정보기술영역에서의 투자의 상당부분이 인터넷의 성장과 직접적인 관련이 있다. 제2 순회법원(Second Circuit)은 키 디렉토리(Key directory)가 충분히 저작보호권을 보증할 창작성이 있다고 한 지방법원의 판결을 유지했으나 침해의 판결을 파기하였다. West Publishing Company 와 Mead Data Central Inc의 지난 Feist 판례에서, West는 National Reporter System안의 cases의 배열에서 편집 저작권을 규정하였다. 이러한 것은 검색 협정의 급속한 성장과 방대한 사용자들을 안전하게 하기 위한 데이터 베이스 창작자의 필요성과 함께 아마도 인터넷 데이터베이스에서 특별히 어려울지도 모른다. 이 표준은 Feist이후 하나의 부가적 제한과 더불어 미국에 적용된 표준과 매우 유사하다: 데이터베이스 지침(Database Directive) 하에서 만약 데이터의 선택과 배열이 인간의 최소한도의 기여와 함께 컴퓨터에 의하여 수행이 된다면 저작권법 하에서 보호받을 수 있는 데이터베이스에 영역에 대한 문제를 제기하면서 현행 저작보호를 위한 저작자에 의한 지적 창작이 있음에 틀림없다. 그러나 배열에 대한 요구는 생각컨대 검색엔진에 의해 검색되고 찾을 수 있는 데이터의 단지 조직화되어있지 않은 편집인 데이터베이스에 대한 보호를 제외할 것이다.

Constitutional trial means the realization action of the constitution to maintain the normative effect of the constitution and the stability of constitutional life by authoritatively settling it through instituting a lawsuit if any disputes occur on normative contents and issues of the constitution in the process of operating the constitution. Current selection method of constitutional court judges by the three branches of government makes it difficult to achieve the effectiveness of power control due to lack of democratic legitimacy. Thus to reform the present selection method of constitutional court judges, enhance democratic legitimacy and solidate the function of constitutional trial, it can be said to be the most ideal for the congress, the representative institution of the people to elect all judges as the cases of Germany, Poland and Yugoslavia and so on. And the chief of the Constitutional court should be elected of constitutional court judges. The fixed number of constitutional court judges should be increased. The fixed number of constitutional court judges are provided at the constitution, so even if cases crowded, it will remain a problem as the number of judges can not grow so long as the Constitution is nor amended. Thus for the time to come, a positive review of a plan to refer his matter to law in revising the constitution is required. Regarding the tenure of constitutional court judges, it is provided for as possible re-appointment after 6 year term, this kind of re-appointment system is not desirable to the neutrality and independence of judges and firm decision. Therefore, on the respect of judges' independence and continuance guarantee of the Constitutional Court, it may be desirable to make to tenure as 9 year single term otherwise, 10 year single term like that of France or Spain. The constitutional court system in our country, as pointed out at the above, it shows many problems in institutions and operations, but it can be denied that the Constitutional court has had a considerable role as a protector of the constitution and a security institution of basic rights. But for constitutional court to be more activated, as pointed out earlier, institutional reform should be made, but the most important thing is the will of the people, the person in charge of constitutional trial, a sovereign, to safeguard the constitution.

양성전립선비대증 증상 조절을 위해 투여되는 알파차단제의 골절위헙

Objectives : We evaluated the risk of fracture associated with hypotension-related adverse drug reaction caused by taking alpha blockers to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods : We used the Health Insurance Review and Assessment Service database from January 1st 2005 to June 30th 2006 for this study. The male patients with BPH and who had a prescription for alpha blockers following any fractures were defined as the cases. We set the 20 day long hazard period prior to the index date and the four control periods whose lengths were same with hazard period. After 1:4 matching of the hazard and control periods, conditional logistic regression was used to calculate the odds ratios for the risk of fractures as related to the alpha blocker exposure. Results : Doxazosin and tamsulosin showed the increased risk of fractures, whereas terazosin did not. After stratification using the defined daily doses, a protective effect was shown for the patients who took terazosin at the doses lower than 0.4 DDD and the hazardous effect at the doses higher than or equal to 0.4 DDD. There was no significant difference for the risk of patients taking tamsulosin at the doses higher than 1.0 DDD but there was a statistically significant increase in the risk at the doses higher than or equal to 1.0 DDD. Conclusions : Alpha blockers for BPH may increase the risk of fracture in elderly patients who have comorbidities and take the concomitant medications. Alpha blockers need to be prescribed with caution, although some have high prostate specificity.

데드밴드 제어는 아무런 제어가 일어나지 않도록 무시하는 방법이다. 실제 고 신뢰도를 요구하는 시스템의 경우 온도 및 압력 변화에 민감한 압축성 유동을 간단히 Dead Band 제어를 통해 압력제어를 실현하게 된다. 압력조절계를 이용한 압력제어 실현은 고성능의 솔레노이드 밸브와 최적의 제어를 위한 알고리듬 및 제어기가 무엇보다 요구되는 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 기 구축된 솔레노이드 밸브 제어기를 통해 Dead Band 제어를 위한 제어기를 구성했으며, 제어기박스의 하드웨어적 특징 및 제어기 운용을 위한 전반적인 사용 목적, 적용/시험 계획에 대해 다루었다. 제어기는 National Instrument 사의 Compact RIO와 Labview로 구성되어 있으며, 특히 솔레노이드 밸브만을 국한하지 않고 하드웨어의 성능이 수 ㎑ 이상의 Sampling 및 Digital Output 제어, Sequence 제어 등의 특징을 보이도록 설계되어 있다. Dead band control is method disregard so that control may not happen in the band to reduce disturbance and errore. Compressible flow is sensitive to temperature and pressure change, enables to pressure preservation using dead band control. Pressure control realization which use pressure control system need controller to use solenoid valve and optimized control of high efficiency. This paper designed controller for dead band control using controller for control of solenoid valve. And it was wrote about hardware composition characteristics and general use of controller for application and test plan. The controller consist of Compact RIO and Labview software of the National Instrument. Specially, performance of hardware designed so that is shown characteristic of AI Sampling more than 1 ㎑, application about digital output and sequence control.
