In this study, we proposed the necessity of reusing the battery industry after domestic use, preparing legal arrangements by step for recycling, clarifying responsible materials by processing stage, and establishing infrastructure and screening diagnostic rating system. The purpose of this study is to establish a life cycle integrated management system for electric vehicle batteries and to find suitable ways for improving the lifespan of electric vehicle batteries, reuse, and recycling in stages to avoid other environmental pollution problems due to batteries after using electric vehicles used to reduce environmental pollution due to climate change.

We had previously reported about the deliveries in the four rural districts in Chungnam Province where medical care and transportation were relatively inconvenient. In this time, we studied in more details about the same materials with the method of answering the questionaries. The results obtained from 300 women (1015 deliveries) are as follows: 1. Regular antenatal cares were taken in only 4.6% of the cases and in 76.1% no antenatal care. 2. The antenatal cares were taken mostly in young age group. 3. As the education levels advanced, the regular antenatal cares were increasing. 4. Antenatal cares were taken highest in toe group of parity 2(10.7%)and. none in the group over 7. 5. While none was taken antenatal care before 1950, it was found 6.1% during 1976-1978. 6. The freguent postpartum complications were edema (15.6%), hemorrhage, fever in order. 7. There was no relationship between postpartum hemorrhage and the level cf education, number of deliveries or age. 8. The duration of postpartum rest was mostly within one week (61.45%) 9. The duration of postpartum rest was longer in the younger, higher educational and less parity groups.

A high-order accurate flow solver based on a discontinuous Galerkin method has been developed for the numerical simulation of vortex convection and wave propagation on unstructured meshes. To assess the performance of the present flow solver, a vortex convection problem in freestream and an acoustic benchmark problem were tested. An airfoil-vortex interaction problem was also simulated by coupling the flow solver with a dynamic mesh adaptation technique. From the mesh resolution test, the present fourth-order discontinuous Galerkin method almost perfectly preserves the vortex and also accurately resolves the acoustic waves on a mesh with an element size of half of characteristic length. It was also observed that the fourth-order method is more than ten times efficient, in terms of the number of degrees of freedom and the elapsed CPU time, compared to the second-order method.
