4me/100g 이상이었다. 토양의 평균 pH는 5.3이었고, 전농가의 토양이 pH6.5 이하로 낮은 경향이었다. 치환성 Ca와 Mg는 각각 3.62, 0.83me/100g으로 매우 낮았고, 10a당 석회소요량은 269kg이었다. 평균 유기물함량은 2.55%이며, 72% 농가는 3% 미만이었다. This investigation was conducted to know the present conditions of the the chemical components in the soils and chemical fertilizer rates applied in the Yuyu village located Sanne myun, Buan gun, Jeonbug province. Total silkworm rearing farms in this village were 54 and 47 of them were chosen at random. Average fertilizer rate applied in this village was 40.8-13.7-13.9kg/10a as N-P$_2$O$\_$5/-K$_2$O. Farmers seemed to stress too much to nitrogen fertilizer. Available P$_2$O$\_$5/ in soils was below 7ppm (by Bray No. 1 method). However, 47% of the farms applied phosphate fertilizer less than 11kg/10a. The average of exchangeable K in soils was 0.68me/100g. Nine of the farms applied potassium fertilizer more than 20kg/10a and 7 farms of them had the soils contained above 0.4me/100g as the potassium content. The average soil pH was 5.3. All of the soils were below than pH 6.5. Exchangeable Ca and Mg were 3.62 and 0.83me/100g, respectively. The average lime requirement was 269kg/10a. The average organic matter content was 2.55% and for 72% of the total farms, organic matter content was below than 3%.

상업스포츠센터 지도자 리더십 유형이 선호도 및 재이용에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to analyze how the leadership type of leaders working at commercial sports centers affects leader preferences and reutilization. To attain the purpose, questionnaire surveys were conducted for 395 members in three commercial sports centers located in Gyeonggi Province. Results of the survey were as follows: First, among the leaders working at the commercial sports centers, charisma and intellectual stimulation which are factors of the transforming leadership and management by exception which is a factor of the transactional leadership appeared to significantly affect when preferring a leader. Second, charisma and intellectual stimulation among factors of the transforming leadership and management by exception among those of the transactional leadership showed significant influence upon the reutilization. Third, the preferences of members for leader appeared to exert significant influence upon the reutilization. In conclusion, members of the commercial sports centers were affected by the leadership type of their leaders which would bring forth a favorable feeling or vice versa. Since such preference upon leaders is an important factor in subscribing the sports center once again, its importance shall not be underestimated. Thus, to get competitive advantages in fierce competitions, a manager of a commercial sports center should take much interest in leaders and provide appropriate leadership programs and workshops with leaders who have made close relationships with members. On the other hand, as a leader is obliged to provide high quality physical training programs and services to his/her members, he/she has to develop and demonstrate his/her leadership competence including charisma, intellectual stimulation, and management by exception to be a leader preferred by members.

Tracheal chondromas are very rare benign cartilaginous tumors. We present the first case report, to our knowledge, of a tracheal chondroma in Korea. A 73-year-old male was referred to our hospital for a mass in the left lung. Flexible bronchoscopy was performed to evaluate the lung mass and incidentally found a tracheal mass as well. A biopsy and histological examination of the tracheal mass revealed a chondroma. (Korean J Med 2012;82:352-356)

The most common starting method of the single phase induction motor(SPIM) is to install a starting condenser and a centrifugal switch in series with the auxiliary winding. Even though this condender start method is embodied simply, it is feasible because of motor failure from malfunction of the centrifugal switch and the starting condenser. Moreover, it is hard to improve the performance characteristics of the SPIM. In this paper, the starting charcteristics of SPIM is improved by phase control strategy of auxiliary winding in removing a starting condenser and a centrifugal switch. Finally, the excellent starting performance of SPIM is shown through simulation and experimental results.
