        We implemented the EDF scheduling algorithm and the Stack Resource Policy to overcome the upper bound of processor utilization and to solve the priority inversion problem, respectively. The target for the implementation is a VME board based on MPC 860 which is family of PowerPC processor. RTEMS(Real-Time Executive for Multiprocessor Systems) which is a real-time OS developed OAR, is the basis of the implementation of EDF algorithm. The original RTEMS is based on fixed priority scheduling. Implementation shows better processor utilization than the rate monotonic scheduling algorithm. The implementation of stack resource policy is shown to solve the priority inversion problem by applying the well known PathFinder example.

        양측 난소절제술을 시행한 암컷 백서의 방광에서 나타나는 단백질의 변화

        Purpose: To explore the effect of bilateral oophorectomy on the several proteins of female rat bladder via a proteomic approach. Materials and Methods: A total of 20 female Sprague-Dawley rats were obtained at 8 weeks of age and were divided randomly into 3 groups: a control groups underwent sham operation and bladders were excised 4 weeks and 8 weeks after operation each. Other two groups underwent bilateral oophorectomy and bladders were excised 4 weeks (group 1) and 8 weeks (group 2) after operation each, too. Each group has 5 rats. Conventional proteomics was conducted via high resolution 2-D gel electrophoresis, followed by image analysis and protein identification through mass spectrometry. Results: Bladder weights were reduced significantly in group 2 as compared with the 8-week control group. A comparison of the bladders of the oophorectomy group subjects with those of the control group subjects demonstrated that the expressions of 11 proteins were altered Eukaryotic translation initiation factor 5A (elF-5A), chaperone grp 75 precursor, actin-depolymerizing factor, contrapsin-like inhibitor 1 precursor, guanine deaminase, actin, peroxiredoxin 2, phosphatidylethanolamine, putative protein kinase, Keratin complex 2 and Enol protein. Conclusion: The roles of 11 proteins are variable. A part of these proteins have a role of cellular apoptosis, acute inflammation, and muscle contraction. It seems that these changes of proteins have an influence on bladder functions and LUTS.

        경영자의 긍정성향과 주식 유동성의 관계

        [Purpose]This research empirically investigates whether Chief Executive Officer’s overconfidence is related to the level of stock market liquidity and whether the relationship between the CEO overconfidence and stock liquidity is strengthened by HHI index, crash risk, number of analysts, index inclusion, and institutional trading. [Methodology]To examine the testable hypotheses, accounting and stock return data of companies listed on Korea Exchange. The data ranging from 2000 to 2022 were examined by panel regression analysis. [Findings]This research paper finds that Executive Officer’s overconfidence or over-optimism, which is related to Chief Executive Officer’s positive expectations, has negative effects on stock market liquidity linked to the level of the information environment in the stock market. [Implications]The findings from the paper suggest that an increase in managers’ overconfidence may cause stock liquidity to decrease, resulting in a stock marke’s tbad information environment. In addition, market concentration and crash risk may strengthen this relationship.

