      • Conventional, IMRT, VMAT을 이용한 CSI 치료시, Setup 오차에 따른 각 Junction부의 선량변화측정을 통한 치료계획 비교

        목 적 : Conventional, IMRT, VMAT을 이용한 CSI치료 시, Setup 오차에 따른 각 Junction부의 선량변화측정을 통해 치료계획을 비교한다. 대상 및 방법 : 본원에서 CSI 치료환자를 대상으로 이클립스 10.0(Eclipse10.0, Varian, USA)를 이용하여 Conventional, IMRT, VMAT 치료계획을 세웠다. 또한 필름측정을 위하여 각 치료계획마다 IMRT QA phantom을 적용한 Verification plan을 생성하였다. 이때, 각 치료기법의 Setup 오차는 0, 머리방향으로 2, 4, 6mm, 다리방향으로 2, 4, 6mm로 적용하였다.(이하, '+'는 머리 방향, '-'는 다리방향을 의미한다.) IMRT QA Phantom과 EBT2 film을 이용하여, 각 치료기법별로 Junction부의 Setup 오차를 0, +2, +4, +6, -2, -4, -6mm로 이동하여 조사하였다. Film을 Scan하여 감마지수(Gamma index,${\gamma}$)를 도출하여, 측정된 Film과 치료계획상의 선량분포와의 일치성을 확인한 후, Setup 오차에 따른 Conventional, IMRT, VMAT 치료계획별 선량분포도를 비교하였고, Homogeneity Index(HI)를 계산하여 표적 내 선량분포의 균일성을 분석하였다. 결 과 : Film으로 측정하여 얻은 감마지수는 90.49%로 Film scan값과 치료계획상의 선량분포와의 일치성을 확인하였다. 또한, 거리에 따른 선량분포도에 따르면, Setup 오차를 머리 방향으로 2, 4, 6mm설정하면 Conventional의 $^*Diff$(%)는 3.1, 4.5, 8.1, IMRT는 1.1, 3.5, 6.3, VMAT은 1.6, 2.5, 5.7으로 나타났다. 같은 방법으로 Setup 오차를 다리방향으로 2, 4, 6mm로 설정을 하면 Conventional의 $^*Diff$(%)는 -1.6, -2.8, -4.4, IMRT는 -0.9, -1.6, -2.9, VMAT은 -0.5, -2.2, -2.5으로 나타났다. Homogeneity Index(HI)는 Conventional 1.216, IMRT 1.095, VMAT 1.069로 값을 얻었다. 결 론 : Dose homogeneity와 Junction 부위에 대한 완만한 Dose gradient의 장점을 가진 IMRT와 VMAT을 이용한 CSI치료는 Conventional 기법보다 Setup 오차에 따른 Junction 부위의 선량의 변화가 적었고, 균일성 또한 좋게 나타났다. 이러한 적은 선량의 변화는 CSI치료 시 발생하는 Setup 오차에도 환자에게 위험성이 적음을 의미한다. Purpose : Conventional, IMRT, at CSI treatment with VMAT, this study compare the treatment plan with dose changes measured at Junction field according to the error of Setup. Materials and Methods : This study established Conventional, the IMRT, VMAT treatment planning for CSI therapy using the Eclipse 10.0 (Eclipse10.0, Varian, USA) and chose person in Seoul National University Hospital. Verification plan was also created to apply IMRT QA phantom for each treatment plan to the film measurements. At this time, the error of Setup was applied to the 2, 4, 6mm respectively with the head and foot direction. ("+" direction of the head, "-" means that the foot direction.) Using IMRT QA Phantom and EBT2 film, was investigated by placing the error of Setup for each Junction. We check the consistency of the measured Film and plan dose distribution by gamma index (Gamma index, ${\gamma}$). In addition, we compared the error of Setup by the dose distribution, and analyzing the uniformity of the dose distribution within the target by calculating the Homogeneity Index (HI). Results : It was figured out that 90.49%-gamma index we obtained with film is agreement with film scan score and dose distribution of treatment plan. Also, depend on the dose distribution on distance, if we make the error of Setup 2, 4, 6mm in the head direction, it showed that 3.1, 4.5, 8.1 at $^*Diff$(%) of Conventional, 1.1, 3.5, 6.3 at IMRT, and 1.6, 2.5, 5.7 at VMAT. In the same way, if we make the error of Setup 2, 4, 6mm in the foot direction, it showed that -1.6, -2.8, -4.4 at $^*Diff$(%) of Conventional, -0.9, -1.6, -2.9 at IMRT, and -0.5, -2.2, -2.5 at VMAT. Homogeneity Index(HI)s are 1.216 at Conventional, 1.095 at IMRT and 1.069 at VMAT. Discussion and Conclusion : The dose-change depend on the error of Setup at the CSI RT(radiation therapy) using IMRT and VMAT which have advantages, Dose homogeneity and the gradual dose gradients on the Junction part is lower than that of Conventional CSI RT. This a little change of dose means that there is less danger on patients despite of the error of Setup generated at the CSI RT.

