      • ASP를 이용한 도서관 검색 시스템의 설계 및 구현

        본 시스템은 각 학교 환경에 맞는 도서관 검색 시스템을 설계하고 구현하는데 목적을 두었다. 우선 웹 상에서 도서 검색이 가능하도록 구현하고 이용자 사이에 상호 작용을 극대화하는데 중점을 두었다. 최대한 동적인 문서가 되도록 하였으며 각 학교의 운영방침에 맞는 시스템을 개발하고 향후에 갱신이 용이하도록 하였다. 또한 부족한 도서를 보완하기 위해서 이용자에게 필요한 다양한 정보를 제공할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 ASP(Active Server pages)를 이용한 도서관 검색 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다.

        주거복지사업과 주거복지센터의 업무에 관한 연구

        The housing supply rate have reached more than 100% and the standards of living rise higher level, despite that, there are still some households qualitatively and quantitatively in an unsatisfactory situation of dwelling conditions. Because of increasing of elderly & 1-2 person households and change in home ownership consciousness, the nation's housing policy has directed toward the Residential welfare policies with the housing supply policies. Through the Housing Welfare of the a public enterprize and private's website, and examine to the role of Housing Welfare Center and housing welfare business and suggest the desirable them. According to the draft enforcement ordinance of the basic housing, the affairs of the day center for housing welfare are to support a Residential Housing survey, to offer counseling and information about rental housing & housing welfare, to providing the information, to support connection with relevant agencies & organizations and the education & support home remodeling including advertizing of the relevant systems etc. The housing welfare business as defined in the regulations in each local government are same them as the draft enforcement ordinance of the basic housing. The regulations as defined in Daegu and Gwangju and Seoul City and Gyeonggi Province are composed of more specific and diverse industries. Much of the private housing welfare center’s configuration menu page are shared but differentiated according to some centers. Even though under-funded small cities as compared to big cities or local governments, concrete housing welfare business that can produce actual results and more differentiated situation should be deployed. 우리나라는 주택보급율이 100%를 넘어섰고, 생활수준이 향상되었음에도 불구하고, 여전히 주거수준이 질적으로, 양적으로 만족스럽지 못한 상황에 있는 가구들이 많은 실정이다. 1-2인 가구 및 노인가구의 증가, 자가소유의식의 변화 등으로 우리나라의 주택정책은 주택공급과 함께 주거복지정책을 연계하는 쪽으로 방향을 잡았다. 이에 주거복지사업을 시행하고 있는 공기업과 민간단체의 주거복지홈페이지를 통하여, 주거복지사업의 내용과 주거복지센터의 업무를 조사 분석하고, 바람직한 주거복지사업 및 주거복지센터의 역할에 대하여 제시해보고자 하였다. 주거기본법 시행령 안에 의하면, 주거복지센터의 업무는 주거복지 관련정보 제공 및 상담, 주거관련조사를 지원하며, 임대주택 등의 정보제공, 관련기관・단체와 연계하여 지원, 주택개조 등의 교육 및 지원, 관련제도 홍보 등이다. 지자체별 조례에 정의된 주거복지 사업은 주거기본법 시행령 안에서 정의한 내용이 들어있고, 서울시와 광주시와 대구시 및 경기도의 조례는 더 구체적이고 다양한 사업내용을 명문화하였다. 민간 주거복지센터의 홈페이지 메뉴구성은 대부분 공통되지만, 센터에 따라 차별화된 사업을 운영하고 있다. 일반적으로 대도시에 비하여 재정이 부족한 중소도시나 지자체일수록 더 차별화되고 실효를 거둘 수 있는 구체적인 주거복지사업이 전개되어야 한다.

