공통양식론에서부터 출발한 고식도질토기에 관한 연구는 현재 김해·부산양식과 공통양식의 이대양식론으로 대별되기에 이르렀다. 그 중 기형 및 기종구성이 유사한 공통양식 고식도질토기가 4 세기대 영남의 각 지역에서 확인되고 있다. 이러한 현상에 관하여 함안을 중심에 두고 그 토기문화가 지역 확산되었다는 함안중심설과 여러 지역에서 동시 제작 사용되었다는 자체제작설의 두 가지의 커다란 관점을 중심으로 여러 의견들이 제기되어 왔다. 본고는 영남지역에서 출토되는 공통양식 고식도질토기를 내륙양식 고식도질토기로 명명한 후, 자체제작설을 인정하는 입장에서 이를 검토하고 그 배경을 살펴보았다. 각 지역에서 출토되는 주요 기종 중에서 호류를 제외한 비교적 출토비율이 높은 고배, 노형기대, 파수부배, 개, 옹류를 대상으로 형식분류를 하였다. 형식설정에는 시간성만을 고려하지 않고 공간성도 고려하였기에 시·공간성을 반영한 다양한 범주의 것이 개별형식으로 설정되었다. 시간성을 가지는 속성을 중심으로 형식을 구성하는 조합을 시간순으로 배열하여 단계를 설정하였다. 이를 통해 4세기대 영남지역의 내륙양식 고식도질토기문화는 함안권, 진주·사천·하동권, 경주권, 대구권, 합천권의 5개 권역으로 나눌 수 있었다. 또한 권역별로 각자의 토기문화를 가지고 변화·발전하고 있었음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 내륙양식 고식도질토기가 한 지역에서부터 단선적으로 분화·발전했다고 보기는 어렵다. 최소한 각 권역은 밀접한 상호 관계를 가지고 있었지만 함안지역의 발달된 토기생산기술과 지리적 이점으로 인해 함안권의 토기가 더욱 넓은 지역에까지 확산될 수 있었다. 따라서 그것이 함안의 정치세력을 상정하거나 함안이 시종일관 중심적 역할을 하면서 타 지역 토기에 대한 생산 및 수급에 영향력을 미쳤다고는 보기 어렵다. The Inland style - Early style stoneware which has got similar form and type assemblage has been discovered around Young-nam area during the 4th century. Various opinions focused on two different points; Haman-centered theory that the pottery culture spread territorially centered on Haman, and self product theory that the pottery was produced and used in various parts at the same time, have been proposed about this phenomenon. I examined Inland style - Early style stoneware all parts of Young-nam area based on these studies so far. I did apply type classification to a brazier-Shaped pottery, a mounted dish, a mug-shaped pottery, a lid and a pot which are excavated in a high rate comparatively except a jar in main types. Through this they were divided into five regions; Haman region - centerd on Haman, Uiryeong, Masan and Jinju, Jinju·Sacheon·Hadong region - include some part of Sacheon, Hadong, Hamyang and Jinju, Gyeongju region -Gyeongju, Pohang and Ulsan, Dagu region - Dagu and Gyeongsan, Hapcheon region. Through this local examination, it is confirmed that each region -Haman, Jinju·Sacheon·Hadong, Gyeongju, Daegu, Hapcheon region - was changed and developed with its own pottery culture. It is hard to understand that the inland style - early style stoneware was divided and developed from one region unilinearly. However, it is also hard to understand that the early style stoneware culture was developed in these region at the same time. There is a time difference in the development of the early style stoneware culture.

This study compared the effects of dietary supplementation of citrus by-product (CBP) and CBP fermented with Bacillus subtilis (F-CBP) on growth performance, feed utilization, intestinal histology and innate immunity of red seabream Pagrus major with three commercial immune-boosting products. The six experimental diets were supplemented with L-ascorbyl-2-polyphosphate (LAPP; the control diet), CBP or F-CBP at a concentration of 100 mg vitamin C equivalent/kg diet or one of three commercial immune boosters. The Experimental diets were fed to triplicate groups of 17 fish (initial body weight, 116 g) for 8 weeks. The water temperature during the feeding trial was maintained at 13-15℃. Growth and feed utilization did not differ significantly among the six dietary treatments, nor did the phagocytic activity, superoxide dismutase or total immunoglobulin concentrations. However, myeloperoxidase activity was significantly higher in the CBP groups. For the intestinal histology, the intestine diameter, villi and enterocyte heights and number of goblet cells did not differ significantly among groups. Therefore, CBP or F-CBP can be used as a valuable eco-friendly byproduct in diets for fishes including red seabream to maintain their normal growth and health.
육성 넙치(Paralichthys olivaceus) 사료 내 인 공급제의 첨가가 성장률, 사료이용효율, 혈액성상 및 어체 내 광물질 조성에 미치는 영향

A feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effects of supplementation with four phosphorus (P) additives [monocalcium phosphate (MCP), dicalcium phosphate (DCP), tricalcium phosphate (TCP) and magnesium hydrogen phosphate (MHP)] on the growth, feed utilization and whole body mineral composition of juvenile olive flounders Paralichthys olivaceus. A basal diet without P supplementation was prepared as a negative control and four supplemental P sources were added at a level of 2%. Triplicate groups of fish (initial mean body weight 11 g) were fed one of the experimental diets to apparent satiation twice a day, at 08:30 and 18:00 for 10 weeks. The final body weights of fish fed the experimental diets ranged from 29.4 g (DCP) to 34.2 g (MCP) and did not differ significantly (P>0.05) among treatments. Similar tendencies were found for all parameters including weight gain (%), specific growth rate (SGR), feed conversion ratio (FCR), protein efficiency ratio (PER), feed intake (FI) and survival rate (SR). The hematocrit (%), hemoglobin (g/dL), serum inorganic P and whole body mineral composition did not differ significantly different (P>0.05) among the treatments. Therefore, dietary P addition is not necessary for juvenile olive flounder fed a fish meal-based diet.
유기자원 연용이 유기농 옥수수 밭토양의 화학성과 옥수수 수량에 미치는 영향

This study performed to conduct a test to increase the amount of appropriate organic matter input to organic upland soil, soil fertility, and its effect on the chemical changes and yield of corn in soil due to organic use. The pH level of the T1, T5, and T6 treatment zones where livestock excreta was used was raised to 6.0-6.5, the optimal range of the soil in Korea, and it was confirmed that the pH value was appropriate. Electrical Conductivity (EC), organic content (OM), and total nitrogen (T-N) were also identified as a trend of continuous increase. The quantity of corn gradually increased from 74.1% to 96.4% over the four-year period with the use of organic materials compared to the beginning of the test, and the utilization efficiency of nitrogen has also increased. The results of the study were found to have been able to examine the increase in quantity and changes in soil chemistry through crop cultivation using organic materials such as natural materials, green manure crops, and livestock manure compost, and it is also believed that the changes due to various factors such as soil environment, soil microbes, and climate conditions need to be made through continuous research.

This study examined the effects of dietary supplementation with citrus by-product (CBP) on the growth, feed utilization, innate immunity, and histology of the gills and intestine of juvenile olive flounder Paralichthys olivaceus during low water temperature season. A vitamin C-free basal diet was regarded as a control and five other diets were formulated that contained 30 and 300 mg of L-ascorbyl-2-polyphosphate (LAPP) or CBP as vitamin C equivalents/ kg diet, or the antibiotic oxytetracycline (OTC) (designated as control, LAPP30, LAPP300, CBP30, CBP300, and OTC, respectively). Olive flounder (initial body weight 44.6±0.32 g) were fed the six experimental diets to apparent satiation for 9 weeks. Growth and feed utilization were significantly higher in CBP30 than in the control and LAPP groups. The lysozyme activity was significantly higher in CBP30 than in LAPP300. Enterocyte height was significantly higher in CBP30 than in the control. The number of goblet cells was increased significantly with LAPP30, LAPP300, and CBP30. These results demonstrate that CBP can reduce or replace vitamin C and antibiotic in the diet of olive flounder during the low-water-temperature season. The optimal CBP supplementation level seems to be approximately 1%, which is equivalent to 30 ppm vitamin C/kg in the fish diet.

A feeding trial was conducted to evaluate the effect of dietary supplementation with fermented soybean meal by Bacillus subtilis (BFSBM) on growth performance, feed utilization, innate immunity, water quality, and disease resistance of Litopenaeus vannamei. A basal fish meal-based diet was regarded as a control and two other diets were prepared by replacing 30% fish meal with either soybean meal (SBM) or BFSBM. Triplicate groups of shrimp (0.80 ± 0.010 g) were fed one of the experimental diets for 6 weeks. No differences were found in final body weight, feed conversion ratio, or survival among all dietary treatments after the feeding trial. Shrimp fed the BFSBM diet had significantly higher phagocytic and phenoloxidase activities than those of shrimp fed the SBM diet. Total ammonia concentrations in culture water during a zero water exchange test tended to decrease in tanks where BFSBM diet was provided. Disease resistance of shrimp to Vibrio harveyi tended to increase in the BFSBM group during 14 days of challenge compared to that in the control (CON) and SBM groups. These results show that dietary supplementation with BFSBM can enhance the innate immunity of Pacific white shrimp and replace at least 30% of dietary fish meal.
