전열침요법을 출산 후 장요인대 등 천장관절 부위의 인대 손상으로 인한 산후 요통을 호소하는 환자에 적용하여 호전된 3례를 통하여 전열침요법이 인대 손상으로 인한 산후 요통 환자 치료에 유효한 효과를 나타냄을 알 수 있었다. 이상의 결과로 미루어 전열침요법을 인대 손상으로 인한 산후 질환에 적용하면 양호한 임상 결과를 가져올 것으로 기대되며, 향후 더 많은 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다. Objectives : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of the heating-conduction acupuncture therapy on the postpartum low back pain patients. Methods : Heating-conduction acupuncture therapy was administered three and four times on three postpartum low back pain patients. The improvement of clinical symptoms was evaluated by SF-MPQ(short form-McGill pain questionnarie), VAS(visual analogue scale) and ODI(oswestry disability index). Results : After treatment, each three patients' SF-MPQ, VAS and ODI score reduced respectively. Conclusions : Heating-conduction acupuncture therapy for postpartum low back pain patients was effective. Although this cases presented valuable result, further research is encouraged to confirm the effectiveness of this treatment.
요추 추간판 탈출증으로 3차례 수술적 처치를 시행한 수술 실패 증후군 환자에 대한 보존적 치료 치험 1례

Objectives : This study was performed to report the effect of oriental medical treatment for the failed back surgery syndrome(FBSS) patient after three times surgical operation treatment on herniated nuclues pulposus(HNP) L5-S1. Methods : A 70-year old patient after three times surgical operation treatment was admitted with low back pain and left leg radiation pain. We treated her by oriental medical treatment and measured McGill Pain Questionnaire-Short Form(SF-MPQ), visual analogue scale(VAS) and Oswestry disability index(ODI). Results : After treatment, most symptoms decreased, SF-MPQ changed 36 to 17, VAS score changed 9 to 4, ODI changed 39 to 27. Conclusions : In this study, oriental medical treatment was effective in failed back surgery syndrome patient. But the rigorous studies will be needed to define clearly that oriental medical treatment is effective in failed back surgery syndrome. 본 논문은 3차례의 양방적 수술 치료를 받은 후에도 지속적으로 요통과 함께 하지 방사통을 호소하며 일상생활 수행에 장애가 따르던 70세 여환에 대한 증례로 침구치료, 약물치료, 추나치료, 봉약침치료 등의 한의학적 보존적 치료방법으로 통증의 감소와 함께 일상생활 능력 개선에 유의한 효과를 보였다. 향후 요추 추간판 탈출증 환자의 한방적 보존적 치료에 대한 보다 다양한 연구와 임상적 고찰이 이루어져야 한다고 사료된다.
SM490A의 FCAW 용접 자세별 형상에 관한 기계적 특성 연구

Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW), which has been widely used in many industries, was developed in the 1950s to supplement shortcomings of the Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW). FCAW has an advantage in that it can weld regardless of postures and give good quality results in the filed with many different working conditions. In this study, SM490A (rolled steel for welding structural purpose) with different thicknesses (L:25T+R:30T) were welded using FCAW. Then the mechanical properties (tension test, bending test, hardness test, impact test and macro test) were analyzed and the following conclusions were drawn. In the tensile test, it exceeds the KS standard tensile strength range (400~510) in all welding positions, which means there is a problem in the tensile force transmission performance. In the bending test, it was found that most of the specimens did not exhibit surface rupture or other defects during bending test and they exhibit sufficient toughness even after plastic deformation. In the hardness test, all the results were lower than the standard value of 350 Hv of KS B 0893, which means they have good hardness. In the impact test, all results were larger than the KS reference value of 27J. In the macro test, they showed uniform structure state by the shape of the weld, and there was risk of lamination because no internal defects, bubbles, or impurities were found on the surface of the weld.
원심펌프에서 회전수 및 유량변화가 운전특성에 미치는 영향

This study examined effects of the operating characteristics of a pump according to the rotational speed of a pump andthe change in flow rate when a centrifugal pump operates under the following conditions: regulated flow rate, head,rotational speed, and specific speed of 0.7 m/min, 8 m, 1750 rpm, an 182 (m, m3/min, rpm), respectively. The pump inthe experiment did not have a guide vane and was connected directly to the rim, so that the rotational speed of the volutepump in a spiral or volute casing increased by 100 rpm from 1350 to 1750 rpm. The result of the relationship betweenthe H-Q, L-Q, and η-Q characteristics and the dimensionless performance characteristics, such as the head coefficient,power coefficient and efficiency were studied. The change in pump performance could be estimated depending on theincrease in the number of revolutions. The maximum efficiency of the pump was 52% with 1450 rpm, 0.165 ㎥/min flux,and 4.73 m of lift. The efficiency reached 50% with a maximum of 1750 rpm, 0.183 ㎥/min of flux, and 6.72 m of lift. The efficiency curve on the performance characteristics of the lift versus flux curve became oval not a curve from aquadratic equation that passes through the starting point according to the similarity law of the pump. Finally, when the fluxcoefficient increased, the power coefficient increased and the lift coefficient decreased. When the flux coefficient was 0.08,the maximum efficiency was 52%. Therefore, the change in flux affects the driving characteristics. 본 논문은 규정 유량, 양정, 회전수 및 비속도가 각각 0.7 ㎥/min, 8 m, 1750 rpm, 182 m, ㎥/min, rpm인 원심펌프의운전시 펌프의 회전수와 유량의 변화가 펌프의 운전특성에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 실험에 사용된 펌프는 안내깃이 없고 외주에 바로 접하여 와류실이 있는 볼류트 펌프를 회전수 1350 rpm에서1750 rpm까지 100 rpm씩의 회전수 변화 5단계에 따른 H-Q특성, L-Q특성, η-Q특성 등의 관계와 무차원 성능 특성인양정계수, 동력계수, 효율 등의 특성을 실험을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 회전수의 증가에 따라 펌프 성능의 변화정도를 추정할 수 있고, 펌프의 최대효율은 1450 rpm일 때 유량 0.165 ㎥/min, 양정 4.73 m에서 약 52%, 최대회전수인 1750 rpm일 때 유량 0.183 ㎥/min, 양정 6.72 m에서 약 50%의 효율이 나타난다. 또한 양정 대 유량의 성능특성 곡선상에서 등효율 곡선은 펌프의 상사법칙에 따른 원점을 지나는 2차식의 곡선으로 나타나지 않고 타원형으로 변형되어 나타난다. 마지막으로 유량계수가 증가함에 따라 동력계수는 증가하고 양정계수는 감소하며, 유량계수가 0.08일 때 최대효율 52% 되는 것을 통해 유량변화가 운전특성에 미치는 영향을 알 수 있다.
