웹 기반 「정신지체인용 간편 직업적성검사」 개발연구(I): 예비 문항분석

The purpose of this study was (1) to develop first study for an brief vocational aptitude test for individuals with mental retardation and (2) to perform pre-item analysis through providing evaluation principles, selecting vocational aptitude factors, a factor analysis of item construction and item development, pre-test. An brief vocational aptitude test for individuals with mental retardation has been applied to evaluation principles such as norm-referenced test, potential function measurement, cafeteria style. Aptitude factors were selected and analyzed 8 factors among 11 factors of GATB (General Aptitude Test Battery) by committee approach. Test section constructed with 8 modules that can be performed in web-based system and it took 21.4 minutes for average testing time. 10 individuals with mental retardation participated for first pre-test and 116 individuals with mental retardation participated for second pre-test. reliability, the degree of difficulty and the degree of discrimination were proven to be comparatively stable after the results of item analysis. Development process such as selecting criterion for Aptitude employment group, developing criterion for aptitude employment group, determination procedure for aptitude employment group, and providing results of test will be examined by first follow-up study and after investigating validity of test instrumentation, test manual and web-based program will be provided by second follow-up study.

The study on the Japanese special subsidiary companies aimed at helping to apply to the korean subsidiary companies. I researched into 72 companies out of whole Japanese special subsidiary companies. As a result of the research, to promote Korean subsidiary companies, first, widely access to business scale and range of a parent and subsidiary companies, second, a determined goal to take corporate social responsibility and to achieve hiring rates of individuals with disabilities, third, the government, local self-governments and public organizations’intervention in the subsidiary companies and establishment of a network among them, fourth, reorganizing the legal system and tax favor, fifth, employment expansion of individuals with severe disabilities and offering a management on employment by vocational rehabilitation experts, sixth, applying an exception to a group and active interchange with the related subsidiary companies, seventh, establishing a rational business strategy toward independent management of subsidiary companies are required. The next research will qualitative approach to historical and environmental factors of the system of the Japanese special subsidiary companies and difficulties in modifying the system in Japan.

이 연구는 정신지체학교의 직업훈련 직종과 취업 직종간의 연관성을 알아보기 위해, 44개 정신지체 학교의 직업교육과정을 분석한 후, 훈련 직종과 취업 직종 간의 일치율을 알아보았는데, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정신지체학교에서 편성ㆍ운영하고 있는 직업훈련 직종의 수는 모두 46개로 나타났으며, 조립(77.3%), 목공예(72.7%), 도자기공예(70.5%), 원예작물(59.1%), 조리(59.1%), 홈패션(52.3%), 청소(50.0%), 컴퓨터(47.7%), 가사(38.6%), 포장(36.4%)의 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정신지체학교에서의 훈련직종과 취업직종 간의 일치율은 44.9%로 나타났다. 이 연구 결과, 정신지체 학교의 직업훈련 직종의 수도 적고 그 범주도 좁을 뿐 아니라, 훈련직종과 취업직종 간의 일치율도 낮게 나타났는데, 이는 직업세계의 변천에 따라 그리고 지역사회 산업체 분포를 고려하여 훈련직종을 편성, 운영해야 할 필요성을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to examine the correlation between occupational categories of training and employment made up in school of mental retardation. For this purpose, vocational education course of 44 schools of mental retardation was analysed, and then the percentage of concordance between occupational categories of training and employment was determine. The results were following: First. occupational categories of training made up in school of mental retardation were 46, and order of this categories was assembly (77.3%), wood art (72.7%), ceramic art (70.5%), cultivation of flowering and crops (59.1%), cooking (59.1%), home-fashion (52.3%), cleaning (50.0%). computer (47.7%), housework (38.6%), packing (36.4%); Second, the percentage of concordance was 44.9% between occupational categories of training and employment made up in school of mental retardation. There were a few and narrow occupational categories of training made up in school of mental retardation. In addition to the percentage of concordance was low between occupational categories of training and employment. It suggest that occupational categories of training made up in school of mental retardation should be diversified according to need of the present age and industry of community based.
경량 헤드셋을 위한 PSO 기반 능동 잡음 제거 알고리즘

