Posterior transarticular screw fixation for atlantoaxial instability due to trauma or rheumatoid arthritis provides immediate rigid fixation of the C1-2 vertebral segment while preserving motion between the occiput and C1. This technique provides more resistance to translational and rotational forces than wiring technique. However, the technique of transarticular screw fixation is inherently demanding because of the complex anatomy of the occipitocervical region and vertebral artery(VA) at risk for arterial damage. VA injury may lead to serious subsequent neurological deficits and possibly death from bilateral VA injury. We report a case of a vertebral artery-to-epidural venous plexus fistula after posterior transarticular screw fixation which was treated with balloon occlusion.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to compare computed tomographic angiography(CTA) with conventional cerebral angiography(CCA) and to assess usefulness of CTA in detection and anatomic definition of intracranial aneurysms of the circle of Willis in subarachnoid hemorrhage. Patients and Methods : Fifty consecutive patients with known or suspected intracranial saccular aneurysms underwent CTA with preoperative CCA from 1997 to 1999. Using surface shaded display post-processing technique, CTA was interpreted for the presence, location of aneurysms and anatomic features. The image obtained with CTA was then compared with CCA image. Results : In 47 patients, CCA revealed 57 cerebral aneurysms and CTA revealed 54 aneurysms. Two of the 57 cerebral aneurysms were located outside of the imaging volume of CTA and one case was misdiagnosed. The sensitivity of CTA was 94.7% and the specificity was 100%. The results obtained with CTA were, compared with the results obtained with CCA, equal in determining dome shape, direction and lobularity. However, CTA provided a 3-dimensional representation of aneurysmal lesion very useful for surgical planning. Moreover, CTA was useful for rapid and relatively noninvasive detection of aneurysms in the circle of Willis. Conclusion : CTA can be a diagnostic tool for the patients with acute subarachnoid hemorrhage due to a ruptured aneurysm of the circle of Willis and provides adequate anatomic detail for surgical planning, especially to complex cerebral aneurysms. However, we think CCA is necessary because of CTA limitations including its difficulty in detecting unusually located aneurysms(including those in cavernous sinus or distal artery) and combined vascular lesion (including arteriovenous malformation) and acquiring dynamic flow information.

2016년 원자력안전위원회는 스트레스테스트 추진계획 및 수행지침을 확정하였으며, 극한 자연재해에 대한 구조물 · 계통 ·기기 건전성 평가 시 현장점검을 실시하여 지진건전성에 영향을 줄 수 있는 변형 또는 상태 변화 발생여부를 확인하도록 하고 있다. 지진 현장점검은 ASME/ANS PRA Standard-2009 또는 EPRI NP-6041에서 제시한 방법을 활용하도록 하고 있다. 가동원전 스트레스테스트 수행 시 지진 현장점검은 극한자연재해에 대한 구조물 · 계통 · 기기 건전성 평가를 위해 필수적으로 수행되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 국내 가동원전에 대한 구조물·계통 · 기기의 지진 현장점검 방법에 대해 기술하였다.

델파이(Delphi)와 계층구조분석(AHP)을 활용한 공부하는 학생선수 육성제도 실효성 재고찰

본 연구는 공부하는 학생선수 육성제도의 실효성을 재고찰해보고 추후 안정적으로 정착할 수 있는 실천적 과제를 도출하는데에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 델파이(Delphi)와 계층구조분석(Analytic Hierarchy Process)기법을 적용하였다. 전문가 집단은 유목적 표집법(purposeful sampling)과 눈덩이 표집법(snowball sampling)을 이용하여 총 25명으로 구성하였다. 총 3차에 걸친 전문가 설문조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, spss18.0 프로그램과 Expert Choice 2000 프로그램을 통해 분석하였다. 먼저 델파이 조사결과는 대분류 5개 요인, 중분류 14개 요인, 소분류 63개 요인으로 도출되었다. 둘째 계층구조 분석 결과는 대분류, 중분류, 소분류 요인의 상대적 중요도와 우선순위로 제시되었다. 또한, 전체 항목별 복합 가중치는 수능 및 학생부 반영 조정(.062), 경기실적 반영 조정(.059)가 가장 높았다. The purpose of this study was to reconsider the effectiveness of the studying student athlete fostering system and to derive practical tasks that can be settled stably in the future. For this, Delphi and Analytic Hierarchy Process were applied. The expert group consisted of a total of 25 people using purposeful sampling and snowball sampling. Data were collected through a total of three expert surveys, and analyzed through the spss 18.0 program and the Expert Choice 2000 program. First, the Delphi survey result was found to be 5 factors for the large category, 14 factors for the middle category, and 63 factors for the small category. Second, the results of Analytic Hierarchy Process were presented in terms of the relative importance and priority of the large, medium, and small classification factors. In addition, for the composite weights for all items, the adjustment to reflect the College Scholastic Ability Test(CSAT) and school performance records(.062) and the adjustment to reflect the game performance evaluation(.059) were the highest.

