        염증에 의한 비만에 있어서 AMPK의 역할 연구

        본 연구는 학교체육프로그램개발을 위한 염증에 의한 비만에 있어서 AMPK의 역할을 규명하는 종설 연구이다. 염증, 비만, AMPK 그리고 운동에 관한 연구결과는 PubMed 원문 검색엔진을 통해 수집되었다. 운동의 AMPK의 강력한 생리적 활성자이다. 비만에 의한 염증 진행에 있어서 운동의 AMPK의 활성화를 통한 염증조절기전은 다음과 같다. 1) 비만 유발모델에서 운동에 의한 AMPK 단백질 조절 2) 비만 유발모델에서 운동에 의한 AMPK의 유도에 의한 염증관련 유전자의 조절 3) 운동에 의한 AMPK 신호전달조절과 비만으로 인한 염증신호전달체계와의 상호연관성을 규명하고자 한다. 운동에 의한 AMPK 활성화를 통한 항염증효과는 비만의 인체 부정적인 영향에 대한 균형적 접근이 될 것이며 이는 학교체육프로그램 개발에 있어서 기초자료가 될 것이다. The purpose of this study is to review the role of AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK) on the obesity by inflammation for school exercise program development. Recent data for inflammation, obesity, AMPK and exercise were collected from PubMed. Exercise is a powerful physiological activator of AMPK. The inflammation regulation mechanism of AMPK activation via exercise on the obesity by inflammation are as follows. 1) AMPK protein regulation by exercise in obesity model 2) The regulation of inflammation-related genes by AMPK via exercise in obesity model 3) Identification of interrelationship between AMPK signaling pathway via exercise and inflammation network by obesity. Anti-inflammatory effects of AMPK via exercise will be a balancing approach for detrimental effects of obesity and provide fundamental data for school exercise program development.

        운동 중 미세먼지 과흡입 생체 실험모델 고안

        최근 들어 국내 대기오염 증가에 따른 사회·경제적 손실이 증가되고 있으며, 그중 특히 미세먼지는 국내 오염원 배출뿐만 아니라 주변국의 영향으로 그 심각성이 점점 증가하고 있다. 대기 중 미세먼지 발생으로 인해 생활체육, 레저 활동 등이 제한되며, 청소년기 학생들에 있어서는 야외 신체활동 및 학교 체육수업의 위축을 초래하고 있다. 하지만 미세먼지 흡입에 따른 다각적인 생체 영향 평가가 요구됨에도 불구하고 특히, 운동 중 미세먼지 과흡입에 따른 실험연구는 현재 검증된 실험 장비 및 모델이 없어 현실적으로 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구를 통해 운동 중 미세먼지 과흡입으로 인한 마우스 in vivo 실험모델(미세먼지 운동 챔버)을 최초 구축하였으며 이를 마우스 모델을 이용하여 검증하였다. 또한, 운동 중 미세먼지 노출에 따른 마우스의 뇌에서 미토콘드리아 자가포식에 미치는 영향을 mt-Keima 마우스를 이용하여 검증하였다. 그 결과, 미세먼지 챔버 내 운동 프로그램 실험 모델의 유효성을 확인할 수 있었으며, 이를 활용하여 향후 다양한 조건에서의 미세먼지 생체 바이오마커 발굴의 가능성을 확보하였다. 향후 본 연구 장비를 활용한 생체 바이오마커의 발굴은 임상 연구로의 연계 적용이 가능해지며, 이는 미세먼지 농도에 따른 학교체육 시행 기준에 대한 과학적 근거를 제시하는 등 활용가치가 높을 것으로 사료된다. Recently, due to the increase in domestic air pollution, socio-economic losses are increasing, and among them, not only domestic pollution but also the influence of neighboring countries seem to be making the problems of particulate matters(PM) more worsen. The negative effect on the human body due to the increase in the concentration of PM causes limitations in physical activities, including sports and physical education classes. Despite a multifaceted study of the pathology caused by inhalation of fine dust, studies on risk assessment for over-inhalation of fine dust during exercise are lack due to the absence of proper experimental equipment. Thus, this study was designed to establish in vivo exercise program in the PM chamber and verify the systems by testing the effect of PM during exercise on mitochondrial homeostasis in the mouse brain. This study confirmed the feasibility of the experimental model of the exercise intervention in the PM chamber developed in this study for the first time and it would be excepted to provide guidelines for physical education classes in relate to the PM in school in the future.

        응급처치교육 이수여부에 따른 응급처치 지식수준 및 인식

        The purpose of this study is to prevent safety accidents and to help development of first aid education programs in case of safety accidents of modern people where exposure frequency of various safety accidents as well as the level of danger increases. To achieve the purpose of this study, 472 university and graduate students in the metropolitan area were selected by convenience sampling method. 472 questionnaires were circulated and collected and analyzed 408 questionnaires except for 64 questionnaires which were deemed unreliable. The conclusion of the study is as follows. When it comes to the level of first aid knowledge depending on completion of the first aid training, trained people showed higher knowledge level than untrained. When it comes to the perception on first aid education depending on first aid training, both trained and untrained people showed high perception level in first aid education. The average level of first aid knowledge depending on the number of first aid training was higher as the number of education increased. Therefore, based on the high level of perception in first aid education, first aid education should be repeatedly implemented at each regional unit, and efforts should be made at the same time to prevent the theoretical education and to transform the training into the practical training for individual emergency situation.

      • COX-2가 매개하는 염증에 의한 당뇨에 있어서 운동의 역할 연구

        The purpose of the present study is to review the role of exercise to influence on diabetes by Cyclooxygenase 2 (COX 2) mediated inflammation. Recent research data for diabetes, exercise and inflammation were collected from Pubmed. Insulin resistance is inflammatory response including immune response. Inflammation plays a key role in the pathogenesis of diabetes. COX 2, which is an inflammation maker, is increased in experimental diabetes model. The anti inflammatory effects of exercise are as follows. 1) Reduction in visceral fat mass. 2) Release of interleukin 6 from contracting muscle. 3) Down regulation of toll like receptor expression. Exercise induced muscle glucose uptake requires three steps. 1) Glucose delivery from blood to muscle. 2) Membrane glucose transport. 3) Muscle glucose phosphorylation. Eventually, exercise increases insulin sensitivity through three serial steps in the working muscle. Until now, a study on the role of exercise on COX 2 midiated inflammation is not well established. Anti inflammatory effects of exercise via COX 2 pathway will be a potential approach for the therapy of diabetes.

      • 렙틴 변형마우스에서 운동에 의한 간세포 자가포식 고찰

        Obesity is a multisystem disease caused by the failure of normal homeostatic mechanisms regulating food intake, fat storage, and energy utilization. Obesity causes the adverse effects in the body, such as inflammation, oxidative stress, and apoptosis. Leptin plays a clear role in obesity etiology, pathophysiology, and health outcomes, but it has not been fully understood. Leptin deficient ob/ob mice are a well-described model for metabolic studies that indicate hyperphagia and early onset obesity. Liver is a central organ with various functions including the elimination of toxins, the production of multiple hormones and proteins, and the storage of vitamins. This largest internal organ also plays a pivotal role in regulating blood sugar, and regulation of lipid storage. Autophagy plays a central role in energy homeostasis, and its induction is essential for lipolysis, a process that is also stimulated by leptin. The purpose of this study was to review the effect of exercise on the autophagy in the liver of leptin deficient ob/ob mice. This review also discuss how exercise in the liver of ob/ob mice activates autophagy and improves Non-alcoholic fatty liver.
