        젊은 건설기능공 양성 시스템 구축을 위한 기초적 연구

        본 연구에서는 양질의 젊은 건설기능공의 체계적인 유입이 30년 이상 거의 단절되어 건설 현장에서 심각한 문제를 일으키고 있는 현실을 극복할 수 있는 구조적이고 체계적인 시스템을 검토하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1) 건설기능공 양성을 위한 예비적 교육과정의 운영에서 여러 가지 문제점이 도출되어 일·학업병행제도를 활용한 건설기능공 양성 시스템이 조속히 구축될 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다. 2) 전문계 고등학교 졸업생들이 학교에서 기능을 익혀 젊은 양질의 인력으로 공급될 수 있도록 권역별 거점 훈련기관 등에서 별도로 기능교육을 실시할 필요가 있을 것으로 판단된다. 교육실시 후에는 취업을 하여 근무하면서 실무경력 6개월 후부터 대학교로 진학하여 매주 토요일에는 학업을 수행할 수 있는 일·학업병행교육의 시스템을 적극적으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 3) 일·학업 병행 시스템의 700시간 이상의 기능교육으로 양질의 젊은 기능공을 양성하여 실무에 공급함으로써 기존의 노령화 기능공들에게 활력을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 이와 더불어 체계적인 교육훈련을 통해 전문기능 인력을 양성하여 4년 이상 활용함으로써 건설 산업의 생산성 향상을 통한 활성화 및 국가 경쟁력 강화에도 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.4) 본 연구의 예비적 운영 결과에서 현장실습 및 취업문제, 기능부족 등의 여러 가지 문제점이 도출되었다. 따라서 시스템 운영의 성공을 위해서는 대학교의 산학 연계 시스템을 적극 활용하여 연결해 줌으로써 전체 연계 구도를 운영하는 것이 중요한 것으로 확인되어 이에 대한 보완책을 제시하였다. This research examined the structural and systematic systems for overcoming the reality which has been causing the serious problems at the construction sites because the systematic inflow of the young, high-quality construction technician has been nearly cut off for over 30 years. The following conclusions were obtained. First, in the operation of the preliminary education courses for the training of the construction technician, many problems had been drawn. therefore, it appeared that there is a need to establish, as soon as possible, a construction technician training system utilizing the concurrent and parallel work and study system. Second, in order for vocational high school graduates to acquaint themselves with the technical skills and be supplied as the young manpower with good quality, the separate technical skills education should be carried out at the foothold training organizations by region and others of the like. Afterwards, while working after getting employed, they should enter colleges and universities from after 6 months of the hands-on working experience. And it is judged that, on the Saturdays every week, a system of the concurrent and parallel work and study education with which the studies can be performed can be utilized aggressively. Third, with the technical skills education of over 700 hours of the work and study concurrent and parallel system, young technician of good quality are trained. And they are supplied to the actual work. Not only is the vitality provided to the existing and ageing technician, but, also, through the systematic education and training, the professional skilled labor pool is trained. and it is thought that, by utilizing for over 4 years, it will contribute to the invigoration of the construction industry through the productivity enhancements and the strengthening of the national competitiveness. Fourth, for the success of the system, in case the connection to the field training or the employment is difficult because the related system between the vocational senior high school and the industrial circles is inadequate, it is important to connect by actively utilizing the industry-academia linkage system of the universities and to operate the entire linkage structure. As such, the countermeasures regarding the problems arrived at during the preliminary operation were presented.