This paper presents a feedforward active noise cancellation algorithm for lightweight wearable headsets, and develops an optimization method for parameters of the active noise cancellation filter based on PSO (Particle Swarm Optimization) technique. A noise propagation model is drove with feedforward active noise filter and a simple closed form solution is found from the model. The PSO technique is applied for estimating closed form solution from real measurements. Simulation shows meaningful noise cancellation performance below - 20㏈ up to 4 ㎑.
자폐성 장애아동을 위한 임상동작법의 연구 동향 및 한,일 사례연구 비교

이 연구의 목적은 자폐성 장애아동을 위한 임상동작법 관련 연구의 동향을 일본과 한국에서 발표된 연구 논문을 중심으로 살펴봄으로써, 향후 자폐성 장애아동과 임상동작법 관련 연구를 위한 이론적.실천적 함의를 탐색해 보는데 있었다. 분석대상 논문은 선정 기준 및 절차에 따라 모두 53편이 선정되었고, 귀납적 분석을통해, 일본 논문 36편은 첫째, 자폐아동을 위한 임상동작법 연구의 흐름, 둘째, 자폐아동을 위한 임상동작법의 목적과 작동원리, 셋째, 자폐아동을 위한 임상동작법의 단계별 기법과 관계 양식, 넷째, 일본의 사례연구 고찰, 한국의 17편 논문은 다섯째, 한국의 자폐아동을 위한 임상동작법 관련 연구 고찰로 모두 5개 범주로 정리하여 제시하였다. 결론적으로, 일본과 한국에서 보고된 연구의 동향을 정리하고 논의하였으며, 향후 자폐성 장애아동을 위한 임상동작법의 이론적 발전과 실천적 강화를 위해 제언하였다. The purpose of the study is to investigate theoretical and practical implications for future researches on children with autism and Dohsa-hou through examining research trends on Dohsa-hou for children with autism from researches in Korea and Japan. Through selection criteria and procedures, 53 researches were selected and analyzed inductively. 5 categories have been suggested; (a) Research flow of Dohsa-hou for children with autism, (b) purpose and operational principles of Dohsa-hou for children with autism, (c) phased strategies and relational style of Dohsa-hou for children with autism and (e) contemplation of case studies in Japan from 36 Japanese researches and (f) contemplation of researches related to Dohsa-hou for children with autism in Korea from 17 Korean researches. In conclusion, research trends reported from Japan and Korea were analyzed and discussed, and provided suggestions for theoretical and practical development of future Dohsa-hou for children with autism.
웹 기반「정신지체인용 간편 직업적성검사」 개발연구(2): 적성직군 준거 개발

This study is the second development research paper following the first development research paper and a literature review during the process to develop an 『Brief Vocational Aptitude Test for People with Mental Retardation』 and was intended to suggest the process of development for aptitude standards in employment group selection, the development of aptitude standards of the employment group, the decision-making process on personal aptitude in an employment group and the method of suggestion for aptitude of the employment group. The result of this study was as follows: first, the domestic data of the Korea Employment Promotion Agency for the Disabled was analyzed, establishing middle classification of the so-called Korean Employment Classification of Occupation (KECO) as the standard to select aptitude employment groups. After that, 8 employment groups were selected, within which more than 50 disabled people were working. Second, 10 participants were selected from each employment group in order to develop proper standards for 8 employment groups. After a total of 80 employees took the 『Brief Vocational Aptitude Test for People with Mental Retardation』 average scores in accordance with eight factors were calculated. Third, the personal aptitude employment group was determined using ``shape similarity`` of the average score profile and the disabled person``s personal test score profile, which was obtained from 8 selected employment groups, and the ``added difference in scores`` between the two profiles. Fourth, their personal employment groups were suggested, consisting of examinee information, scores obtained by aptitude factors, suggestion graphs for employment groups and the world of occupations. The researcher plans to finalize the development of the web program and the outline for the test after conducting a validation study on the performance and instrument of the test through further studies.
