BCAA 섭취가 중추피로변인 및 지구성 운동수행 능력에 미치는 효과

BCAA섭취가 중추피로변인 및 지구성 운동수행 능력에 미치는 효과. 운동과학, 제11권 제1호, 25-34, 2002. 본 연구는 탈진적인 지구성 운동시 BCAA (Branched-chain amino acid)섭취가 중추피로의 주 요인인 세로토닌 및 암모니아 농도와 지구성 운동수행능력에 미치는 효과를 실험적으로 구명하는데 목적을 두었다. 실험대상자는 고등학교 싸이클 선수 9명으로 각 피험자의 70%VO_2max의 강도로 자전거 에르고메터를 이용하여 탈진시까지 운동을 실시하였으며, BCAA는 피험자의 체중당 78㎎을 역삼투수 500㎖에 용해시켜 구강 섭취하였다. BCAA와 위약섭취시기의 실험조건을 동일하게 하였으며, BCAA와 위약을 교차하여 섭취하는 무작위처치를 이용하였다. 채혈은 카테터를 전완정맥에 삽입하여 제재섭취전, 제재섭취 50분 후, 운동중 30분, 운동직후(탈진) 및 회복기 30분에 각각 10㎖씩 채혈하였다. 혈장 BCAA 및 BCKA치 농도는 BCAA섭취시 유의하게 증가한 것으로 나타났으며, 혈장 암모니아농도는 운동시 BCAA섭취에서 증가하였지만 유의한 차이를 나타내지는 않았다. 혈중 젖산 및 혈장 트립토판의 농도는 BCAA섭취 시 감소하였으나 유의한 차이는 없었으며, 혈장 세로토닌 농도는 BCAA섭취 시 유의하게 감소한 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 주관적 운동강도(RPE) 및 지구성 운동수행시간은 BCAA섭취 시 증가하였으나 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. Experimental conditions of BCAA and placebo administration were the same and randomized ingestion were used. The time of inserting catheter was earlier agents administration and the blood sampling time were just before agents administration, 50minutes after agents administration, exercise 30 minutes, exhaustion, recovery 30 minutes, 10㎖ blood was taken. Plasma BCAA and BCKA concentrations were significantly increased (p<.05) when BCAA administration, plasma ammonia concentration was increased when BCAA administration but there was not significant. Blood lactate and plasma trytophan concentrations were decreased when BCAA administration but there was not significant, plasma serotonin was significantly decreased(p<.05) when BCAA administration. RPE and exercise time were decreased when BCAA administration but there was not significant.
요통환자의 Lumbar Lordotic Angle, Ferguson’s Angle과 골밀도에 대한 상관성

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate correlations between lumbar lordotic angle(LLA), Ferguson’s angle(FA) and bone mineral density(BMD) in patients with low back pain. Methods : We measured LLA, FA and BMD of 199 patients with low back pain. Then we analyzed correlations between LLA, FA and BMD using statistical program. Results : There was significant correlation between LLA and FA, and also between age, height and BMD. There was no significant correlations between LLA, FA and BMD. BMD of paitients also showed no significant correlations with LLA and FA according to age and sex. Conclusions : BMD had no significant effect on LLA and FA. On the other hand, there was significant correlation between LLA and FA.
지구성 운동 시 Branched-chain amino acids와 Ornithine α-Ketoglutarate 혼합섭취가 중추피로에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to estimate the effect of Compound with trenched-chain amino acid and ornithine a-ketoglutarate administration on plasma serotonin and amino acids concentration that was central fatigue factors during endurance exercise with exhausted, 9 male high school cycling players were participated as subjects of this study and BCAA+OKG 78㎎/㎏·w solved in distilled water 500㎖ were administrated to them and exhaustive endurance exercise was executed by using 70%VO₂max intensity to cycle ergometer. Experimental conditions of BCAA+OKG and placebo administration were the same and randomized ingestion were used, The time of inserting catheter was earlier agents administration and the blood sampling time were just before agents administration, 50minutes after agents administration, exercise 30 minutes, exhaustion, recovery 30 minutes and at every five each time, 10㎖ blood was taken. The results are as follows after analysing plasma ammonia, glutamate, glutamine, ornithine. Tryptophan, alanine, serotonin, BCAA, BCKA, blood lactate concentration in blood and changes of exercise time according to BCAA+OKG administration, When BCAA+OKG administration was carried out, compared with placebo administration, there was significant decrease in plasma ammonia, serotonin, trytophan blood lactate concentration(P<.05). Plasma glutamate, glutamine, ornithine, alanine, BCAA, and BCKA concentration were increased significantly(P<.05) when BCAA+OKG administration was carried out. And exercise time was also increased average 8 minuets above when BCAA+OKG administration. In conclusion, it was certain that the simulaneous administration of BCAA+OKG intake and could be inhibited the serotonin of concenfration and the ammonia of concenfration and improve endurance performance.