        철근콘크리트보에서의 개량 전단보강근의 작업성 및 경제성 평가

        As the structural design method has been changed from the elastic strength design method to the ultimate strength design method, the number of shear reinforcing bars increased greatly. In this paper, we propose a method of arranging a large number of legs into two. With this method, we analyze the Workability & Economic Efficiency, economic feasibility, and inner force of the main bars and concluded as follows. First, 3 ~ 6 legs of shear reinforcement may show no problem in the drawing, but when the upper bar concentrated at the end of the beam is complex, the 90° & 135° hook must anchor the upper and lower reinforcement bars. This method needs to be improved because various expedient have occurred due to poor constructability and poor workability for hanging a 90 ° hook on the upper bar by hooking the lower bar upward. Second, by reorganizing the existing number of shear reinforcing bars into two and arranging them, and therefore by drastically reducing the total installation work, the amount of rebar can be reduced by up to 26%. Third, by developing a simplified detail and using D10 / 2 section on the lower bar, an increase in the bending strength of the girder was found to occur 10~24%. 본 연구에서는 설계법의 변경으로 전단보강근 개수가 다수여서 어려운 배근상의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 개량 전단 보강근을 개발하여 작업성 및 경제성, 노무비, 구조내력 등을 검토하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 전단보강근의 다리수 3~6개는 도면상으로는 문제가 없어 보이지만 시공상 보의 단부에 집중된 상부근이 복잡한 배근 구간에서 추가로 보의 내부에 전단보강근을 설치하려면 하부근에 135° 후크를 걸어 상부근에 90° 후크를 고정 하기에는 공간의 협소와 하부근의 고정도가 높아 끌어올려야 하는 등 작업성이 불량하여 다양한 편법이 발생하고 있어 개선이 필요한 상황이다. 둘째, 다수로 배치된 전단보강근 개수를 2개로 통합하여 정리하면 전체 설치공수가 50%이상 절감되고 철근량도 20~26% 감소시킬 수 있어 작업성과 품질관리에 유리할 것으로 판단된다. 셋째, 간소화된 디테일을 개발하여 하부단면에 D10/2을 사용함으로써 하부 주근의 내력 증가가 10~24% 발생하는 것으로 나타나 추가적 효율성 또한 높은 것으로 나타났다.

        콘크리트용 골재로서 열병합 발전소용 열원 폐재 파쇄물의 활용성에 관한 연구

        This study is as a part of the new disposal and recycling plans of heat-resource waste of Daegu dyeing industrial center. We tried to examine applicable possibility of crushed thing(waste aggregate) as aggregates for mortar and concrete. To examine applicable possibility of waste aggregate as a lightweight-aggregate for concrete and mortar, we carried this study by mainly property examination of concrete according to replacement ratio of waste aggregate. We tested out slump, unit weight, compressive strength and test according to replacement ratio of waste aggregate. As the results of that, if we use waste aggregate, lightweight of concrete and mortar will be possible. Specially it shows a strength improvement effect of cement hardening according to using this so it is judged that applicable possibility as aggregate for concrete and mortar is very excellent.

It is difficult to pick out a exposed concrete due to the economical limitation such as increase of a construction expense for a requirement of accurate mold construction Also, in the construction technology aspect, exposed concrete is different from architectural concrete Exposed concrete is a method of construction which is needed a considerable accumulatio n of technology Therefore, the lack of awareness about this is causing many problems because of a material shortage, a proportion source imperfection and an inferiority of work Consequently, studying the problems of exposed concrete and Its induced reason based on the construction material and the maintenance control. we have come to conclusion as follow 1 Exposed concrete has many problems such as d strength lowering, d crack. the rust stain, a leaking from the crack and a color stain would occur frequently Moreover, it is analysed that a very complex factor causes these kinds of problems 2 The main factor, which bring about the construction problem were the badness of mold assembly, placing of concrete plan, the excessive hardening the ground and high W/C of concrete The maintenance control and the imperfect construction plan however, did not give so much effect of that problem 3 We have looked into the problem and the induced reason collectively Then, we got to know that we better go over these problems like a mold construction, a concrete construction, and a steel reinforcing assembly by and large Moreover, a consideration of the maintenance control and an assurance of an appropriate quality should be considered So, we developed the procedure, classified into 3 steps for a quality assurance Then, based on these steps, each process check-list was made

        경동맥해면정맥동루의 상안정맥노출에 의한 코일 색전술

        Purpose: The result of embolization via an external superior ophthalmic vein approach of carotid cavernous sinus fistula was first described around 1970s. We report a case of coil embolization of carotid cavernous sinus fistula using a superior ophthalmic vein approach. Methods: A 70-year-old female had a 3-month history of headache, periocular pain, and diplopia. Diagnostic orbital contrast-enhanced CT, brain MRI and contrast-angiography and cerebral angiography revealed a carotid cavernous sinus fistula. Fistula occlusion via transfemoral endovascular embolization failed, so we then tried coil embolization using an external superior ophthalmic vein approach of carotid cavernous sinus fistula. Results: The coil embolization via an external superior ophthalmic vein approach was difficult because of venous tortuosity and poor exposure of part of orbital roof area. But, X-ray-guided direct puncture of the superior ophthalmic vein was successful. We thus had good results with coil embolization of carotid cavernous fistula. Conclusions: The coil embolization via superior ophthalmic vein approach is an effective and challengeable treatment when surgical cauterization or conventional endovascular embolization fails. We suggest that there is need to training ophthalmologists to be experienced in external orbital surgery.

