동적인 네트워크 환경을 지원하는 에이전트 플랫폼의 설계와 구현

최근 네트워크 환경이 점차 복잡해지고 동적으로 변화함에 따라서 이러한 에드혹 네트워크 환경을 지원하기 위한 에이전트 플랫폼에 관한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 기존 에드혹 네트워크 환경을 지원하는 에이전트 플랫폼은 플랫폼의 경량화에는 성공하였지만 FIPA에서 제안하는 에이전트 플랫폼의 표준안을 만족시키는 다양한 기능을 제공하지 못한다. 이것은 다른 에이전트 기반 시스템들과의 상호 운용성을 떨어트린다. 본 논문에서는 FIPA에서 제안하는 기능을 만족시키면서, 보다 빠른 서비스 제공 및 경량화된 에이전트 플랫폼을 설계 및 구현하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 에이전트 플랫폼은 FIPA 표준안을 만족시키기 때문에 에드혹 네트워크 환경뿐만 아니라 범용적인 네트워크 환경에서도 동작 가능하고, 플랫폼의 경량화된 특성으로 인하여 PDA와 같은 모바일 기기에도 이식하여 사용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 에드혹 네트워크 환경을 지원하는 에이전트 플랫폼을 설계 및 구현하였으며 동적 및 정적 네트워크 환경의 효과적인 적용 및 에이전트 플랫폼이 구동 불가능 단말기에서 의 구동여부를 평가하여 그 유효성을 검증하였다.

빌헬름 뢰프케의 경제, 사회, 정치질서 개념에 대한 연구

This paper aims to introduce the idea of Wilhelm Röpke, a prominent theorist of ordoliberalism and social market economy, focusing on his representative works “A Humane Economy” and “Civitas Humana”, and to investigate the characteristics of his analysis as well as its distinctiveness from other schools of economics. For this, the study sets out his ideas concerning the orders of economy, society, and politics, with special focus on his concept of order. His discussion of competition, monopoly, and proletarianization is highlighted regarding the relationship between the three kinds of orders. He contrasted the free and the collectivistic orders as a holistic complex consisting of economic, social, and political aspects. He argued that only the free order was suitable to human nature, while the collectivistic order was deemed to cause inflation, undergrowth, and disintegration of society. Nevertheless, he warned against the possibility that the free order might collapse due to environmental change, even without collectivistic interventions, which leads him to admit justifications for monopoly regulations or government supports for small businesses and farms. Ordoliberalism challenges the Keynesian school’s insistence on state intervention with the economic process. As opposed to neoclassical economics, it does not embrace mathematical methods and modeling. In addition, it is distinct from the Austrian and Chicago schools of economics by its advocacy of decentralization in all aspects of economy, society, and political power, as well as its critique against monopolistic and large-scale production systems. The revisit to the idea of Röpke shall be instructive in understanding the fundamentals of ordoliberalism. Also, it can contribute to deepening the analysis of the contemporary economy by supplying theoretical and methodological resources.
