장기간 규칙적인 복합운동이 농촌 노인의 신체구성 및 SFT 요인에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to investigate the effect of long-term combined exercise program on general characteristics, muscle strength and muscle function of 1284 elderly(men 374, women 910) living in rural areas. The conclusions of this study are as follows:<br/> 1. Factor in body composition body fat, BMI, body fat for both men and women in the exercise program, according to the application showed that the difference between time (p<.01). <br/> 2. Upper and lower strength for both men and women between the time of measurement was increased significantly(p<.01). Flexibility is improved in both men and women showed that between the time of measurement. Upper extremity flexibility, the women were higher than men(p<.01) and the flexibility of lower extremity was higher in men than in women(p<.05). In addition, depending on gender and the time of measurement, and the difference was statistically significant (p<.01). Balance in both men and women, depending on the time of measurement was improved significantly(p<.01). And even general endurance of the men and women (men<women) was significantly higher(p.<01). From these results, it suggested that combined exercise program using a long-term of stretching, resistance exercise and the dance sport have a crucial role for daily life and physical activity of older people n rural elderly by improving of muscle strength and function.

This study analyzed the differences between short distance athletes(SA) and long distance athletes(LA) on the characteristics of various factors, which including athletes body composition, physical fitness test, and isokinetic knee muscle function, to affecting the athletic performance for define the exercise performance capacity in fin swimming athletes. In the results of characteristics of %fat, and physique evaluating the difference between shot and LA, only %fat is significanlty lowered. In the physical fitness test of fin swimming athletes, the SA were more outstanding than those of the LA in the grip strength, back strength and reaction time and flexibility. In particular, grip strength(p<01), back strength(p<05), flexibility(p<05), and reaction time(p<01) showed statistically significant between groups(p<.01). Knee muscle strength and power of the SA showed more excellent than those of the LA and it was statistically significant(p<05). On the other hand, the ratio of H/Q and the left thigh flexor muscle endurance of LA were higher than those of SA(p<.01). In muscle fatigue, left and right torque level of SA showed a rapid decrease than the LA in the latter half. From the these results, we confirmed that characteristics of body composition, physical fitness and isokinetic knee muscle function of fin swimming athletes. We may assume that the characteristics on the effect of exercise performance capacity in various type of events are consistently evaluated.

이 연구의 목적은 생활체육 현장에서 일반인들의 스포츠 기술 상담과 지도를 위해 지도자와 학습자 간 상호 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 웹 기반 스포츠 기술지도 시스템 모형을 개발하는 것이다. 시스템 모형 개발을 위해 동영상 정보처리 기술, 웹 프로그래밍 언어, 데이터베이스 시스템의 역할과 특징을 알아보고 시스템 모형을 개발한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지도자와 학습자 간 교수-학습에 필요한 동영상 및 텍스트 정보의 전송과 공유를 위한 전체적인 시스템 개념도를 구상하였다. 둘째, 지도자 및 학습자의 웹페이지 사용자 인터페이스를 개발하였다. 셋째, 전체적인 시스템 구조도를 도해하고 운용 원리를 설명하였다. 위와 같은 웹 기반 스포츠지도 모형 개발은 스포츠 교육 분야에서 유비쿼터스 기술 개발의 방향을 제시해 주고 직접 시스템을 개발하는 웹프로그래머에게 연구&개발에 필요한 유용한 정보를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to develop a system of web-based model for sports instruction, which was possible to counsel caution sports skills for general people to communicated with leader and learner each other in sport for all field. It was analyzed to develop this system model based on videos data processing skill, web programming language, role and feature of data-based system. the results of this study are follow as: First, it was designed for teaching-learning as the comprehensive system algorism consisting of videos data, transmission and sharing of text information in leader and learner mutually. Second, the user interface web-site of leader and learner was developed. Third, the comprehensive system algorism illustrated explanatory. In sports education area, the development of this web-based system model for sports instruction will not only set up a ubiquitous computing environment, but also provide useful information in web programmer for research and development. The expectation will be high due to making leader and learner maximal outcomes by developing web-based system model for sports instruction and sport for all.
대퇴골두골단분리증 수술 후 재활운동이 근관절 기능, 고유수용성 능력 및 통증척도에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 대퇴골두골단분리증 환자에게 적용할 수 있는 재활운동 프로그램을 개발하여 그 효용성을 검증하고 재활운동 방법을 제시하는데 있다. 대퇴골두골단분리증(SCFE) 내고정 시술을 시행한 유소년 축구선수에 대해 12주 간 재활운동프로그램을 실시한 결과 근관절 기능, 통증수준 및 고유수용성 능력이 유의하게 향상 되었다. 또한 안전하고 체계적인 재활운동을 통하여 다른 이차적 합병증을 사전에 예방하고 현장으로 완전하게 복귀할 수 있다는 가능성을 본 연구결과에서 확인할 수 있었다. 아울러 본 질환은 수술시 전위정복이 아닌, 있는 그대로의 상태에서 핀 고정을 하므로 수술 이후에도 다발적 합병증이 동반될 가능성이 높고 장기간의 추적 관찰이 요구되는 희귀 질환이다. 그렇기 때문에 조기에 발견하여 합병증을 예방할 수 있도록 해야 하며 고관절을 안정시키는 수술이 반드시 요구되며 질환의 이상 전위가 진행되지 않도록 하기위한 수술 처치 후 운동재활을 하는 것이 매우 중요하다고 볼 수 있다. Slipped capital femoral epiphysis(SCFE) occurs during the adolescent growth spurt and is the most frequent in children with obesity. SCFE is a disease in which the femoral capital epiphysis is displaced downward and backward when the epiphyseal growth plate is weakened. The purpose of this study was to report the change of musculo-articulation functions, VAS(visual analogue scale) pain degree, balance ability in a fifteen-years-old youth male soccer athlete with SCFE disease after applying rehabilitation exercise program(REP) during 12 weeks. After the REP, musculo-articulation functions of the affected hip were significantly improved in the peak torque(PT), the flexor and extensor(56.7 Nm & 50 Nm, respectively), the abductor and adductor(66 Nm & 80 Nm, respectively) were significantly increased in the total work(TW), the flexor and extensor(300 J & 330 J respectively), the abductor and adductor(150 J & 300 J, respectively). Before the REP, VAS scale felt at the affected hip was 92. But it significantly decreased after REP. The pain degree in the post REP was 25. Before the REP, the balance ability at the affected hip was 5.8 sec. The balance ability in the post REP significantly increased to 34.7 sec. Therefore, this REP for SCFE disease might be effective.

1994년 성수대교 붕괴로 인해 시설물안전법이 시행돼 왔으며, 20여년이 흐른 지금도 구조물 수중부문에 대한 점검 표준매뉴얼 조차 부재중인 상태이다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 “한국도로공사 3D세굴지도 자체개발 및 점검으로 수중기초 안정성 강화”는 수중구조물의 하상선을 점검 효율화로 구조물 수중부문의 안정성 확보와 국민의 안정성을 확보 할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.