        공동주택 관리비 항목별 영향요인 분석 연구

        In this research, I finally came to a conclusion analyzing the connection among managing of each items in management expenses, the size of each complex and stories, and the term of using. (1) In the managing cost regarding to the management manner, although the managing cost of self-governing management is less imposed than the one of commission management, there is slight difference between those Costs. And it is more important to consider the effectiveness of management than to emphasize reduction of management cost. (2) The higher the stories, the higher the managing cost of elevator per the unit area. It Is caused by the fact that the father the distance of the elevator operating, the higher the electric charges. (3) The third of one of total management cost goes to pay the personnel expenses. So I found that the effective management of the expenses is available to reduce management cost. (4) The higher the stones, the lower the cost of personnel expenses including the cleaner cost. (5) The sum of costs assigned in repairment and management increases in proportion to the term of using. The costs assigned in special repairment and management are interacting to each other. (6) To reduce the management cost, we have to cut down the personnel in security guard that occupies one third of total management cost with application to the joint security system and operation of the self-governing guard. Through this process, it will be easy to accomplish the rationalization of contract with an outside order. Because the improvement of management service is not only the responsibility of owner but also the one of dwellers. And it Is imperative to realize the importance of cooperation and trust between the owner and dwellers. And the establishment of effective managing system which has convenience and rationality must be settled without delay.

        부산 황령산의 개미 분포상

        부산의 도심에 위치한 황령산의 개미상을 조사하기 위하여 2002년 5월부터 2002년 9월까지 3개의 사면(동북사면, 남사면, 서북사면)으로 나누어 각 사면별로 4회씩 총 12회를 채집하였으며, 발견된 총 콜로니 1176개를 관찰·동정하여 아래와 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 황령산 일대의 총 종 구성은 4과 19속 33종이었고, 우점종으로는 주름개미(Tetramorium caespitum)로서 상대풍부도가 27.9%로 가장 많았다. 아과별로는 두마디개미아과(MYRMICINAE)의 개미가 10속 15종으로 가장 많이 서식하고 있었다. 2. 황령산 개미의 수직적 종 분포를 살펴보면 총 19속 33종 중에서 하층부(70m-219m)에서 15속 19종, 중층부(220m-319m)에서 8속 11종, 상층면에서 15속 23종이 채집이 되었으며, 상층부(320m-428m)에서 상대적으로 종이 풍부하였다. 3. 황령산의 남사면과 서북사면에서 왕주름개미(Tetramorium bicarinatum)가 이번 조사에서 채집되어 우리나라에 서식하고 있는 것이 확인되었다. 또한 경상남도 미 기록종인 북방왕개미(Camponotus herculeanus sachalinensis)와 황장다리개미(Aphaenogaster famelica)가 동북사면에서 채집이 되었다. 4. 황령산의 개미군집의 종 다양도 지수는 3.48 이었고, 종 풍부도는 4.53 이었고, 종 우점도는 0.42로 나타났다. 한편 종 유사도는 동북사면과 남사면간이 0.94로 가장 높게 나타났다. This thesis intends to investigate the ants' faunas of Mt. Hwangryeong located in downtown Busan. For this purpose, samples were collected twelve times in total, four times for the three different slopes(north-east, south and north-west) respectively from May 2002 through September 2002. In addition, samples were classified three different levels(upper, middle and bottom) in terms of vertical altitudes according to each relevant slopes. The observation and classification of 1176 colonies found from the different slopes of the mountain are as following; 1. It turns out that there are 4 families, 19 genus and 33 species in total throughout the mountain, and Tetramorium caespitun as a dominant is relatively abundant up to 27.9 percent. Ants belonging to the family of MYRMICINAE are distributed in the highest density of 10 genus and 15 species. 2. From the perspective of vertical distribution to the altitudes of the mountains, there are 19 genus and 33 species, among them 15 genus and 19 species in the bottom level(70m-219m), 8 genus and 11 species in the middle 1evel(220m-319m) and relatively abundant 15 genus and 23 species in the upper level(320m-428m). 3. The fact that Tetramnrium bicarinatum was found both in the southern and north-west slopes of the mountains was identified as the ant living in Korea. Besides both Camponotus hercuteanus sachalinensis and Aphaenogaster fametica which were not collected in the Kyungnam province are found in the north-east slope of Mt. Hwangryeong. 4. An analysis on the community's structures shows that diversity index is 3.48, richness index is 4.53 and dominant index is 0.42, while the similarity index is the highest(0.94) both in the north-east and southern slopes.