        TMA wire로 제작된 3종류의 MVLAW(Multi-Vertical Loop Arch Wire)의 초기응력분포에 관한 광탄성학적 연구

        교정치료시 치축의 개선을 위한 많은 연구와 노력이 이루어져 왔다. 본 교실에서는 치축개선을 위해 MEAW를 응용한 Multi-Vertical Loop Arch Wire(MVLAW : 엠빌로)를 수년 전부터 다수치아의 치축을 동시에 개선코자 사용해 왔다. MVLAW는 일종의 근심경사된 치아를 세우는 장치로써 open vertical loop를 3가지 종류로 변형시켜 적용시켜 왔으며 이를 각각 A, B, C형으로 명명하였다. 각 MVLAW는 .017˝×.025˝ TMAwire로 제작외면, A형 MVLAW의 경우 각 open vertical loop의 apex를 10도 정도 벌려주어 활성화시키며(electric welding stop을 각 loop의 근심측에 위치시킨다), B형과 C형 MVLAW의 경우 open vertical lop의 원심측에 10도의 tip back bend를 형성함으로써 활성화시킨다(B형의 경우 electric welding stop이 각 loop의 원심측에 형성되는 반면 C형의 경우 electric welding stop을 형성하지 않는다). 본 연구는 구치부의 치축을 동시에 개선코자할 때 MVLAW를 3가지 종류로 분류한 후 각 MVLAW의 효과를 알아보고자 상하악 1/2약을 광탄성 모형에 재현하여 그 응력분포를 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었기에 보고하는 바이다. 1. A형 MVLAW의 경우 3급 견인고무를 걸지 않았을 경우 하악 제1대구치와 제2대구치 치근의 원심면에서 강한 응력분포를 나타내나 전치부에 발생한 미약한 응력분포는 3급 견인고무의 장착으로 상쇄되었다. 따라서 A형 MVLAW는 초기에 치관의 직립효과가 있는 것으로 보인다. 2. B형 MVLAW의 경우 3급 견인고무를 걸지 않았을 경우 각 치아의 근심측에 응력분포를 보이며 견인고무를 걸었을 때와 비교시 전치부에 증가된 응력분포를 보였다. 따라서 B형의 경우 초기에 치근의 직립효과가 있는 것으로 보인다. 3. C형 MVLAW의 경우 3급 견인고무를 걸지 않았을 경우 하악전치부를 제외하고는 응력분포를 나타내지 않았으나 견인고무를 걸었을 경우 주로 견치와 소구치 근심면에서 응력분포를 보였다. 따라서 C형의 경우 견인고무 사용시 초기에 견치와 소구치에서 치근의 직립효과가 있는 것으로 보인다. Multi-Vertical Loop Arch Wire(MVLAW) is a kind of appliance for uprighting the mesially inclined posterior teeth axes simultaneously. In this study MVLAW was classified as 3 types by modifing the vertical loop design and named type A, B and C. Each MVLAW was fabricated from .017˝×.025˝ TMA wire and preactivated at the distal end of the open vertical loop with 10 degree tip-back bend(type B has an electric welding stop at the distal end of each loop ad type C has no electric welding stop). Type A MVLAW was preactivated at the apex of each open vertical loop with 10 degree tip-back bend(the electric welding stop of type A is positioned at the mesial side of each loop). The aim of the present study was to identify when and which MVLAW is more effective to correct the buccal segment axed simultaneously. The photoelastic overview of the upper and lower right quadrant showed that stress concentrations were observed in its photoelastic model. The obtained results were as follows : 1. Higher level compression can be seen clearly at the distal curvature of the lower 1st and 2nd molar when A type MVLAW was applied without short class Ⅲ elastic, but mild compression cannot be seen at the distal curvature of lower anterior teeth using the class Ⅲ elastic. 2. Higher concentration was presented at the mesial curvature from the lower 1st premolar to the 2nd molar than the anterior teeth when B type MVLAW without short class Ⅲ elastic was applied, but using the short class Ⅲ elastic, higher concentration of compression was presented in the anterior teeth area. 3. Areas of higher compression and tension were not observed at the mesial and distal curvature of the entire lower teeth except lower central lateral incisors in C type MVLAW without short class Ⅲ elastic, but using the short class Ⅲ elastic, higher concentration was seen at the mesial curvature of the lower 1st premolar and lower anterior teeth.

        에탄올 및 사염화탄소의 긴 손상에 미치는 흰점박이꽃무지 추출물의 영향

        흰점박이꽃무지(Protaetia brevitarsis)는 간 질환의 치료를 위해 민간요법 뿐만 아니라 한방에서는 이용하는 전통약물로 알려져 있다. 본 연구는 사염화탄소와 에탄올로 간 손산을 유도한 흰쥐에서 흰점박이꽃무지 추출물(PBE)의 영향을 조사하였다. 사염화탄소는 이물질대사효소(cytochrome P_450, cytochrome b$_{5}$, cytochrome b$_{5}$ reductase), TBARS, 혈청 AST와 ALT, 간 무게비에서 유의한 변화가 확인되는 간독성이 유발하였으며, 에탄올은 혈청 AST와 TBARS의 변화는 유도하지 않았으나 이물질대사효소, ALT, 체중 당 무게비가 유의한 변화를 나타내었다. PBE로 전 처리한 실험군은 이물질대사효소(cytochrome P_450, cytochrome b$_{5}$, cytochrome b$_{5}$, reductase), 혈청 TBARS, AST와 ALT, 간무게비에서 어떠한 유의적인 변화도 관찰되지 않았다. 이러한결과는 적어도 이 실험조건에서는 PBE가 사염호탄소 혹은 에탄올로 유도한 간 독성에 대하여 보호 또는 회복효과가 없다고 판단된다. Protaetia brevitarsis has been utilized as an ingredient of the description for the treatment of patients with chronic hepatic diseases in oriental medicine. This study was attempted to investigate whether Protaetia brevitarsis extract(PBE) protects or modulates the liver injuries induced by carbon tetrachloride or ethanol in Sprageue-Dawley rate. The liver injuries of rats induced by the treatment of carbon tetrachloride or ethanol were manifested by the observation of the significant changes in liver weight, serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) activities, serum thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS), and microsomal detocification enzymes(cytochrome P_450), cytochrome b$_{5}$, and cytochrome b$_{5}$ reductase).The effect of PBF on the liver damage induced by the chemicals was evaluated with the extent modulated in change of biochemical parameters above. Exposure to ethanol alone resulted a significant change in the ration of liver per body weight, ALT activity, and microsomal detoxification enzymes (cytochrome P_450, cytochrome b$_{5}$, and cytochrome b$_{5}$ reductase), but did not significantly changes in the levels of serum AST activity and TBARS. Pretreatment coith PBE did not modulate the alteration of the ratio of liver to body weigth, and the activities of serum aminotransferascs (AST. ALT), TBARS, and micro somal detoxification enzyme (cytochrome p_450, cytochrome b$_{5}$,and cytochrome b$_{5}$ reductase. These result suggested that PBE has not appreciable therapeutic effect on carbon tetrachloride or ethanol induced hepatotoxicity.
