최근 각종 디지털 기기로부터 폭발적으로 생산되고 있는 시계열 자료에 대한 데이터마이닝 기법의 적용이 주요 관심사이다. 여기에는 시계열 자료에 대한 분류의 문제가 포함된다. 본 연구에서는 시계열 자료의 분류 문제에 이산 웨이블릿 변환을 이용하는 방법을 소개하고, 실제의 자료 분석에 적용한다. 이산 웨이블릿 변환은 시간의 정보를 담지 못하는 푸리에 분석의 발전된 형태로 시간 해상도와 주파수 해상도를 동시에 높일 수 있는 장점이 있어 비정상적 시계열 자료에 대한 분류 문제에 효과적이다. 분류 모형으로는 의사결정나무, 단순 베이즈, k-인접아웃, SVM, 랜덤 포레스트 방법이 사용되었으며, 성능 비교를 위해 정확도, 카파계수, F1-점수, ARI 등의 다양한 측도가 사용되었다. 염산의 농도를 측정한 시계열 자료에 적용한 결과, 이산 웨이블릿을 이용한 방법이 원시 시계열 자료에 직접 분류 모형을 적용한 결과나 고속 푸리에 변환 (또는 단시간 푸리에 변환)을 이용한 결과보다 성능이 우수함을 확인하였다. 이산 웨이블릿 변환의 적용과정에서 주요하게 취급되는 모 웨이블릿의 선택 문제도 함께 고려하였다. The application of data mining techniques to time-series data, which are being explosively produced from various digital devices, is a major concern. This includes the problem of classification for time series data. In this study, the method of using the discrete wavelet transform is introduced to the classification problem of time series data and applied to actual data analysis. Discrete wavelet transform is an advanced form of Fourier analysis that does not contain time information, and has the advantage of simultaneously increasing temporal resolution and frequency resolution, so it is effective in the classification problem of non-stationary time series data. Decision tree, naive Bayesian, k-NN, SVM, and random forest methods were used as classification models. And various measures, which include accuracy, kappa coefficient, F1-score, ARI, were used for performance comparison. As a result of applying these methods to time series data observing concentration of hydrochloric acid, it was confirmed that the method using discrete wavelets analysis performed better than the result of applying the classification model directly to the raw data or the result using the Fourier transform (or short time Fourier transform). The problem of selecting a mother wavelet, which is mainly handled in the process of applying the discrete wavelet transform, is also considered.

목적 본 연구의 목적은 첫째, 영유아 교사의 자아탄력성, 직무 만족도, 전문성 인식의 관계를 알아보고, 둘째, 자아탄력성과 직무만족도의 관계에서 전문성 인식의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 방법 충청남도와 대전시, 세종시에 소재한 어린이집 영유아교사 306명을 대상으로 가족건강성, 자아탄력성, 직무만족도, 전문성 인식 검사를 실시하였다. 각 변인들의 상관분석을 실시하였고, SPSS Process Macro Model 4를 이용하여 영유아 교사의 자아탄력성이 직무 만족도에 미치는 영향에서 전문성 인식의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 결과 연구 결과 첫째, 영유아 교사의 자아탄력성, 직무 만족도, 전문성 인식은 모두 유의미한 정적 상관관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영유아 교사의 전문성 인식은 자아탄력성과 직무 만족도 간의 관계를 부분매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구결과는 영유아 교사의 직무만족도, 자아탄력성, 전문성 인식 간의 정적 관련성을 밝혔으며, 전문성 인식을 매개변인으로 도입하여 교사의 높은 자아탄력성이 교직 전문성의 긍정적 인식을 도움으로서 직무만족도가 향상될 수 있음을 검증하였다. 이는 영유아 교사의 직무만족도 향상을 위하여 교사 개인의 자아탄력성을 기르고, 자신의 전문성을 긍정적으로 인식하도록 돕는 다양한 교사 지원 프로그램이 제공되어야 함을 시사한다. Objectives This study aim to explore the mediating effect of early childhood teacher’s recognition of pro-fessionalism on the relationship between ego-resilience and job satisfaction. Methods The data were analyzed from 306 early childhood teachers in Daejeon, Sejong City, and South Chungcheong Province. Reliability analysis, technical statistics, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and me-diating effect analysis of each scale were conducted using the SPSS 21.0 and PROCESS Macro Model 4. Results Research results were as follows. First, the correlations between early childhood teacher’s ego-resil-ience, job satisfaction, and recognition of professionalism were significant. Second, the mediating effect of recog-nition of professionalism was significant in the relationship between ego-resilience and job satisfaction. Conclusions The results of this study empirically verified the mediating effect of recognition of professionalism on the effect of ego-resilience of early childhood teachers on job satisfaction, and provides useful implications for program development or intervention to improve job satisfaction of early childhood teachers.
친환경 규제 원료를 제거한 마찰재의 마찰 특성에 관한 연구

Friction characteristics of the brake friction materials without environmentally regulated ingredients were examined to find their role in the brake performance. Five friction materials were produced based on a near-commercial formulation by changing the relative amount of potentially hazardous ingredients to health and environment, such as Sb₂S₃, potassium titanate, and brass fiber. Tribological properties of the friction materials were obtained using a scale dynamometer and Krauss type triborneter. Results showed that the excluded three ingredients played important synergetic effects on tribological properties in terms of fade resistance, wear resistance and friction effectiveness. In particular, brass fibers played important roles in the friction stability by providing excellent thermal diffusivity at the friction interface. Potassium titanate whiskers showed excellent fade resistance and wear resistance compared to the substituted barite. Antimony trisulfide, on the other hand, showed little effect on the high temperature fade resistance and wear resistance, while it increased friction effectiveness at moderate temperatures. The friction materials without the three ingredients showed severe fade, indicating antisynergy effects.

The purpose of this study is to suggest functional priority to increase probability to be adopted by single-person household by designating single-person household as potential early adopter of smart home service. Smart home service is spread slowly for its value. This study applied diffusion of innovations theory to solve this problem. Single-person household who has no other family member who can take care of household is chosen as potential early adopter. This study tried to find grounds of functional priorities through an online survey. The survey questionnaires were composed as following. First, representative attributes of single- person household were reviewed, then measuring questions according to the attributes were recomposed based upon preceding study. After that, concept and status of smart home service were reviewed. and smart home service functions to be measured in this study were selected through analysis based upon representative cases, then Measuring questionnaire were made were three factors which chosen by referring to preceding study about perceived attributes of innovations applied to selected functions. As a result of analyzed 62 responses, except excluded functions which has perceived any special value, set priorites with 9 functions. These functional priorities obtained from these studies will play a role as fundamental data to provide valuable service to single-person household and have a meaning as a starting point to increase rate of adoption for smart home service.

SF movies with various genres and characters in the 21st century stimulate our imagination and please our eyes. Perfect characters are attributable to special makeup and special effects. In particular, special makeup has brought about many changes in the SF film industry. Maximizing the movie' s expressiveness, special makeup consists of general makeup, special makeup and animatronics. In this regard, < X-Men: The Last Stand > was, selected to analyze its various characters and factors of special makeup. The most, significant 10 characters were specially analyzed. Some of them had only one factor of special makeup while others had two factors of special makeup.