        문화재 3차원 모델링을 위한 지상 LiDAR와 UAV 정확도 비교 연구

        A terrestrial LiDAR survey was conducted and unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) images were taken for target cultural properties to present the utilization measures of terrestrial LiDAR and UAV in three-dimensional modeling of cultural properties for the identification of the status and restoration of cultural properties. Then the accuracy of the point clouds generated through this process was compared, an overlap analysis of the 3D model was conducted, and a convergence model was created. According to the results, the modeling with terrestrial LiDAR is more appropriate for precise survey because 3D modeling for the detection of displacement and deformation of cultural properties requires an accuracy of mm units. And UAV model has limitation as the impossibility of detailed expression of parts with sharp unevenness such as cracks of bricks. However, it is found that the UAV model has a wide range of modeling and has the advantage of modeling of real cultural properties. Finally, the convergence model created in this study using the advantages of the terrestrial LiDAR model and the UAV model could be efficiently utilized for the basic data development of cultural properties. 문화재의 현황 파악 및 복원을 위한 3차원 모델링에 있어서 지상 LiDAR와 UAV의 활용방안을 제시하고자 대상 문화재에 대해 지상 LiDAR 측량을 실시하고 UAV 영상을 취득하였다. 이를 통해 생성된 포인트 클라우드의 정확도를 비교하고 3차원 모델의 중첩분석 및 융합 모델을 생성하였다. 그 결과, 문화재의 변위 및 변형을 감지하기 위해 실시하는 3차원 모델링의 경우에는 지상 LiDAR를 이용한 정밀한 모델링이 적합함을 알 수 있었으며, UAV 모델은 지상 LiDAR 모델에 비해 급격한 굴곡이 발생하는 부분을 상세하게 표현하지 못하는 한계가 있지만 UAV 모델은 모델링을 수행하는 범위가 넓으며 실물 문화재의 모델링이 가능한 이점이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 최종적으로 지상 LiDAR 모델과 UAV 모델의 이점을 살린 융합 모델을 생성함으로써 문화재의 기초자료 구축 분야에서 효율적인 활용이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

        만성 발목 불안정증의 치료에서 관절경 수술

        The open Broström procedure is considered the surgery of choice for treating chronic lateral ankle instability. The role of arthroscopy has gained popularity in the surgical treatment of chronic lateral ankle instability, partly for the ability to manage the intra-articular pathology combined with ankle instability. Arthroscopic techniques can be divided broadly into the arthroscopic-assisted Broström technique and arthroscopic all-inside ligament repair. The clinical results of these arthroscopic techniques are similar to open procedures. The arthroscopic technique may be an excellent alternative to the open Broström procedure in treating chronic lateral ankle instability when applying the appropriate indications.

        클러스터링 기법을 이용한 음원의 위치추정 성능향상

        Source localization has developed in various fields of signal processing including radar, sonar, and wireless communication, etc. Source localization can be found by estimating the time difference of arrival between the each of sensors. Several methods like the NLS(Nonlinear Least Square) cost function have been proposed in order to improve the performance of time delay estimation. In this paper, we propose a clustering method using the four sensors with the same aperture as previous methods of using the three sensors. Clustering method can be improved the source localization performance by grouping similar estimated values. The performance of source localization using clustering method is evaluated by Monte Carlo simulation.

