MITRE ATT&CK 프레임 워크의 TTPs 검증에 관한 연구

고도화되고 진화하는 사이버 공격에 대응하기 위해, 기존의 IOC(Indicators Of Compromise) 기반 진단 기술의 한계를 인식하고 TTPs(Tactics, Techniques and Procedures) 기반의 진단 기술에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 TTPs 기반의 정보를 제공하는 보안 프레임워크 중에 MITRE ATT&CK이 대표적이라고 할 수 있으며, 많은 보안 업체들이 MITRE ATT&CK에 정의된 프로시저에 대한 진단 기술 개발에 집중하고 있다. 그러나, 해당 프로시저에 대한 익스플로잇(exploit) 코드와 공격 도구를 찾는데 많은 시간과 비용이 소모될 뿐 아니라, 실제로 동작하는지 여부를 판단하는 작업에도 많은 리소스를 투입해야 하는 매우 비효율적인 상황에 직면해 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 MITRE ATT&CK 프레임워크에서 정의하는 프로시저에 대한 익스플로잇 코드와 공격에 사용되는 도구들을 찾아내고, 이 코드와 도구들이 실제 동작 가능한지를 검증하고자 한다.
누에의 RAPD 분석을 위한 primer의 GC 함량과 사전 제한효소 처리한 주형 DNA의 PCR 증폭효율에 관한 연구

This experiment was carried out to evaluate the effect of sublethal doses of BPMC, etofenprox, and buprofezin on N. lugens. and its predator C. lividipennis. Buprofezin was found to be the most toxic to N. lugens and the most safe to C. lividipennis among the three insecticides, based on LD50 values. Selective toxicity index calculated by dividing LDSo value of C. lividipennis by that of N. lugens indicated that buprofezin was very safe to C. lividipennis, showing selective toxicity of 2703.3. Longevity and fecundity of N. lugens treated with LDIU and LDm of buprofezin and BPMC were not significantly different with those of untreated brown planthoppers. However, egg hatchability' of N. lugens was greatly reduced when treated with LDm of buprofezin, having the highest inhibition rate of 17.7%. Hatchability of eggs from insects treated with BPMC was similar to that of control. The oviposited peak of treated hoppers appeared late as compared to the untreated which showed the peak at early part of the ovipositional period. The longevity and fecundity of C. lividipennis treated with BPMC were significantly reduced as compared with the untreated. Etofenprox also induced fecundity reduction when treated with LDlo, and LDm. However, C. lividipennis treated with sublethal doses of buprofezin showed no redution in logevity and fecundity. From these results, it may be said that buprofezin can be used to control brown planthopper without disrupting of C. lividipennis population in the rice field. RAPD-PCR(Random Amplified Polymorphic DNAs-Polymerase Chain Reation) 기법에 누에의 유전적 변이 분석을 위한 첫 단계로 다양한 GC함량을 갖는 random primer에 의해서 증폭되는 DNA 단편의 양상 및 증폭도를 비교하였다. RAPD-PCR을 위한 random primer의 증폭도는 GC함량에 의해서 상당히 영향을 받음이 분석되었다. 특히, 50% GC 함량을 갖는 primer는 그 증폭도에 따라서 4가지의 그룹으로 DNA단편이 증폭되었으며 〔bad amplification (75.5%), poor amplification (11.1%), good and excellent amplification(11.1%)〕, primer의 GC 함량이 증가할수록, 휠씬 더 좋은 증폭도를 보여주었다. 그러나, 40% GC 함량을 갖는 primer에 의해서는 어떤 증폭산물도 관찰되지 않았다. PCR을 수행하기 전에 6가지의 제한효소(BamHI, HindIII, Xbal, HaeIII, MspI, Rsal)를 사용하여 누에 genomic DNA를 처리하여 이를 주형 DNA로 하여 RAPD-PCR을 수행한 결과, 유전적 마커의 생산에 대한 효율이 증가함을 알 수 있었다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 볼 때 60%이상의 GC함량을 갖는 random primer와 전처리한 주형 DNA의 사용은 여러 가지 다른 누에 계통의 동정 및 연관군 지도작성에 따른 경비 및 시간을 줄이는데 효율적이라고 사료된다.

Schizophrenia is a chronic, currently incurable, and devastating syndrome. Although sleep disturbances are not primary symptoms of schizophrenia, they are important aspects of schizophrenia. Difficulties initiating or maintaining sleep are frequently encountered in patients with schizophrenia. Many schizophrenics report low subjective sleep quality. Measured by polysomnography, increased sleep latency as well as reduced total sleep time, sleep efficiency, slow wave sleep, and rapid eye movement sleep latency (REM latency), are found in most patients with schizophrenia and appear to be an important aspect of the pathophysiology of this disorder. Some literatures suggest that worsening sleep quality precedes schizophrenic exacerbations. Co-morbid sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and restless legs syndrome (RLS), and sleep-disrupting behaviors associated with schizophrenia may lead to sleep disturbances. Clinicians should screen the patient with sleep complaints for primary sleep disorders like OSA and RLS, and carefully evaluate sleep hygiene behaviors of all patients with schizophrenia who complain of sleep disturbances.
Communicating Hydrocephalus Onset Following a Traumatic Tension Pneumocephalus

The entrapment of intracranial air from the check valve system results in a tension pneumocephalus. It should be distinguished from simple pneumocephalus because they are intracranial space-occupying masses that can threaten life. Communicating hydrocephalus is a serious and frequent complication of post-traumatic head injury. Head injury is one of the most common causes in etiopathogenesis of communicating hydrocephalus. Here, we describe a case of a 65-year-old man who developed communicating hydrocephalus after a post-traumatic tension pneumocephalus. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first reported case of communicating hydrocephalus developed after a post-traumatic tension pneumocephalus. Although the exact pathogenic mechanisms underlying the cascade following trauma remain unclear, communicating hydrocephalus after a tension pneumocephalus could be considered a possible complication.

A new smooth bore test barrel was developed to be used in sensitivity assessment test for explosives and fragment impact test. The bore diameter of the barrel is 20 mm, and the powder chamber is designed to be replaceable with the 12.7 mm, 20 mm and 30 mm type chamber. The test results showed the wide range of fragment velocity from 400 to 2000 m/s, included the fragment velocity requirement of the fragment impact test(alternate procedure #1) in MIL-STD-2105B. The stability of the bullet trajectory was checked by test shots and the structural safety of the system has been confirmed through the stress analysis and the interior ballistics analysis of the barrel.
