        무전해(無電解) 구리 도금폐액(鍍金廢液)으로부터 구리의 회수(回收) 연구(硏究)

        무전해 구리 도금폐수로부터 증발농축 및 전해채취법을 이용하여 구리를 회수하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 무전해 구리 도금폐수의 분석결과, Cu 함량은 582 mg/l로 나타났으며, 미량의 Fe 성분이 함유되어 있었다. 또한, 로셀염의 첨가로 인하여 COD 9,560 mg/l, TOC 13,100 mg/l로써 매우 높았으며, 포름알데히드가 산화된 formic acid의 함량은 7.73%로 나타났다. 실험결과, 구리의 전해채취시 전류밀도가 증가할수록 전류효율은 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 전류효율을 80% 이상으로 유지하기 위해서는 구리의 전해채취시 전류밀도를 $40mA/cm^2$ 이하로 낮추어야 함을 알 수 있었다. 전해채취를 통해 얻은 Cu중의 평균 Fe 함량은 황산농도 2 vol% 및 10 vol%에서 각각 0.021% 및 0.01%로 나타나 황산농도가 높을수록 Fe 혼입을 억제할 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. An attempt to recover copper from electroless plating wastewater has been made through evaporation followed by the electrowinning method. From the determination of each element in electroless plating wastewater, the content of Cu was found to be 582 mg/l and small amount of Fe was also contained in it. Moreover, the content of COD and TOC which was resulted from the addition of Rochell salt was found to be 9,560 and 13,100 mg/l, respectively. The content of formic acid generated by the oxidation of formaldehyde was determined to be 7.73 %. As a result, current efficiency was decreased with increase in current density and therefore current density less than $40mA/cm^2$ should be maintained to obtain current efficiency more than 80 %. The content of Fe in Cu obtained by electrowinning was found to be 0.021 and 0.01 % at the concentration of sulfuric acid of 2 and 10 vol%, respectively.

        백선(Dyctamnus dasycarpus)복용 후 발생한 간 손상 2예

        Although drug induced liver injury caused by herbal medicine is considered to be a frequent problem in Korea, there are only a few reports concerning the hepatotoxicity of herbal medicine. We recently experienced two cases of drug induced liver injury caused by ingestion of Dyctamnus dasycarpus, and one of herbal drug used for antipyretic and analgesic purposes. The first patient, a 48 year old man, was admitted due to jaundice after ingestion of the liquor containing Dyctamnus dasycarpus and some other herbal medications for 4 months. All viral markers were negative on admission, and the elevated bilirubin and transamiase levels normalized 5 months later after cessation of all herbal medications. Ten months after the first admission, he ingested only the liquor containing Dyctamnus dasycarpus, with lesser duration and amount, and was readmitted due to general weakness and fatigue and elevated transaminase ($gt;1,000 IU/L). The elevated transaminase level nearly returned to normal after discontinuing the causative agent. The second patient, a 62 year old man, was admitted due to jaundice after ingestion of Dyctamnus dasycarpus. The elevated bilirubin and transamiase levels normalized 4 months later after cessation of the causative agent. Dyctamnus dasycarpus induced liver injury presents with prolonged course lasting more than several weeks to months. Herbal drug induced liver disease should be considered in differential diagnosis of acute liver injury of unknown cause in Korea and we are also suggesting the necessity of a systematic approach for the study of the herbal drugs.

      • 생쥐 뇌의 생후 발달에 따른 NADPH diaphorase 활성에 관한 조직 화학적 연구

        Nitric oxide(NO)is a short lived, unstable ree radical generated in many mammalian cells. It has a role s an intercellular messenger, in different biological processes such as neurotransmission and glutamate-mediated neurotoxicity, in regulation of vascular resistance and blood pressure, and immunological reactions. This novel neuromediator is though to play an important role in development and plasticity of brain. In this study, was aimed to examine the NADPH-diaphorase(NADPH-d) activity in the postnatal developing mouse brain. The results show that there is a great variation in the time of appearance of the NOS containing cells depending on their location: At the postnatal day 0, weakly stained cells were present in caudate-putamen, orbital neocortex, bed nucleus of stria terminalis, paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus, lateral hypothalamic area and mammillary body. The supraoptic nucleus and superior and inferior colliculi also showed weakly labeled neurons. The Purkinje cell layer displayed a diffuse activity throughout the cerebellum at postnatal ay0. At the 5th postnatal day, positive cells appeared in the hippocampus and in the cerebellum, the reaction product in the Purkinje cell layer and granular layer became more distinct. At the 10th postnatal day, the inner part of molecular layer became populated by NOS positive basket cells, and the reaction products on the Purkinje cells began to disappear. After the 15th postnatal day, stained Purkinje cells were no longer observed, and staining in the molecular layer was dominated. The present result showed that NOS in the rat brain is expressed in different populations of neurons at different stages of development. This expression pattern of NOS suggests that NO may play a role in the development remodelling of the mammalian brain.

