윤리적 딜레마 해결력 증진 프로그램이 유아교사의의사결정에 대한 실천적 지식에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 윤리적 딜레마 해결력 증진 프로그램이 유아교사의 의사결정에 대한 실천적 지식의 변화에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는데 있다, 이를 위해 S시에 위치한 5개의 어린이집에 재직 중인 유아교사 20명을 대상으로 12회기 동안 실제 딜레마 사례를 활용한 윤리적 딜레마 해결력 증진 프로그램을 실시하였다, 유아교사의 의사결정에 대한 실천적 지식의 변화를 알아보기 위해 집단 면담, 개인면담, 저널, 자기변화 보고서와 연구자의 기록 등을 통해 다면적 평가를 실시하였다, 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다, ``전문가로서의 자아 정체성 관련 딜레마``에서는 자신만의 확고한 주관, ``유아 관련 딜레마``에서는 다양한 관점을 적용하는 상황인식 능력, 다양한 시각의 변화, ``가족 관련 딜레마`` 에서는 특수성과 맥락의 영향 인식, ``기관 관련 달레마``에서는 유사상황에 대한 다양한 관점의 적용, 상대방의 입장이해하기, ``사회 관련 딜레마``에서는 새로운 의미부여와 재해석으로의 변화를 나타냈다, Practical knowledge reflects our world views. As we learn more about the world, our practical knowledge changes but sometimes, in situations where we have come to rely on static practical knowledge, we need to be prodded to enlarge our world view. This study investigate changes in practical knowledge used in decision making through an ethical dilemma resolution program for early childhood teachers. The ethical dilemma resolution program was conducted with 20 early childhood teachers to verify changes in the practical knowledge they used in decision making. Data was gathered from discussion groups and evaluation interviews. As well, the journals, and logs of the researcher were analyzed. The findings of the study show the following changes in practical knowledge occurred: 1) the ``dilemma of self-identity as an expert`` was changed to ``determined self-confidence``, 2) ``related to children dilemma`` was changed to ``ability to acknowledge the situation through new and various perspectives``, 3) ``family dilemma`` to ``recognizing parents`` peculiarities``, 4) ``institution dilemma`` to ``recognizing the issues with new perspectives``, and 5) ``society dilemma`` to ``bestowing new meanings and reinterpretation``. These changes reveal an acceptance of diversity and an enlarged, more comprehensive understanding fostered by taking different perspectives. Most importantly, the changes stand as recommendation for the benefits of programs and training session, like the ethical dilemma resolution, aimed at encouraging renewal and growth of practical knowledge.