        국내에서도 위성전파 자을 효율적으로 그리고 경제적으로 활용하고 또한 구구내 위성통신망을 외부의 간섭으로부터 보호하기 위하여 자체적인 위성 전파 감시시스템 개발을 착수하였다. 이 시스템 개발계획은 1998년부터 시작되었으며, 금년 6월부터 개발에 착수하게 되었다. 2년간의 개발을 거쳐 서울 근교의 이천에 감시센터가 건립될 예정이다. 정보통신부와 중앙전파관리소가 주체가 되어 국내에 확보된 기술을 활용하여 국내 독자적으로 개발에 착수하였으며 현재 시스템 설계가 완료된 상태에 있다. 본 논문에서는 시스템에 대한 전반적인 개요와 구조설계에 대해서 소개를 한다. 또한 시스템의 기능과 성능, 용량에 대해서 분석하며 각각의 주요 기능에 대해 언급하였다. Motivated by the satellite radio monitoring systems built and operated by some countries, MIC of Korea has launched the development of its own satellite monitoring system to ensure efficient and economical use of radio frequency spectrum as well as to protect domestic satellite communications. The system development contract was awarded in June this year and is scheduled to be activated after two year's implementation at the site south to Seoul. Korean expertise of domestic industry led by MIC has been hooked up together and has undertaken the system architecture design. In this paper, overall introduction of the system and its architectural design aspects will be presented. An exploration of the system functions including harmful interference searching is presented to such an extent as to provide the overall picture of the system in term of its architecture and functional capabilities.

        CICC 형태의 초전도 버스 선에서 냉각 및 자기장에 의한 응력 해석

        A CICC type superconducting bus-line electrically connecting a superconducting magnet to a power supply is cooled down to low temperature under the external magnetic field during operation. The thermal contraction during the cooling may be constrained by the supports which are installed to protect the bus-line from Lorenz magnetic forces. This constrained contraction causes thermal stresses in the bus-line to release thermal contraction. The minimum stress conditions in the bus-line may be optimized by controlling the supporting arrangement considering the thermal contraction and the external field. The analytical method to find optimal supports arrangement was suggested by using the beam theory, and numerical calculation using commercial code was performed to verify the suggested analytical optimization method.

        맥동관냉동기의 2차속도와 온도

        Steady components and unsteady components of second-order velocity and temperature within pulse tube refrigerators were obtained. Second-order solutions were obtained from the first-order solutions of continuity, momentum and energy equations, assuming that the amplitude of the piston motion is small. The axial temperature gradient was considered in the analysis. The flow direction of the streaming was consistent with previous experimental observations. Effects of axial temperature gradient on secondary flow and second-order temperature were shown.

        해석 해의 온도곡선을 이용한 템퍼비이드 용접공정 평가기술

        Brittle microstructure created in a heat affected zone (HAZ) during the welding of low alloy steel can be eliminated by post-weld heat treatment (PWHT). If the PWHT is not possible during a repair welding, the controlled bead depositions of multi-pass welding should be applied to obtain tempering effect on the HAZ without PWHT. In order to anticipate and control the tempering effect during the temper bead welding, the definition of temperature curve obtained from the analytical solution was suggested in this research. Because the analytical solution for heat flow is expressed as a mathematical equation of weld parameters, it may be effective in anticipating the effect of each weld parameter on the tempering in HAZ during the successive bead depositions. The reheating effect by the successive bead layer on the brittle coarse grained HAZ formed by earlier bead deposition was estimated by comparing the overlapped distance between the temperature curves in the HAZ. Three layered weld specimens of SA508 base metal with A52 filler were prepared by controlling heat input ratio between layers. The tempering effect anticipated by using the overlapped distance between the temperature curves was verified by measuring the micro-hardness distribution in the HAZ of prepared specimens. The temperature curve obtained from analytical solution was expected as a good tool to find optimal temper bead welding conditions.