        시각장애인의 경제적 스트레스와 생활만족도 관계연구: 사회적 지지의 조절효과를 중심으로

        The relationships between economic stress, life satisfaction, and social support, and the role of social support as a moderator were investigated among the visually impaired (N=200). Findings were as follow: (1) economic stress was negatively related to life satisfaction for the visually impaired when age, level of visual impairment, education, and income were controlled; (2) social support was positively related to life satisfaction when age, level of visual impairment, education, and income were controlled; (3) the moderating effect of social support in the relationship between economic stress and life satisfaction was not confirmed; and (4) when the participants were divided into two groups(trainee group and working group), the family support moderated and buffered the effect of economic stress on life satisfaction among the visually impaired. Grating limitations imposed by the convenience sample, the study illustrates the significant effects of economic stress and social support on life satisfaction. 본 연구는 역학인 양성 직업재활교육 프로그램 참가자와 역학업에 종사하는 역리업 시각장애인을 대상으로 이들의 경제적 스트레스, 생활만족도, 사회적지지의 관계를 조사하고 경제적 스트레스와 생활만족도와의 관계에서 사회적지지의 조절효과를 영역별로 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시각장애인의 경제적 스트레스와 생활만족도의 관계에서 응답자의 연령, 시각장애 등급, 학력, 소득을 통제변인으로 두고 분석한 결과 경제적 스트레스가 높을수록 시각장애인의 생활만족도가 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적지지와 생활만족도의 관계에서 응답자의 연령, 시각장애 등급, 학력, 소득을 통제변인으로 두고 분석한 결과 사회적지지가 높을수록 시각장애인의 생활만족도가 높아지는 것으로 조사되었다. 셋째, 경제적 스트레스가 생활만족도에 미치는 영향에서 사회적지지는 조절요인으로 작용을 하지 않았다. 넷째, 응답자 그룹(훈련생과 역학인)에 대한 경제적 스트레스와 생활만족도의 관계에서 사회적지지의 영역(가족, 친구, 주변인)별 조절효과 분석결과는 훈련생의 경우 가족지지가 이들이 경험하는 경제적 스트레스에도 불구하고 생활만족도를 향상시키는 완충효과를 나타내는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한 이러한 결과를 토대로 시각장애인의 경제적 스트레스감소와 생활만족도 및 사회적지지향상을 위해 시사 하는 바를 토론하였다.

        Secretion of MCP-1, IL-8 and IL-6 Induced by House Dust Mite, Dermatophagoides pteronissinus in Human Eosinophilic EoL-1 Cells

        The house dust mite (Dermatophagoides pteronissinus) is an important factor in triggering allergic diseases. The function of eosinophils, particularly in the production of cytokine or chemokine, is critical in understanding the pathogenesis of inflammatory diseases. In this study, we examined whether D. pteronissinus extract (DpE) induces the expression of monocyte chemotactic protein 1 (MCP-1)/ CCL2, IL-8/CXCL8, and IL-6 that mediate in the infiltration and activation of immune cells and in its signaling mechanism in the human eosinophilic cell line, EoL-1. DpE increased the mRNA and protein expression of MCP-1, IL-8, and IL-6 in a time- and dose-dependent course in EoL-1 cells. In our experiments using signal-specific inhibitors, we found that the increased expression of MCP-1, IL-8, and IL- 6 due to DpE is associated with Src family tyrosine kinase and protein kinase C δ (PKC δ). In addition, the activation of extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) is required for MCP-1 and IL-8 expression while p38 mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) is involved in IL-6 expression. DpE induced the phosphorylation of ERK and p38 MAPK. PP2, an inhibitor of Src family tyrosine kinase, and rottlerin, an inhibitor of PKC δ, blocked the activation of ERK and p38 MAPK. DpE induces the activation of ERK and p38 MAPK via Src family tyrosine kinase and PKC δ for MCP-1, IL-8, or IL-6 production. Increased cytokine release due to the house dust mite and the characterization of its signal transduction may be valuable in understanding the eosinophil-related pathogenic mechanism of inflammatory diseases.