시각장애인 골퍼의 여가활동을 위한 자원봉사자의 참여 동기와 지속에 대한 연구

The present study is aimed at investigating on motivation and willingness to persistence of voluntary golfers for blind golfers. The study conducted focus group interview with 7 participants, which were selected from purposive sampling. The findings from the interview are as follows. First, the voluntary golfers reported the profound gratification by participating in the voluntary activities. By doing physical activities as leisure activity, They've developed the bond of sympathy with blind golfers. Their deep gratification facilitates voluntary golfers' positive motivation and willingness to persistence of voluntary work. Second, 7 voluntary golfers in the interview (n=7) were encouraged by the other voluntary golfers to start their voluntary works at first time. Lastly, voluntary golfers reported that they've developed their physical strength from the work and it allows them to continue to participate in voluntary golfing. During the play, participants were asked to have the same amount of physical activities as like a real golf play. Although the blind golfers are playing golf, the voluntary golfers also need to follow the same steps of mental and physical golf plays. In conclusion, the present study proposes that voluntary golfers are highly satisfied with their work since the voluntary leisure activities provide them to develop the profound gratification to continue to play golf with blind golfers.

The purpose of this study was to provide basic data through the study that is to analyze cognition about Korea Sport Club model project Marketing mix 4Cs. For this, This study analyzed by IPA(Importance-Performance Analysis). The results were as follows. The quadrant Ⅰ is "the keep up the good work" part. and the quadrant Ⅰ includes "health Promotion", "worthy leisure" and "communication with sport club operator and director". The quadrant Ⅱ is "the concentrate here" part. and the quadrant Ⅱ includes "sport facility scale and sufficient condition", "sport facility surroundings", "financial inducement for sport club", "accident insurance", "tax benefit", "communication with the other sport club", "contracture of sport club promotion and information system" and "network correlated between organization and corporation". The quadrant Ⅲ is "the low priority" part, and the quadrant Ⅲ includes "the regulations and the procedure about sport club join", "sport club program management", "sport club dues" and "regional society donation". The quadrant Ⅳ is "the possible overkill" part, and the quadrant Ⅳ includes "regional community" and "improvement in exercise ability".

Too many convenient systems produce much information to be processed but it can cause driver distraction. Head-up Display is a good device to display visual information safely. This paper describes the development of Head-up Display and its application technology to vehicles and deals with problems of the developed Head-up Display and remaining technology issues.

델파이기법을 활용한 골프장 경영 활성화 방안

This study is aimed to propose the ameliorations for the local golf course management and suggest the improvement schema to the specific golf course, which is located in the local area of Korea. In the study, 53 golf experts of practician, administrators and researchers were asked to participated in the delphi survey. The golfexpert group reached a consensus for the ameliorations of the local golf course management and they are summarized as follows. At first, the golf experts requested to unify the permission process of local golf course management. Secondly, to improve the satisfaction of visiting golfers, the local golf course needs to implement the aggressive marketing approach. Thirdly, the local golf course needs to develop the positive relationshi p with the local government or organizations, expecting the benefits from the local supports. Fourthly, since there are the limited number of the professional golf course managers, the local golf course needs to improve their working conditions to attract more professional managers. management. Fifthly, the golf experts insisted it is necessary to reduce the tax burden in order to cut the green fees down. Sixthly, it requests the market-ing mix strategy for the golf course management. Seventhly, the local golf course has to develop the program to secure the professional caddies to deserve the high-quality service. Eighthly, the local golf course has to promote the image of the golf course club to be noble, expectin g to attract the nationwide golfers. Ninthly, it needs to organize the local golf course association to claim that the government revises the golf course regulations to be more practical. Lastly, the golf experts insisted that the local golf course needs to appeal to the government that it is necessary to impose the reasonable taxation for the betterment of golf course management.
