Fish and chicken bones are the usual foreign bodies lodged in the hypopharynx, and most of them lodge In the lower pole of a tonsil, at the base of the tongue, at the lateral wall of the pharynx, or in a vallecula. Recently, the authors experienced a case of aspiration pneumonia caused by chronic local inflammatory reaction of the posterior wall of the hypopharynx originated from a special foreign body.
마그네슘 합금 EL-cover 부품 제조를 위한 딥 드로잉 공정 유한요소해석 및 실험

Recently, the application of magnesium alloy to automobile and electric parts have been increased because of its high specific strength, excellent machinability, high electrical and thermal conductivity. The efforts of automobile industry to reduce fuel consumption by using lightweight structural materials have accelerated the deep drawing technology of magnesium alloy sheet. In the present study, the basic study to fabricate a EL-cover part for automotive compressor have been carried out. The EL-cover which is manufactured by die casting process has been redesigned for the application of deep drawing process. Three cases of die shapes were designed and the forming failure for each case was predicted by the FEM combined with a ductile fracture criterion. The result was verified with experiment and shows a good agreement.

The purpose of A/C system in the vehicle is to have a driver comfortable by adjusting temperature and humidity. To increase this A/C system efficiency, it is good way to increase compressor’s performance. But, if compressor"s performance is increased with noise, it will not be good design. The purpose of this study is, by optimizing Rear Head’s refrigerant path, to increase compressor’s performance and decrease noise value in the vehicle. In this paper, to satisfy compressor’s performance and noise we conducted CFD analysis, performance test, pulsation test, bulk noise test and real car noise test. Through these experiments, we could design optimization discharge system of scroll compressor.