        동물뼈 모델을 이용한 골내 주사의 기구에 따른 수행도 비교

        Purpose: To compare each type of intraosseous needles for the performance. Methods: Eighteen doctors participated. We chose chicken legs for the pediatric tibia model, and the metatarsal bone of swine for the adult humerus model, based on CT and bonedensitometry testing. We decided chicken legs for a pediatric tibia, metatarsal bones of swine for an adult humerus. Each doctor performed intraosseous insertion into the chicken leg 3 times per needle and 1 time per needle for the swine foot. In our study, we compared the following: intravenous needle (IV), spinal needle (SN), bone marrow aspiration needle (BN), Jamshidi needle (JN), and EZ-IO TM (EZ-IO). Results: The success rate of EZ-IO, JN, BN, IV, and SN was 79.6%, 63%, 57.4%, 42.6%, 16.7%, respectively in the pediatric model. The bending or broken rate of IV and SN was 42.6% and 59.3%. The success rate of EZ-IO, JN, BN, SN, and IV was 83.3%, 44.4%, 33.3%, 22.2%, and 22.2%, respectively in the adult model and the success rate of the IO device, such as EZ-IO and JN was higher than in others. The time to insert was 18.9~32.0 seconds to all devices but SN, BN, IV had wide standard deviations. Conclusion: We suggest that using commercial intraosseous devices are more effective than using IV, SN, and BN to achieve vascular access in severely ill patients. Further study of real patient models is needed to clarify the usefulness of the devices demonstrating successful results in this study.

      • 대구지역 성인의 식생활과 건강에 관련된 생활습관에 관한 조사

        In this study we investigated nutritional and anthropometric status, food, exercise, smoking and drinking habits in 50 men and 186 women living in Taegu. More than 80% of subjects were college students at their twenties. Average heights were 172.5cm for men and 162.9cm for women. Average weights were 67.0kg and 51.3kg for men and women, respectively. Av-rage BMIs were 22.6 and 19.9 for men and women. More than half of men did exercise either regularly or irregularly, but 64% of women did not exercise at all. Smoking habit was sharply contrasted between men and women as 56.5% vs 0.5%, while drinking habit was not very dif-ferent between them as 59.4% vs 50.8%. Twelve percent of drinkers was heavy habitual ones as five times per week. Food habits of subjects were generally not good. More than 40% of subjects had food habit score with no higher than 21. Analysis of 240hour recall reveals that fat, calcium intakes were higher but vitamins A and C and dietary fiber intakes were lower than Korean RDA and average Korean adult intakes shown in national nutrition survey for 1990. It is concluded that effective education programs for good food habit and exercise are needed as well as for correction of smoking and drinking habits.

        Allergic effects of Der p 38 and Der f 38: A Comparison

        Asthma is a chronic and allergic inflammation in the lung, mainly caused by house dust mites (HDM). Recent studies have reported Der p 38 and Der f 38 (Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus and D. farinae, respectively) as crucial allergens of HDMs. This study investigates the different allergic effects of Der p 38 and Der f 38 in an asthma-like mouse model. Lung infiltration of neutrophils was induced by intranasal administration of Der p 38 and Der f 38, with stronger infiltration being observed after exposure to Der p 38. Intranasal and intraperitoneal administration of Der p 38 induced the infiltration of neutrophils and eosinophils in the lung, which was similar to the effect subsequent to Der f 38 administration. Although the number of mast cells was increased, no significant difference was obtained between the effects of both allergens. In TLR4 knockout BALB/c mice, Der p 38 and Der f 38 had no effect on the infiltration of neutrophils, eosinophils, and mast cells. Additionally, allergenicity induced by Der p 38 and Der f 38 in the basophils of Der p38+/Der f 38+ asthmatic subjects was similar, although Der f 38 presented stronger allergenicity in basophils of Der p38+/Der f 38+ allergic patients than Der p 38. These findings contribute to understanding the role of similar allergen components derived from different species in the pathogenesis of allergic diseases.

