An ameloblastoma produces more extensive resorption of the teeth on which it encroaches than do most of the other lesions. In this study, intraoral and extraoral radiographs of 78 cases of ameloblastoma were observed and the root resorption associated with ameloblastoma was classified into four types of resorption. With these, the following conclusions were obtained. 1. The root resorption was observed in 72 cases of ameloblastoma. (92.3%) 2. In the aspect of resorptive changes of 424 roots observed, 342 roots showed smooth resorption. (80.6%) 3. The 424 roots associated with ameloblastoma revealed the following radiographic features. a) Root apex resorption in contact with the lesion appeared in 189 roots. (44.5%) b) The resorption of roots projected into the lesion appeared in 147 roots. (34.6%) c) Slight resorption of root surface in contact with the lesion was observed in 56 roots. (13.2%) d) Loss of lamina dura and periodontal space without root resorption were observed in 32 roots. (7.7%)
공동체의식 증진을 위한 SNS활용 소셜액션러닝 프로그램 개발 및 현장적용

The purpose of this study is to construct and analyzied of field application result the goal, substance, teaching-learning method and assessment of the progrm. In order to develop the social action learning program using SNS for promoting community consciousness in early childhood education. For acquisitions of this study were used that follows; participant ovservation, interview, documation collection as qualitive research method. And review of field application for improve sense of community by Social action learning program utilizing SNS. The results are as follows; First, it was found that the program developed in this study was effective in enhancing community awareness. Second, as a result of field application, it was analyzed that the program was acting as ‘the growing teacher’, ‘teacher as learning community’, and ‘teacher as mentor’ were the three main factors. Teachers showed a positive change as they looked for ‘a channel of communication with parents’. ‘moving from a teacher trapped in the classroom’ resulted in finding happiness by resolving anxiety, and it led to active participation and classroom activities. These findings showed that the teacher was able to take this as chance for discovering find new and changed aspects of their classes. This study has its implication by suggesting the direction of educational use of utilizing SNS. 본 연구는 유아교육기관에서 공동체의식 증진을 위한 SNS활용 소셜액션러닝 프로그램을 개발하기 위하여 프로그램의 목적과 목표, 내용, 교수-학습방법, 평가방법을 구안하고 현장적용 결과를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위한 자료수집은 질적 분석방법인 참여관찰과 심층면담, 문서수집 등의 다양한 방법을 활용하였다. 또한 이론적 검토를 통하여 공동체의식 증진을 위한 SNS활용 소셜액션러닝 프로그램을 구안하여 프로그램의 현장 적합성을 검토 하였다. 그 결과 본 연구에서 개발한 프로그램은 공동체 의식 증진에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 현장적용 결과 ‘성장하는 교사’, ‘학습공동체로서의 교사’, ‘멘토로서의 교사’ 역할을 수행하는 것으로 분석되었다. 교사들은 ‘부모와의 소통의 통로’를 찾으면서 긍정적 변화의 모습이 나타났으며. ‘수업 안에서 갇힌 교사에서 나아가는 것’ 은 불안감 해소로 행복을 찾고, 능동적인 참여와 수업이 활성화되는 결과로 이어졌다. 이는 교사가 자신의 수업에서 변화된 새로운 모습을 찾을 수 있는 계기가 되었음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구는 SNS의 교육적 활용에 대한 방향성을 제시한 점에서 의의를 찾을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
Ossifying Lipoma in the Inguinal Region : A Case Report

Ossifying lipoma is a rare benign tumor, and most of the previously reported ossifying lipomas have been found in the head and neck region. We report here on the case of a 35-year-old female with an ossifying lipoma in the inguinal region. To the best of our knowledge, this case of ossifying lipoma may be the first one that’s occurred in the inguinal region. Here we present the CT and MR imaging findings of ossifying lipoma and we correlate them with the pathologic findings. We discuss making the differential diagnosis of this rare lipoma variant lesion according to this lesion’s characteristic findings on the CT and MR, and we correlate these findings with the histopathology.
