안전 리더십 코칭 프로그램이 건설 현장 근로자들의안전 행동에 미치는 효과 : 행동기반 안전관리(Behavior Based Safety: BBS)를 중심으로

This study examined the effect of safety leadership coaching program on managers’ safety management and workers’ safety behaviors in construction site. Three or four managers and about one hundred workers at each site participated in this study. Safety leadership coaching program consisted of safety leadership education, goal setting, self-monitoring and feedback on workers’ safety behavior, reward for three safety management behaviors; (1) safety observations of workers safety behavior and (2) providing positive feedback on safe behavior (3) providing corrective feedback on risk behavior and daily safety education for workers. Dependent variables were the percentage of safe behaviors of workers and frequency of managers’ safety management behaviors. A nonconcurrent AB multiple baseline design across settings was adopted. After baseline(A), safety leadership coaching program (B) was introduced to each site. The results showed that safety leadership coaching program was effective to increase managers’ and workers’ safety behaviors. These results suggest that safety leadership coaching program developed in this study would be an alternative treatment technique to improve construction safety management. In addition, the implications, limitations of this study, and future studies are discussed.

노인스포츠 정책을 위한 파크골프 관련 뉴스 키워드 분석

The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical foundation that can serve as a basis for the development of park golf industry, expansion of related facility development, and implications for senior sports policies by identifying keywords related to park golf. As a research method, among the news supported by BIGKinds, a news analysis system supported by the Korea Press Foundation, 11 national daily newspapers, 5 broadcasting companies, and news from specialized magazines were collected and analyzed. The analysis period was from 2019 to 2022, and a total of 1,927 related articles were collected. Research results First, as shown in the results of frequency analysis, the current park golf is mainly composed of clubs centered on the elderly, and it was confirmed that not only the elderly but also the disabled have a lot of interest in park golf. Second, as the results of the analysis of related words show, it was confirmed that park golf was relatively less affected than indoor sports in the situation of Corona 19 because it is mainly performed outdoors. Through this, park golf has been an outdoor game so far, so you can enjoy park golf at home or indoors so that you can lead regular participation in case outdoor activities are restricted due to infectious diseases such as COVID-19 or yellow dust and fine dust in the future. It will be necessary to establish a system that can be implemented, institutional foundation, and policy measures. In follow-up research, it is necessary to suggest a comprehensive policy direction by including regional and economic daily newspapers and additionally analyzing research on the limitations of expression methods in the preprocessing process of the Big Kinds' own analysis program, there will be ball games and sports activities in which the elderly mainly participate. 본 연구는 파크골프 관련 키워드를 파악함으로써 노인스포츠의 정책을 위한 함의와 관련 시설 개발 확충 및 파크골프 산업 발전에 밑거름이 될 수 있는 이론적 기초를 제공하는 것에 목적이 있다. 연구방법으로는 한국언론진흥재단의 뉴스분석시스템인 빅카인즈(BIGKinds)에서 지원하는 뉴스 중 11개 전국 일간지와 5개 방송사, 전문지의 뉴스를 중심으로 수집하여 분석하였다. 분석기간은 2019년부터 2022년까지이며, 수집된 관련 기사는 총 1,927건이다. 연구결과 첫째, 빈도 분석 결과에서 말해 주듯이 현재의 파크골프는 노인을 중심으로 한 동호회를 주축으로 이루어지고 있으며, 노인뿐만 아니라 장애인도 파크골프에 많은 관심을 가지고 있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 연관어 분석 결과에서 말해 주듯이 파크골프는 주로 야외에서 이루어지기 때문에 코로나19의 상황에서 실내스포츠보다 상대적으로 영향을 적게 받은 것으로 확인되었다. 이를 통해 현재까지 파크골프가 실외형 경기이다 보니 향후 코로나19와 같은 감염병이나 황사, 미세먼지 등으로 인한 야외활동이 제한될 때를 대비하여 규칙적인 참여를 이끌 수 있도록 집이나 실내에서 파크골프를 즐길 수 있는 시스템 구축과 제도적 기반 및 정책 방안이 필요하겠다. 후속 연구에서는 지역 및 경제 일간지를 포함하고, 빅카인즈 자체 분석 프로그램 전처리 과정에서 표현 방식의 제한과 노인들이 주로 참여하는 구기 종목, 스포츠 활동 등의 연구를 추가적으로 분석하여 포괄적인 정책 방향을 제시할 필요가 있겠다.

스포츠융복합 측면에서 뉴스 빅데이터를 활용한 메타버스 현안과 발전 방안

The purpose of this study is to suggest research and policy development plans that can be applied in terms of sports convergence by utilizing the metaverse, which is used as a concept that combines or converges the real world and the virtual world, and news big data. This study collected and analyzed 11 national daily newspapers, five broadcasting companies and professional magazines, Electronic Times among the news supported by BIGKinds, a news analysis system supported by the Korea Press Foundation. The analysis period ranged from 2020 to 2022, the search term is 'metaverse', and a total of 18,093 relative articles have been collected. The conclusions of this study are as described below. Results First, as a result of frequency analysis by year, the current metaverse is a technology in which virtual and reality interact, and it can be seen that services are realized in essential areas of life such as education, distribution, and medical care in terms of non-face-to-face communication and services. Second, as a result of analyzing related words by year, it was confirmed that metaverse has increased social interest through Corona 19, and that the government and local governments are interested and investing. Finally, as a result of analyzing the number of articles per month, it was found that it was necessary to develop policies related to talent development related to the metaverse and contents development in terms of rehabilitation exercise services for sports vulnerable groups such as the elderly with reduced mobility. In follow-up research, it is necessary to include regional and economic daily newspapers, and to present a comprehensive policy direction by additionally analyzing the limitations of expression methods and sports-related legal research in the preprocessing process of Big Kinds' own analysis program. 본 연구는 현실세계와 가상세계가 결합 또는 융합하는 개념으로 사용되고 있는 메타버스(Metaverse)를 뉴스 빅데이터 활용하여 스포츠융복합 측면에서 적용 가능한 연구 및 정책적 발전 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법으로는 한국언론진흥재단의 뉴스분석시스템인 빅카인즈(BIGKinds)에서 지원하는 뉴스 중 11개 전국 일간지와 5개 방송사, 전문지의 뉴스를 중심으로 수집하여 분석하였다. 분석기간은 2020년부터 2022년까지이며, 검색어는 ‘메타버스’이고, 수집된 관련 기사는 총 18,093건이다. 연구 결과 첫째, 연도별 빈도 분석 결과 현재의 메타버스는 가상과 현실이 상호작용하는 기술로써 비대면 소통과 서비스 측면에서 교육, 유통, 의료 등 생활 필수영역에서 서비스들의 현실화가 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 연도별 연관어 분석 결과 메타버스는 코로나19를 통해 사회적 관심이 높아졌으며, 정부와 지자체의 관심과 투자가 이루어지고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 월별 기사 건수 분석 결과 메타버스 관련 인재육성 관련 정책과 거동이 불편한 노인 등 스포츠 취약계층을 위한 재활 운동 서비스 측면에서의 콘텐츠 개발 등이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 후속 연구에서는 지역 및 경제 일간지를 포함하고, 빅카인즈 자체 분석 프로그램 전처리 과정에서 표현 방식의 제한과 스포츠 관련 법률 연구를 추가적으로 분석하여 포괄적인 정책 방향을 제시할 필요가 있겠다.