        보육시설의 쾌적한 실내환경을 위한 관련기준 비교

        Child Care Center is an important space for infants and toddlers to take care of and educate. They have stayed long time indoor environment of Child Care Center(CCC) in the daytime. So CCC is one of the critical factors for their health. So This Study is to compare with various Standards regarding of Indoor Environment Quality of CCC depending on literature studies and propose better criteria for comfortable indoor environment of CCC than now one. Criteria regarding of indoor environment comfort in G-SEED, Korean Childcare Accreditation, Standards of Child Care Center Installation and Indoor Air Quality Management Act of Multiple Use Facilities were investigated. In the Korean Childcare Accreditation and Standards of Child Care Center Installation, they do not give the specific and clear standard for indoor environment quality in CCC. G-SEED evaluates the indoor air quality and sound environment of the indoor environment not light and thermal environment. Indoor environment amenity of CCC is regarded as more important issue in the future as well as now because CCC is the second house to bring up and educate a man of talent of our future society. So It is needed to set up clear and specific criteria of indoor environment in CCC and integration standards regarding of CCC. 어린이집은 영유아를 보호하고 양육하는 중요한 시설이다. 영유아들은 어린이집에서 주로 낮에 많은 시간을 보내게 된다. 따라서 어린이집은 영유아의 건강을 위하여 매우 중요한 시설이라고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 문헌연구를 통하여 영유아 보육시설의 실내환경의 질에 관한 여러 기준을 조사하고 비교 분석하여, 현재의 어린이집에 대한 실내환경 기준들보다 나은, 쾌적한 실내환경조성을 위한 기준을 제시하고자 한다. 분석대상자료는 녹색건축물인증제, 보육시설 평가인증제, 어린이집 설치기준, 다중이용시설 등의 실내공기질관리법이고, 그 중에서 실내환경의 쾌적성에 관련된 기준을 조사 분석하였다. 보육시설 평가인증제, 어린이집 설치기준에는 보육시설의 실내환경의 질에 대한 명확하고 구체적인 기준을 제시하고 있지 않았다. 녹색건축물인증제는 실내공기환경과 음환경에 대한 평가기준을 갖고 있으나, 빛환경과 온열환경에 대한 평가기준은 없었다. 보육시설은 우리 미래사회의 동량을 키우고 교육하는 제 2의 주택이기 때문에, 보육시설의 실내환경의 쾌적성은 현재 뿐 아니라 앞으로도 더욱 중요한 이슈가 될 것이다. 따라서 어린이집에 대한 명확하고 구체적인 기준을 마련함과 동시에 관련기준들을 통합하여야 한다.

        Nitric Oxide Synthesis is Modulated by 1,25-Dihydroxyvitamin D3 and Interferon-γ in Human Macrophages after Mycobacterial Infection

        Background: Little information is available the role of Nitric Oxide (NO) in host defenses during human tuberculosis (TB) infection. We investigated the modulating factor(s) affecting NO synthase (iNOS) induction in human macrophages. Methods: Both iNOS mRNA and protein that regulate the growth of mycobacteria were determined using reverase transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction and western blot analysis. The upstream signaling pathways were further investigated using iNOS specific inhibitors. Results: Here we show that combined treatment with 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 (1,25-D3) and Interferon (IFN)-γ synergistically enhanced NO synthesis and iNOS expression induced by Mycobacterium tuberculosis (MTB) or by its purified protein derivatives in human monocyte-derived macrophages. Both the nuclear factor-κB and MEK1-ERK1/2 pathways were indispensable in the induction of iNOS expression, as shown in toll like receptor 2 stimulation. Further, the combined treatment with 1,25-D3 and IFN-γ was more potent than either agent alone in the inhibition of intracellular MTB growth. Notably, this enhanced effect was not explained by increased expression of cathelicidin, a known antimycobacterial effector of 1,25-D3. Conclusion: These data support a key role of NO in host defenses against TB and identify novel modulating factors for iNOS induction in human macrophages.         Understanding photocatalytic coupled-dye degradation, and photoelectrocatalytic water splitting and CO2 reduction over WO3/ MoO3 hybrid nanostructures

        WO3/MoO3 hybrid nanostructures were first prepared by a two-step hydrothermal method and applied to photocatalytic coupled-dye degradation, photoelectrocatalytic water splitting and CO2 reduction. Methyl orange (MO), rhodamine B (RhB) and methylene blue (MB) were used to examine dye coupling effect for photodegradation. Poorly photodegraded MO was found to be easily removed by coupling with MB. W-rich oxide material was found to be efficient for removal of MO and MB while Mo-rich material was more efficient for RhB. The WO3/MoO3 hybrid structure showed a dramatically improved performance than those of pure WO3 and MoO3 for water splitting and CO2 reduction.