        생열귀나무 삽목시 발근과 뿌리생장에 미치는 삽수종류, 생장조절물질 및 상토의 효과

        생열귀나무의 번식에 관한 연구로 숙지, 녹지, 반녹지삽 및 근삽등의 삽목번식체계를 확립하기 위하여 실시된 실험 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 생열귀나무의 숙지, 녹지, 반녹지삽으로 삽목실험을 한 결과 숙지삽에 대한 결과는 각각의 생장 조절물질 및 상토조건에서 발근이 전혀되지 않았으며 반녹지삽, 녹지삽, 근삽의 순으로 양호한 발근율을 나타내어 생열귀 삽목시 숙지삽이나 반녹지삽을 이용하는 것보다 녹지삽을 채취하거나 근삽을 이용하여 삽목하는 것이 양호하였다. 2.녹지삽의 경우 무처리 식물체가 전혀 발근이 되지 않은 반면 rooton-F를 처리하는 것이 가장 양호한 발근율을 나타내었으며 NAA 처리시는 저농도에서 발근율 및 캘러스형성율이 증가하였고 IAA를 처리한 경우는 고농도일수록 발근율 및 캘러스형성율이 양호하였다. IBA는 IAA, NAA보다는 저조한 결과를 나타냈었다. 3. 녹지삽에서는 vermiculite와 perlite의 혼합토양에 삽목하는 것이 가장 양호한 발근율을 나타내었으며 그 다음으로 점토, 사토 순으로 나타났다. 녹지삽에 rooton-F를 처리하였을 때 근장에 있어서는 사토가 더 우수한 반면 근수는 점토에서 더 우수하여 점토와 사토에서 근수와 근장이 서로 상반된 차이를 보였다. 4. 반녹지삽에 rooton-F를 분의처리한 경우 녹지삽에서 결과가 좋았던 vermiculite+perlite에서는 10%정도만 유기되고 점토에서 양호한 발근효과를 나타내었다. This study was conducted to determine the effect of cutting type, growth regulators and propagation media on the rooting and root growth of Roea davurica $P_{ALL}$. Three type of cutting, hardwood, half-softwood, softwood cutting and root cutting of Rosa davurica $P_{ALL}$, were used to study the rooting ability. There was no rooting in hardwood cutting while root cutting was appeared 100% of callus formation and rooting. The optimum conditions of softwood cutting for rooting were IAA 100ppm and rooton-F at vermiculite+perlite. The rate of rooting in treatment of rooton-F ranged from 10 to 60%, but such a good effect was not appeared in other growth regulators, IAA, NAA and IBA.

      • Fuzzy측도와 Lebesgue적분

        The fundamental concept of fuzzy sets and fuzzyness were applied in various areas. In 1974 Sugeno〔6〕defined the fuzzy integral as ∫Afdu = V 〔α∧μ({f > α}∩Α)〕. Α∈A, α>0 = = where { f > α } = { χεΧ|f (χ) >α}, and denote by "V" and "∧" the = = operations "sup" and "inf" in 〔0, ∞〕. In this paper we shall define the fuzzy-Lebesgue Integral with respect to a T-fuzzy measure as a modification of Sugeno's fuzzy integral and show that the monotone convergence theorem and Fatou's lemma hold for this fuzzy-Lebesgue integral.

      • Studies on Cure Behavior and Thermal Stability of DGEBA/PMR-15 Blend system

        The effects of different diglycidylether of bisphenol A (DGEBA) and polyimide (PMR-15) blend composition ratios on the thermal stabilities and cure behaviors are studied by TGA and dynamic DSC, respectively. In this work, DDM (4,4’-diamino diphenyl methane) is used as a curing agent for DGEBA and the content of DGEBA/PMR-15 is varied within 100/0~100/30 phr. Conversion (α), cure activation energy (E<sub>a</sub>), and glass transition temperature (T<sub>g</sub>) are determined by dynamic DSC and DMA. As a result, E<sub>a</sub> for the cure behavior obtained by dynamic DSC method using Kissinger equation, are increased at 10 phr of PMR-15 compared with neat DGEBA, and T<sub>g</sub> values of DGEBA/PMR-15 are increased within the 10~20 phr composition range of PMR-15. From the TGA results of DGEBA/PMR-15 blend system, the thermal stability based on initial decomposition temperature (IDT), integral procedural decomposition temperature (IPDT) and decomposed activation energy (E<sub>t</sub>) is investigated. The thermal stability is decreased with increasing the amount of PMR-15, up to 10 phr of PMR-15.
