ATO(Sb doped $SnO_2$) thin films whose thicknesses were 600, 1100 and $2100\AA$ were prepared by DC magnetron sputtering method. They showed the lowest resistivity at DC sputtering power 0.24kW and had lower resistivity with increasing thickness. The power dependence of resistivity among ATO thin films was also different with thickness. The increase of carrier concentration in ATO thin films was responsible for the decrease of resistivity with thickness increase. ATO thin films which were prepared at 30sccm oxygen flow rate showed a great change of sheet resistance under 1M HCl solution. The investigation of SAM(Scanning Auger Microprobe) revealed that oxygen atomic percentage on the surface of ATO thin films was changed. The decrease of sheet resistance also occurred when ATO thin films, prepared at 30sccm oxygen flow rate, were exposed to air for a long period of time. For this reason, it was considered that the desorption of oxygen on ATO surface was accelerated by HCl.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the core-self evaluation(CSE) on the both service recovery performance(SRP) and job satisfaction(JS), to also examine the mediation mechanism of JS, and moderation effect of perceived supervisor support(PSS) for the relationship between CSE and SRP as well as relationship between CES and JS. More specifically, we propose that CSE has a positive effect on the both SRP and JS, and that JS mediates the relationship between CSE and SRP. Further, we propose that PSS strengthens such relationships between CSE and SRP as well between CSE and JS. The results from the sample of 241 front-line staffs in the service industries generally confirm our hypotheses excepting for moderation effect on the relationship between CSE and JS. Our findings imply that the employee trait such as CSE influences a job attitude for job satisfaction and job performance for service recovery performance and that the job performance effect of CES depends on PSS across employees.

The purpose of this study is (1) to examine the impact of physical stimuli on perceived food/service quality, (2) dining-out enjoyment and (3) to examine the moderating roles of two psychological variables: hedonism and perceived reasonable price. Based on theoretical backgrounds, three key physical stimuli in the restaurant environment were proposed: (1) physical attractiveness of server, (2) decor and artifacts, and (3) ambient conditions. Via thorough literature review, theoretical relationships between physical stimuli, food and service quality, and dining out enjoyment were proposed. During this process, three psychological variables were proposed as moderators. Integrating the proposed hypotheses, a structural model was suggested. The proposed hypotheses and model were tested using the data collected from 317 restaurant patrons in the United Sates. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling were conducted. Based on the data analysis, it was revealed that all the proposed concepts were un-dimensional construct. Also, it was confirmed that physical stimuli has a powerful impact on enhancing the perceived food/service quality, thus influencing patrons` dining out enjoyment. More importantly, the moderating roles of hedonism and perceived reasonable price were partially supported. Based on the results, theoretical/practical implications were discussed.
