        공동주택의 친환경 리모델링을 위한 부품접합부 유형별 설계 및 시공방안에 관한 연구

        A Multi housing design has not considered the remodeling even at the beginning of the construction. This severely hindered systematic maintenance, providing fundamental causes of consuming society. In general, in about 20 years when the buildings become too old, they are brought down or removed with a trail of waste left behind. In addition, since the current remodeling or future remodeling type is a general remodeling that leaves only a frame, some question the role of the remodeling as a solution to the reconstruction from economically and environmentally efficient aspects. This study intends to find a solution for long-life span multi-family housing design, promoting sequential remodeling by stating the life cycle of components. The problems were identified by analyzing joints, design and construction of multi-family housing based on the previous researches. Conclusion from characterization of the design plan according to joint parts can be summarized as the following firstly, the problem of the wet was seen in joints between the structure and a finishing materials and ones between separate finishing materials. Secondly, the problem of overlap was frequently seen in joints between the structure and a door/window, ones between a door/window and a finishing materials, and ones between a finishing materials and an electrical/mechanical device.

        거주자 개조요구에 따른 아파트 공간 가변성능의 유형화 연구

        Recently, determinants in the construction market are not suppliers' choices but customers' various needs. One of the main interests about the space design is the flexibility. Though those are the choices of users to modify space structure, the potential degree of flexibility is predetermined by the providers. In suppliers' view, it is consuming in financial and technical aspects to cater the apartments qualifying maximum flexibility. To modify these differences, the reasonable range of applicable customers's requirement about flexibility in apartment should be determined. Then, the types of flexibility in apartments should be classified. The purpose of this Study are classified the flexibility of support in apartment by the analyzing the remodeling requirement of apartment residents, and provided prerequisites to create flexible spaces by case application.

        공동주택의 친환경 리모델링을 위한 부품 인터페이스맵에 관한 연구

        Recently, Domestic construction industry is confronted with a new phase by increasement of stock and elation of the concern about environment. In particular, the focus on remodeling as an altanative of the reconstruction system that squanders resources and creates massive construction waste, has increased. However, current remodeling methods are being obstructed factor, because design has not considered the remodeling at the beginning of the construction. From the environmental point of view, the reconstruction of the existing apartment houses and overall remodeling cannot solve all the problems.Up to this time, the remodeling has been approached from the limited point of view and the repair-centered remodeling has not been discussed as a process that precedes remodeling. In addition, as the use of a long-term repair plan is so rare, overall structures need to be checked by using a comprehensive maintenance system that operates in conjunction with routine maintenance and repair and remodeling according to the concept of the hierarchy and zone in the future. Breaking away from the conventional notion of a long-life house that refers to a house that simply lives long, this study redefined it as a house to which zone and hierarchy concepts are applied with its main components provided with the system for the remodeling such as Interface Map from the design /contruction/maintanance manual.

        친환경 유닛모듈라 주택의 공장생산시스템에 관한 비교 연구 -한국, 미국, 일본, 유럽의 사례를 중심으로-

        The use of light steel framing as a method of house construction has increased significantly throughout Japan, United States and Europe. Industrialized unit method are prevailing in developed countries. Unit modular house industry has supported an intensive technical development, and housing systems are now available, which are highly adaptable in form and use. Unit modular house have their own merits and demerits, but the more crucial aspect is that the constant design standard should be applied in each design procedure. It entails the necessity of industrial housing development on the open system basis. This paper describes the general forms of factory product system of unit modular housing system in Korea, United States, Japan. And this study attempts to propose the unit factory product system of which the rate of pre-fabrication is the biggest, that can cope with the demand of user on the basis of open-system.

        부품 및 유닛 DB를 이용한 유닛 모듈라 주택의 설계자동화 연구

        Precast concrete apartments were main stream of domestic industrialized housing around 90's, and Steel Houses applying Steel Stud technique with light weighted steel have been dominant portion since 1995. On the other hand, various building techniques including Steel Stud method and highly prefabricated and industrialized Unit method are prevailing in developed countries like Japan. Steel stud and unit box have their own merits and demerits, but the more crucial aspect is that the constant design standard should be applied in each design procedure. It entails the necessity of industrial housing development on the open system basis. In this study, the design standard for unit house will be established coping with the established preparing standard for design specifications defined by architectural law and promotion law of housing construction. That is for design standard of industrialized private housing on the open system basis. This study attempts to propose the design automation, with the method of unit construction of which the rate of pre-fabrication is the biggest, that can cope with the demand of user on the basis of open-system. Ticky-tacky is the biggest technical problem in suppling industrialization housing. Therefore, we will suggest a basic plan for design automation of unit modular housing which can raise the productivity of industrialization housing by applying open system, utilized by DB of component and unit, and solve the problem concerned about ticky-tacky.

        장수명 공동주택을 위한 성능지표 설정 및 평가에 관한 연구

        Recently, reconstruction has brought on much criticism because of large construction garbage and construction energy waste on nationwide scale. Remodeling has been paid more attention as an alternative for reconstruction. Especially, now the actual house supply is facing almost 100%, it is time to keep and maintance management of apartment buildings, and ultimately it will expand the Longlife housing. To do so, consumers has to have a right to select apartment buildings by comparing performance of house. For construction companies, they need a performance code that standardized by government, so they can provide a certain performing house. Therefore, this study allows to present the basic data for Housing Performance Indication of maintenance performance of remodeling house. This study analyzed a design code of Korea and other countries, which will generate basic data for grade and index of maintenance performance of remodeling house. The result of analysis of standard contents and popularizing the house, that can extend a life, are used to make a grade and index. Finally, the grade and index that proposed by study was examined by adapting to real constructing apartment house.The most item of result is satisfied with 3 grade which evaluates a variability, a module adjustment and a variable and expended plan possibility. The most item of result is satisfied with 2 grade which evaluates the inspection against an equipment, electricity.

        공동주택의 수명연장을 위한 시공간(時空間) 모듈설계시스템 적용 방안 연구

        To cope with the unavoidable processes like the functional obsoleteness and the deterioration of building facilities or components, more over, to improve and maintain the building function and capability, the overall maintenance system is required. Especially, buildings are composed of components with different dimensions and life spans. So, the Space-Time module design system is demanded along with enhancing the durability of building materials to satisfy certain replacement intervals and to maintain the constant space module of components. In this study, the design methods are suggested to support, so called, the gradational Total Maintenance System, in which the periodical exchanges and the repairs of components are applied through the overall Life-Cycle for multi-family housing from usual maintenance activities to the entire remodeling of buildings. These consequences are acquired by applying the Time-Space module in the initial design procedure of multi-family housing.

      • 건축 복합방수공법의 최적성능에 관한 기초연구

        The purpose of this study is to present the optimum performance of hybrid waterproofing technology, which is including material and construction method. Recently, Hybrid waterproofing technology is developed little by little in KOREA. But there is not any other criterion of performance and evaluation of this technology. So, It is needed that appropriate performance items is are settled urgently. This paper were obtained by the SPSS analysis. In this study the safety factor are more important performance of building waterproofing materials than durability comfortability and productivity. And results of this analysis showed that (1) safety performance consists of Fatigue resistance, Crack Control performance deterioration Processing of tensile performance, Compressive Strength test (2) comfortability performance consists of watertightness, bond performance (3) persistency performance consists of abrasion resistance, tensile performance, flexural strength (4) productivity performance consists of dimension, unit space weight
