친애욕구가 청소년의 휴대폰 중독 위험성에 미치는 영향에 대한 자기조절능력의 중재효과

이 연구는 청소년의 친애욕구가 휴대폰 중독 위험성에 미치는 영향에 있어 자기조절능력의 중 재효과를 알아보기 위해 서울지역의 중학생을 대상으로 친애욕구 검사와 자기조절 능력 검사, 휴대폰 중독 검사를 시행하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 친애욕구인 친애경향성과 거부민감성에서 여학생이 남학생보다 친애욕구가 강한 것으로 나타났으나 자기조절 능력과 휴대폰 중독 위험성의 경우에는 남녀 간 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 친애욕구,자기조절능력, 휴대폰중독위험성을 상관 분석한 결과 친애욕구와 휴대폰 중독 위험성 사이에 정적상관이 있었는데, 특히 친애 욕구 중 거부 민감성이 강할수록 휴대폰 중독이 우려되며, 자기조절능력이 강할수록 휴대폰 중독의 위험이 덜한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자기조절능력 중 인지적 자기조절능력을 제외하고, 동기적 자기조절능력과 행동적 자기조절능력이 각각 휴대폰 중독 위험성과 유의한 부적 상관을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 친애욕구가 휴대폰 중독 위험성에 미치는 영향에서 자기조절능력의 중재효과는 친애욕구 중 친애경향성의 경우인 지적 자기조절능력, 동기적 자기조절능력, 행동적 자기조절능력 모두에서 중재효과가 확인되지 않았다. 친애욕구의 다른 하위변인인 거부민 감성의 경우 통기적 자기조절능력, 행동적 자기조절능력이 중재효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 휴대폰 중독 위험성을 가장 잘 예측하는 변인은 행동적 자기 조절능력이었고 동기적 자기조절능력도 유의미한 설명력을 보였다.
Effects of Micro-Electrical Stimulation on Regulation of Behavior of Electro-Active Stem Cells

Purpose: Stem cells provide new opportunities in the regenerative medicine for human or animal tissue regeneration. In this study, we report an efficient method for the modulating behaviors of electro-active stem cells by micro-electric current stimulation (mES) without using chemical agents, such as serum or induction chemicals. Methods: Dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs) were cultured on the tissue culture dish in the mES system. To find a suitable mES condition to promote the DPSC functions, the response surface analysis was used. Results: We found that a working micro-current of 38 μA showed higher DPSC proliferation compared with other working conditions. The mES altered the expressions of intracellular and extracellular proteins compared to those in unstimulated cells. The mES with 38 μA significantly increased osteogenesis of DPSCs compared with ones without mES. Conclusions: Our findings indicate that mES may induce DPSC proliferation and differentiation, resulting in applying to DPSCs-based human or animal tissue regeneration.

The NMR spectrum and spin-lattice relaxation times, T1, of the 1H nuclei in (NH4)2Cd2(SO4)3 single crystals were obtained. The two minima in T1 in the paraelectric phase are attributed to the reorientational motions of the NH4+ groups. The 1H T1 of the (NH4)2Cd2(SO4)3 crystals can be described with Bloembergen-Purcell-Pound (BPP) theory. The experimental value of T1 can be expressed in terms of an isotropic correlation time τH for molecular motions by using the BPP theory, and determine the role of protons in these processes.
Ferroelectric-Paraelectric Phase Transition of CsH2PO4 studied by Static NMR and MAS NMR

The microscopic dynamics of CsH2PO4, with two distinct hydrogen bond lengths, are studied by static nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and magic angle spinning (MAS) NMR. The proton dynamics of the two crystallographically inequivalent hydrogen sites were discussed in terms of the 1H NMR and 1H MAS NMR spectra. Although the hydrogen bonds have two inequivalent sites, H(1) and H(2), distinct proton dynamics for the two sites were not found. Further, the 133Cs spectrum is more or less continuous near TC1 (=153 K). Finally, the phase transition mechanism of TC1 in CsH2PO4 is related to the ordering of protons.
인공와우 시뮬레이션에서 나타난 건청인 영어학습자의 영어 말소리 지각

Although it is well documented that patients with cochlear implant experience hearing difficulties when processing their first language, very little is known whether or not and to what extent cochlear implant patients recognize segments in a second language. This preliminary study examines how Korean learners of English identify English segments in a normal hearing and cochlear implant simulation conditions. Participants heard English vowels and consonants in the following three conditions: normal hearing condition, 12-channel noise vocoding with 0mm spectral shift, and 12-channel noise vocoding with 3mm spectral shift. Results confirmed that nonnative listeners could also retrieve spectral information from vocoded speech signal, as they recognized vowel features fairly accurately despite the vocoding. In contrast, the intelligibility of manner and place features of consonants was significantly decreased by vocoding. In addition, we found that spectral shift affected listeners’ vowel recognition, probably because information regarding F1 is diminished by spectral shifting. Results suggest that patients with cochlear implant and normal hearing second language learners would experience different patterns of listening errors when processing their second language(s).
