In der Absicht dieser Arbeit liegt es, zuerst die $gt;~bereinstimmungen zwischen den elf Sohnen and den ihnen zugeordneten Erzahlungen nachzuweisen, dann die anderen Identitaten der Sohne and das Vaterbild bei Franz Kafka zu ermitteln. Zufolge Franz Kafkas Bemerkung gegenuber Max Brod scheint es offensichtlich, daB mit den elf Sohnen elf Geschichten gemeint Bind. Man ist aber daruber verschiedener Meinung, mit welchen Erzahlungen die Sohne genau identifiziert werden konnten. Nach der von Kafka selbst geschriebenen Originalliste der elf Titel zu urteilen, stimme ich Hartmut Binder bei. Seiner Einordnung folgend, paare ich die elf Sohne mit elf Erzahlungen wie folgt: Dem ersten Sohn entspricht er neue Advokat$quot;, dem zweiten in Brudermord$quot;, dem dritten in Landarzt$quot;, dem vierten er Kubelreiter$quot; dem funften uf der Galerie$quot;, dem sechsten chakale and Araber$quot;, dem siebten in altes Blatt$quot;, dem achten as nachste Dorf$quot;, dem neunten ine kaiserliche Botschaft$quot;, dem zehnten or dem Gesetz$quot;, and dem elften in Traum$quot;. Bei den Betrachtungen caber die Angemessnheit dieser Paarungen sollen sich die Richtlinien der Analyse voraussetzen lassen: Jede Aussage caber einen der Sohne kann auf jeden Aspektderihm zugeordneten Ezrahlung hinweisen; nur die Charakterzuge der Sohne, die mit den Erzahlungen in Zusammenhang zu bringen ist, sollen berucksichtigt werden, Die Analyse fuhrt dazu, die obenerwahnten Paarungen weisen die klareren and festeren ~lbereinstimmungen der Sbhne mit den Erzahlungen auf als alle andere. Jedoch ist die lf Sohne$quot; selbst als sprachliches Kunstwerk im anderen Standpunkt zu interpretieren. Im Lichte der Bibel deuten Kafkas elf Sohne auf Jakobs elf S8hne hin. Auch Kafka vermag also mit Jakob gleichgesetzt zu werden, was es uns ermoglicht, daraus den Begriff von Vaterschaft des Kafka zu analogisieren: Wie Jakob durch die ununterbrochene Fortpflanzung sener NachkSmmlinge Vater des Judenvolkes geworden ist, so traumte Kafka vom Rang des groBen geistigen Vaters durch die ewigen Einflusse seines Werkes auf die kommenden Generationen. Heutiger Situation nach scheint sein Wunsch erfullt zu sein. Allerdings wird die zukunftige Literatur darauf eine bestimmte Antwort geben, ob seine Literatur fur immer fortlebt.

소상공인의 시장 환경특성과 지원서비스가 균형성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 소상공인의 성과평가에 대한 실증분석 자료를 제시하고자 시장 환경특성과 정부지원서비스가 소상공인의 균형성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과에 따르면 동태적 환경과 정태적 환경으로 구분되는 소상공인의 시장 환경특성과 정부지원서비스의 정도는 소상공인의 균형성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 소상공인의 시장 환경특성과 정부지원서비스의 상호작용은 대체로 균형성과에 유의한 영향을 나타내지 않는 것으로 파악되었다. 소상공인의 시장 환경특성에 따라 구분한 하위표본을 대상으로 균형성과에 대한 추가적인 차이분석을 실시한 결과는 시장 환경특성을 통제할 경우에 정부지원서비스가 균형성과에 미치는 영향은 상대적으로 제한되는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 분석결과는 소상공인의 시장 환경특성과 정부지원서비스가 소상공인의 균형성과에 영향을 미치는 요인임에도 불구하고 정부지원서비스는 소상공인의 시장 환경특성을 충분히 고려하지 않고 제공된다는 점을 반영하고 있다. This study analyzes empirically the effects of the market environmental characteristics and governmental support on the Balanced Score of small firms. Based on analyses, this study shows that market environmental characteristics of small firms are classified as dynamic and stable properties and provide significant effect on Balanced Score of the firms. The level of governmental support also turns out to be a factor of Balanced Score of the firms. On general, however, the interaction of market environmental characteristics and governmental support gives no effect on the performance of Small & Micro Business. Additional analyses of sub samples grouped by same market characteristics show that governmental support of Small & Micro Business have only delimited impact on the Balanced Score. On the whole, results are interpreted that even though both market environmental characteristics and governmental support are significant performance factors of Small & Micro Business, governmental support for the business are provided without sufficient consideration of the firms' market environmental characteristics.

The general separation processes for liquid mixtures need the energy consumed and causes of primary cost. The pervaporation separation process could be regarded as the energy saving process[1]. In this study, it is introduced that the preferential isopropyl alcohol separation from the aqueous feed was carried out using the composite membranes according to the operating conditions, such as, the operating temperature, feed concentration etc. And the commercial scale module was prepared and tested for the long-term period, and finally the stabilized and consistent results of both permeability and selectivity were obtained.

호텔기업의 내부마케팅 활동이 재무적 성과에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 호텔기업을 대상으로 재무적 성과를 위한 내부마케팅과 종업원만족, 서비스품질, 그리고 고객만족의 종합적인 관련성을 분석하였다. 구조방정식 모형의 분석결과에 따르면, 내부마케팅은 종업원만족과 서비스품질 및 외부 고객만족에 대하여 직접적인 정의 영향을 미치며, 재무성과에 대해서는 관련 매개변수를 통하여 유의한 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 서비스품질은 고객만족과 재무성과에 대하여 직접적인 정의 관계와 동시에 고객만족을 매개로 재무성과에 유의한 간접효과를 나타내었으며, 고객만족은 재무성과에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 반면에 종업원만족은 선행연구에서 제시한 바와 달리 서비스품질과 외부 고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었으며, 종업원만족이 서비스품질을 매개로 고객만족에 미치는 간접효과도 유의한 것으로 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 분석결과는 내부마케팅이 호텔기업의 서비스품질과 고객만족의 구조적 요인이며, 재무성과를 위한 전략적 중요성을 가진다는 점을 강조하고 있다. This study analyzes the structural relationship between internal marketing and financial performance of hotel corporations. Employee satisfaction, Service quality, and Customer satisfaction variables are included as mediating factors. According to the analysis of a structural model, internal marketing gives significant direct impact on employee satisfaction, service quality, and customer satisfaction together with indirect impact on financial performance via related mediating variables. Service quality gives direct significant impact on customer satisfaction and financial performance and also shows significant indirect relationship with financial performance via customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction gives significant direct impact on financial performance. On the contrary to previous studies, employee satisfaction shows neither significant direct relationship with both service quality and customer satisfaction, nor indirect relationship with customer satisfaction via service quality. These results emphasize that internal marketing is a systematic factor for both service quality and customer satisfaction and strategically important for financial performance of hotel corporations.

Membrane gas separation process is one of the next generations gas separation processes for carbon capture and storage. Membrane process has the advantages of small footprint and easy scale-up of membrane modules, and clean process without any emission of harmful byproducts. The CO₂ capture membrane plant of flue gas at KIER has been in testing, and the small-scale of multi-stage membrane processes at LNG-fired power plant and cement industry are planned to on-site tested.
