보육실습 전·후 예비보육교사의 보육교사 적성과 실습생역할인식 및 역할수행의 차이 : 사이버학습자와 학부생을 중심으로

본 연구는 사이버학습자와 학부생을 중심으로 보육실습 전·후 보육교사 적성과 실습생 역할인식 및 수행의 차이를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구를 위하여 D시와 K도에 소재한 원격평생교육원 사이버학습자 173명과 학부생 209명을 대상으로 설문조사 하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 20.0 프로그램을 사용하여 평균과 표준편차 t검증을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 보육실습 전·후 사이버학습자의 적성에 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 보육실습 전·후 사이버학습자의 실습생 역할인식 및 역할수행은 역할인식이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 보육실습 전·후 학부생의 적성은 차이가 없었다. 넷째, 보육실습 전·후 학부생의 실습생 역할인식 및 역할수행은 역할인식이 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 보육교사를 양성하는 기관과 관련 대학에서 예비보육교사의 적성을 높이고 실습생 역할수행이 효과적으로 이루어질 수 있는 현실적이고 구체화된 보육실습의 질 향상과 개선 방향을 제시하는 것에 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences between the aptitude of preand post-career teachers and the role recognition and role performance of trainees, focusing on cyber-students and undergraduates who currently provide certificates for nursery teachers. For the research, a survey of 173 students at the Remote Life Education Institute and 209 undergraduate students at the University of D.C. was conducted and analyzed using SPSS 12.0. First, there was a difference in the aptitude of cyber learners before and after childcare practice. Second, there were differences in role recognition and role performance of trainees before and after childcare practice, and role recognition was higher than role performance. Third, there was no difference in the aptitude of the undergraduates before and after childcare. Fourth, there were differences in the role recognition and role performance of undergraduates before and after childcare practice, and role recognition was higher than role performance. This study is meaningful to raise the aptitude of prospective care teachers in institutions that train nursery teachers and to present the direction of improvement and improvement of the quality of practical and concrete child care practices that can be effectively performed by the trainee s role in the relevant universities.

With the development of information and communication, the aviation-related industry has established a smart airport for efficient operation and safety in accordance with the times. As a result, kiosks, a representative technology for self-service based on new technologies, have become popular. From this point of view, it is necessary to conduct research on customers who have experienced airline kiosks themselves to investigate their intentions. Therefore, this study summarizes the concept of airline kiosk usage characteristic variables, derives specific items, and identifies the relationship with the variables in the theory of planned behavior (TPB). To achieve these goals, 426 customers with experience using airline kiosks were surveyed and used for analysis. The results show that the enjoyment, reliability and speed of airline kiosk use have a significant effect on the variables of planned behavior theory, and that the theory of planned behavior is also valid in aviation. In addition, if airline customers find it fun to use kiosks and feel that boarding procedures are fast, they will continue to use kiosks. Therefore, officials in the aviation industry should actively promote the convenience of customers using kiosks.
유아교육기관의 사회자본에 관한 연구: 유치원·어린이집·공동육아어린이집 교사의 신뢰, 네트워크 및 규범에 대한 인식을 중심으로

This study aimed to compare the recognitions of social capital among teachers from three different early childhood education and care institutions. By doing so, the authors attempts to figure out the aspects of social capital recognitions of teachers for young children. To collect data for this study, a questionnaire developed and designed by Kim, T. S.(2007) for high school level was utilized after being modified for the use of early childhood education and care context. The subjects were 170 kindergarten teachers, 255 teachers of child care centers, and 188 teachers of cooperative child care centers. To analyze the data, ANOVA F-test and χ<sup>2</sup> -test, and Scheffe test were used. The result of this study are as follows. First, the differences among teachers from three kinds of early childhood education and care institutions regarding trust were statistically significant in all detailed subcategories. Second, in terms of networks, the differences of the teachers of three kinds of institutions were significant in relations with communication and social relationship, but there was no significant difference among the three groups. Third, regarding group norms, the differences of the three groups were significant in all subcategories.
